• Lin (9/5): Great value of money for sure! - Modern deco, very spacious room, clean bathroom and full facilities. Not far from station too - although very easy to miss out as there's no clear sign for reception. Was quite high in stairs and the staff didn't point there was a lift there.... and receptionist isn't always there.
• Sofía (1/5): Desalojados por la Policía - . El 15/09/2025 a las 22.30h de la noche, nos desalojó la Policía de este hotel. Nerviosos todo el mundo preguntaba qué pasaba, y nadie de recepción daba explicaciones hasta que un policía me las dio a mí mediante Google translate: el establecimiento no contaba con licencia hotelera. A las 23:30 seguíamos en la calle esperando a ser reubicados. Finalmente optamos por pedir el dinero para poder asumir el coste de un nuevo hotel

A polícia fechou o hotel, tivemos ajuda apenas do recepcionista para carregar as malas, por sorte encontramos vaga no Novotel que fica bem próximo...mas, até o momento não tivemos reembolso do valor pago antecipado pro booking, nem mesmo conseguimos contato para solicitar explicação. Terminando as férias teremos que acionar pequenas causas contra o booking para,ao menos, sermos ressarcidos desse inconveniente...muito desgastante essa situação! Não era um hotel, parecia mais um Airbnb ou pensão...fomos enganados pelas belas fotos do quarto e localização, mas me parece que algo muito irregular existe na propriedade que não pode ser chamada de hotel e menos ainda, ser comercializada por uma plataforma virtual internacional...um absurdo o que passamos

• Ksenia (10/5): Favorite hotel in Istanbul - Staying here 4th time. Love the hotel. Ideal location, very welcoming and helpful management. Spacious room size for Istanbul. Staying here several times over course of 3 years can notice some wear and tear showing up. But it doesn’t affect that hotel is clean and maintained.

• Rachel (10/5): Great location! - I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in such a convenient spot, close to transport, restaurants, and great places to explore. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were so kind and welcoming which made it feel really easy to settle in. I’d happily come back on my next trip to Istanbul. Nothing to complain about

• Sofian (7/5): Gutes Hotel,Aber der eine Mitarbeiter sollte sich verbessern und richtig zu hören und nicht schlafen - Perfekte Lage, unweit vom Bosphorus,in der Straße gibt es viele Bars und Lokale und,Imbissstände Kleine Schaben in der Dusche,die scheinbar ein Nest unter der Dusche haben.Und das Personal,lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig,Ich sagte dem Personal dass ich um 8.30 abgholt werden möchte,ich wurde an meinem letzten tag aber um 5.30 geweckt,ich sagte ihn dass ich um 8.30 einen Wagen bestellt habe,er sollte es umändern,wie sich raustellte nächsten morgen tat er es nicht,als ich auschecken wollte musste ich 15 minuten warten,er hat im keller geschlafen,erst nach rufen in den keller wurde er wach,und dann stellte sich heraus dass er mein transfer garnicht umgebucht hatte.Er konnte mir aber einen neuen Transfer bestellen.

• Madhuri (8/5): - Location is perfect when you are travelling; get everything that you need, from morning coffee to a late-night dinner. Felt safe even at night. With a separate bedroom and a washroom, the stay was comfortable. Hats off to the staff; we wanted a cab from the hotel to the airport. He arranged for one. We got stuck before the hotel because of a truck unloading for another hotel for 20 minutes. The amazing cab driver took us to the airport in exactly 43 minutes. It was like a miracle. Thanks to the cab driver and the staff for arranging this. There's not much to say here to not like the place. Other rooms were close enough that we could hear big laughters.
• Dania (8/5): Good stay - The room was big. I am glad that it was not a noisy area, we relaxed and slept very well. Its also across a great place for breakfast called Namli. On our first night, the AC was barely working. We arrived 12AM and couldn’t sleep well but the technician came and fixed it the next day, thank god! (The room had a split unit AC, I do not like such ACs) Some towels were very old.. Other than that, all good!

Position centrale dans le quartier de Karakoy. - Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les principaux quartiers touristiques d’Istanbul (et proche des transports en commun et des navettes en bateau). Grande chambre, bien équipée et literie confortable. Personnel avenant. Pas de service de petit déjeuner (mais facile à trouver dans le coin).

• Coralie (10/5): Great location in the center of Istanbul - We were travelling with our two young children 2 and 4 yo. Casa de port was a great destination, excellent location close to many restaurants (some more chill, other more fancy), and close to the Tram that takes you to all the key historic places of Istanbul. The suite is well equipped, super comfortable. Honestly 10 out of 10 and fully met our expectations. Even if there is no breakfast provided there are lots of options around.

• Furkan (10/5): Great - Everything was more than great! The room was enormous, the employees were great and the location is perfect. I normally never stay in Karaköy but this hotel is going to be my next stay in Istanbul again. I had plenty of rest. There was nothing bad to say. Nonetheless, the street is noisy, in the rooms you dont hear it a lot, but if you are a very light sleeper get yourself light airbuds.

• Alexander (7/5): Won - The room itself matches the photos. The location is quite nice - close to Galata, Beyoglu, the Bosphorus, and the bridge to Fatih. I would like to mention from the positive side the staff, very friendly and helpful. For some reason, we ran out of slippers on our arrival (I'm sure they just don't give them out). OUR AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK, we almost died from the heat. We were put up on the 2nd floor (although we asked for it to be higher and quieter). We fought mosquitoes almost all night, and it was terribly noisy outside, so it was essentially a sleepless night.

No shower gel in the shower, the container was empty from beginning to the end of the stay

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, a really convenient and pleasant stay! Istanbul is a beautiful and vibrant city, but it’s definitely lively—day and night! You’ll hear music, traffic, and people, which adds to the city’s energy. It didn’t bother me at all, and I still slept great, but just a heads-up if you're sensitive to noise. A little white noise on your phone and you’re good to go!

Además personal muy atento. EL aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionó la última noche y pasamos calor. DE todos modos nos dimos cuenta tarde la ultima noche y no pudimos comunicarlo para que lo arreglaran. No pudieron hacer nada.

За сутки до выезда спросил вызвать такси, портье взял 50 евро, на следующее утро мы вышли в назначенное время и портье стал названивать в такси, хотя рядом с отелем стояли 4 шт. Вышли из отеля прошли квартал с портье, он донес чемодан. По приезду в аэропорт на счетчике в такси было 1400 т. лир, что равнялось. 32 евро.

Surprisingly quiet, air conditioned spacious rooms, larger than most, with fridge, tea/ coffee making. Comfortable bed, clean, good shower. Step outside to an abundance of restaurants with a lively, safe atmosphere, close to transport to all major sites and easy walk to cruise port. We will come back. Our fault, we could not get the air conditioner to work but the staff were very helpful, coming to make sure that the window was closed completely to activate the air. A sign to advise this would be very useful.

• kelikica (6/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service – Umgebung leider etwas laut. - Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und somit ideal für Unternehmungen. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das Personal: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Auch zusätzliche Wünsche wurden schnell und zuverlässig erfüllt. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen für junge und junggebliebene. Einige Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts waren leider weniger erfreulich. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnimmt. Zudem liegt das Hotel in einer eher lauten Umgebung – das ist zwar der zentralen Lage geschuldet und nicht direkt dem Hotel anzulasten, beeinträchtigt aber dennoch die Nachtruhe. Ausserdem war die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer defekt bzw. nur eingeschränkt funktionstüchtig.
