• Andrey (10/5): Нас было 5 человек, жили неделю, все понравилось. - Местоположение отличное. В квартире есть все необходимое. Хозяева на связи, отвечают на запросы быстро. У нас не было никаких проблем. Стоянка в 3 мин пешком по очень хорошей цене - 200 лир в сутки. Неудобства объективные: это квартира в историческом квартале, поэтому узкая крутая лестница, лифта нет. Мы были к этому готовы. Оборудование не новое, но все работает. То же с ремонтом - не идеально, но чистенько. Две комнаты выходили окнами на улицу, по ночам довольно шумно, если не закрывать окна. Если закрыть окна и включить кондиционер, это неудобство отпадает.

• Jane (9/5): A great base for exploring Istanbul - A spacious, clean and quiet apartment with good beds in a strategic location (metro line M2, endless buses) for exploring all the different faces of Istanbul, not just the touristy Sultanahmet. In the same street, great breakfast/bakery bar below apartment run by lovely family and superb kebab bar on a corner nearer the main road means you can begin and end the days eating incredibly well and spending little. You also feel like you are in Istanbul, not a designer pad in a 'could be anywhere' district (of which there are now many in Istanbul). Very helpful host for booking airport taxis etc. The bathroom and the large shared air conditioning unit in the entrance hall are functional but not brand new. The rental cost reflects this so value of money makes up for it. We didn't use the kitchen. Too much good food at low prices to bother eating in.

• Husain (10/5): We were welcomed by a message "Welcome to your home!" and it felt just like it for almost 3 weeks - Due to very expeditious visa processing at Passport control we arrived almost 3 hours before the check-in time and an hour and a hold before our requested early checking in time. They still accommodated us with warm smiles. We were travelling with our 3 teenage girls, WiFi / internet connection worked well. Laundry is a good powerful machine, Waking up to the sweet smell of fresh tea and backed goodies from the Tea Shop downstairs was an absolute pleasure. The building itself is a heritage building but well kept and very quiet Google's map is quiet a bit off, almost 7 to 10 meters off and our driver had difficulty finding the location and we could offer no help. Not property's or owner's fault
• Spiderfx (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Istiklal Street, but at the same time it is very quiet. We had an excellent sleep. Right next to the entrance of the building there are hot snacks and several shops. The owner and his family are very kind, responsive and always available. We had excellent communication with them. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and it is very clean. I have no complaints and I definitely recommend the place!

• Mohammed (10/5): Very good - Hello, My wife, our three children, and I rented the house for thirteen nights, and it was a pleasant and wonderful experience. The homeowners took great care to ensure our comfort and provided us with everything we needed. They even sent us fresh biscuits and cake twice, showing great generosity. The house was very tidy, clean, and warm during the cold times. Thank you to them from the bottom of our hearts.
