• Eamonn (10/5): - Incredible location - close to cafes, restaurants, train station, beach and old town. Beautiful apartment - lots of natural light and space. Very comfortable for 3 people. Highly recommend!!

• Jane (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. - Great apartment for exploring San Sebastian. Close to all the shops, but not at all noisy. Perfect location for exploring the city and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. The kitchen was missing some useful things; eg chopping board and tea-towels. The shower fittings were confusing!

Water coming through light in bathroom, flooding floor, electricity outages.. throughout the stay, waiting to let maintenance man into apartment. promised a refund from manager, still waiting for this to be transferred ( 5 days) the manager said he would do the transfer to compensate for inconvenience, safety issues, and disturbance to the travel plans we had to alter.

• Ashley (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Location. Aircon, TV, microwave, clothes dryer all not working. Door handles fell off toilet door. No teatowels. Only 2 coffee mugs without cracks. Reading lamp not working. Managers totally ignored all efforts to contact them about these issues. Totally disgraceful.
• Helen (9/5): Great location, center of city & 10 min walk to main beach, modern spacious apartment - Great location right in the venter of San Sebastián; in the middle of all shops & cafes & a 10 min walk to la concha beach. Got the keys from Vladimir who kindly met us in the car park nearby to help with our luggage & gave us a walk through of how everything worked in the apartment The air con did was broken but there was a mobile unit in the apartment for us but it meant we couldn’t open the balcony window as the extractor hose was taped out that window. Only a small issue & to be fair the unit was very effective but I would have liked to be able to open both balcony doors but only a small issue & didn’t take from our stay

• Magdalena (9/5): It was perfect location, helpful host and the apartment had all the things you need. - The host made check in to the apartment very easy, meet us outside to hand over the key, show us apartment and answer any questions we might have. The host was easliy reachable by phone and gave us a lot of recommendations what to do in the area and best food spots.
• Susan (9/5): Apartment and location was great. Clean and well kept. - No breakfast. The sink in the bathroom could have been designed better so that the faucet doesn't spray water on the floor when you turn it on.
• Polly (8/5): Good stay - Balcony and aircon. Great location. Nice view. Have all the basic kitchenware, washing machine , cloth rack, iron etc. Actual Room as per photos. Wall’s a bit thin. Can hear neighbors shouting and partying. Single bed bedroom have no aircon unit. Fortunately we didn’t need to use that room. Main bedroom and living room have separate aircon units.

• Stephen (8/5): Good Location in San Sebastian - The apartment was very well equipped, with modern appliances and attractive finishings. The location was good -- walking distance to shops, the beach, and historic Old Town San Sebastian. Our first host, Nayara, was helpful.and responsive. A few quibbles -- the television didn't work. The small bedroom had no AC and no mirror, The shops and restaurants recommended in their orientation package were terrible. The host we saw at checkout was unresponsive. When he finally contacted us, he was quite rude. This was by far the most expensive property we rented in Spain, so our expectations were high.

• Paul (10/5): Very Nice stay in San Sebastian. - Location was great. Very close to bus station. Decor and design were attractive. Close enough to beaches - walking distance was about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how fast we wanted to walk. Grocery stores nearby. Great shopping all around the apartment. Clean, pedestrian only streets during our stay. Quiet neighborhood at all times. Coming from a big city, we felt very safe in neighborhood and apartment. The bed was a bit too soft. Bathroom window did not have a screen to keep out flies (but was not designed to have one ). Walls were thin enough to hear the screaming child next door or the loud tv of another neighbour. I expect this noise could happen at any apartment though.
• Noreen (9/5): Great location in San Sebastian - Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Location was excellent within easy walking distance of the old town and beach and bus station. Very enjoyable stay in San Sebastián. Nothing.
