• Olejarova (8/5): Good low-budget accomondation - Aparment is quite spacious, and the location is perfect - close to the subway stop, on quiet street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The communication with owner was smooth, he was responsive and kind. Self check-in was smooth. Apartment had all necessities needed such as hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels - which was great. Our stay was comfortable, definitely worth the price. Apartment could benefit from minor improvements, as others commented. There was no normal mirror. The bathroom seemed like it requires a proper deep cleaning. Even though there were closet and cabinets - were full of random clutter, therefore not really useful. The kitchen is quite unpractical, as there is just really small space between sink and fridge. The sofabed in bedroom was comfy, but it seemed a bit off, both parts were quite strangely inclined. Area is quiet, but the building itself seems to have really thin walls, we could hear neighbours from above us very loud. However, if you travel low budget and dont have high requitements - definitely great option to stay!
• Macs (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location as I was going to the 02 forum. Nice and quiet in the evening when you’re ready to rest up. Plenty of pubs and food around to enjoy.

• Dennis (1/5): Bad - When my family of four arrived at the property, I didn’t know that the apartment is located in the back of an alley way. So my family, rolled six pieces of luggage down the alley way on uneven pavement and we had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. When we opened the door to the apartment, we immediately noticed how small the apartment was , the stove looked rusted , the shower head was broken and the bathroom mirror was placed very high that you needed a latter to look at yourself. Also there was no air conditioner as listed and keep in mind my daughter has Asthma. Also there were no mirrors on the walls anywhere for my daughters to blow dry there hair. As a result, we found the apartment to be unlivable, so we were forced to leave and check into a hotel. We tried texting the owner twice about these issues and no response. The owner also was not there to greet us and emails you the instructions on how to get in the apartment. Please do not rent this apartment.
• Chester (8/5): A good place in a great location - The location of the flat is a very good one. Located in the back of the main street, the flat is quite and safe. The apartment is large and it offers a bedroom separate from the living room. A spacious bathroom was a plus. The kitchen could be better but it is well equipped. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. There are bars, restaurants and above all music. The Metro is nearby making the commute to downtown/ historical areas easily accessible. There are several things that could be better. The space could use a little tender loving care. The following examples if corrected could make the apartment a top notch one. a) The entrance to the building was dirty. It was hard to imagine that the flat would be clean. But it was very clean. However, it was not love at first sight. There is an elevator but it seems not to be working. b) The entrance to the apartment has a child's bed right in front of the door. It was hard to move our luggage into the apartment. The space was restricted by the bed. Near it, there was a bunch of dirty laundry, that took two days to disappear. The obstruction to the entrance could pose problems to exit in a rush in case of emergency. Removing that bed, would eliminate that hazard. c) The kitchen needs a bit of organization and TLC. There were old items there such as dry, expired milk pods. The kitchen's dissign could use some tender care. The refrigerator is way to big for the apartment. It is positioned right in front of the sink and the space to step to wash dishes was way too narrow. I could not fit in it and I am a thin guest. Replacing the fridge with a smaller one could make a huge difference. There is space under the pantry for a small one. The stove was certainly an old one. It is damaged in the outside. Useful, but unsightly. d) The shower head is broken. It had to be used as a hand shower. Please fix it. The apartment is nice and doing some of these repairs above mentioned would make it the Luxury apartment that it claims to be. The mirror, being high as some other guests said, could be fixed as well. Or guide the guests to the closet in the bedroom. There was a small facial mirror that we used during our stay.
• Helen (6/5): Good clean comfortable stay for one night. - The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Round the corner from a really good pub, great cafes, and Hampstead Heath. 6 mins walk from 2 tube stations. The flat is down a little alleyway, parts of which are rundown. But the flat had huge tall windows overlooking gardens and trees. It felt safe and looked clean. Very comfortable bed. Comfy sofa. Slightly rundown alleyway.
• Andrew (8/5): We had an enjoyable, peaceful stay. Thank you - The location was very quiet. The view from the windows was quite green for central London. The flat had everything we needed. Sem was very responsive and helpful with answering our questions and accommodating our last minute request. The mirrors were both too high as others have said. There needs to be full length mirror perhaps on the wall to the right as you enter the bathroom. The sofa was fully made up into a sofa bed but we couldn’t see how to return it back to a sofa. Also it was broken at one end.

• Nicole (7/5): Good location, quiet room - Comfy bed, basic flat. I am a reasonably short person (161cm) but the only way I could use any mirror was by standing on the sofa
• Ugnė (9/5): We really enjoyed our time at this apartment - We really liked locking system cause you don’t have to worry about keys. Also we found almost everything in this apartment from dishes to European adapters! We also liked place. In washing machine we found clothes or smth and we couldn’t wash ours, but it wasn’t really necessary for us. Also, sofa is kinda broken you have to sit carefully on it.
