• GIULIA PAOLA (5/5): - La posizione era buona e la proprietaria ha cercato di risolvere i problemi Quando siamo arrivati la casa non era stata completata, mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani. La proprietaria ha detto che c'era un imprevisto, questo puo succedere. In cucina mancano le cose essenziali, per una casa per 4 persone ci sono 2 bicchieri, 1 coltello, 2 tazze... non eravamo provvisti di quanto necessario per apparecchiare per la cena.
• Franco (10/5): - La pulizia e la cucina nuova. La vicinanza ad una pasticceria, ad un supermercato e ad una pizzeria. La comodità del tram. Purtroppo il parcheggio condominiale era stretto per la nostra autovettura, ma abbiamo trovato parcheggio libero in vicinanza.
• Alessia (3/5): Carino, Può migliorare! - Strutta in ottima posizione. L’host gentilissima e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato la casa un po’ fredda al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto alzare molto i termosifoni. Il parcheggio non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarlo, sia per la chiave che non apriva l’ascensore del piano -1 (necessario per accedere), sia perché l’auto di un inquilino non permetteva l’ingresso. Per il resto abbastanza bene! Forse i cuscini un po’ scomodi, letto senza piumone ma con trapunta e nessuna informazione per connettersi al Wi-fi. Gli asciugamani sono un po’ troppo “usurati” Tanto da avere dei buchi e sui muri ci sono delle zanzare schiacciate.

• Nicole (9/5): Empfehlung - Sehr großes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Der Blick von den zwei Balkonen ist super- über Florenz. Bei der Parkplatzsituation in Florenz sehr praktisch, empfiehlt sich länger zu bleiben und mit den Öffis in die Innenstadt zu fahren.

• Sylwia (10/5): - Apartament wybraliśmy ze względu na lokalizację. Blisko sklepy, komunikacja miejska. W apartamencie balkon- super sprawa. Ogromnym plusem jest parking. Apartament 4-osobowy... kiepsko wyposażony. Na 4 osoby tylko dwa kubki, za mało talerzy, sztućców...

• Seyedeh Pegah (10/5): - Our stay at Romeo’s apartment in Florence was simply wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even prepared a welcome gift for us and something special for our dog, Snoop, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, she was always available and responded immediately to any questions, even late at night. The location was also very convenient for exploring Florence. We felt truly at home and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! Nothing

• Eduarda (7/5): Good - The check in was very easy to do and the host always replied quickly. The parking is a positive point, the bus to the city center is just 5 minutes away and it takes around 15 minutes. A guest broke the curtain before we came but the host quickly replied and was able to fix it on the same day. The couch was not comfortable. The apartament does not have everything you need, it is very basic. Really just for few days or one day.

• Lenka (6/5): Nice location with good accessibility to the center, reserves in equipment and communication - Location, spacious balcony, washing machine, air conditioning Check-in via the application, the link on it was sent only a few hours in advance, the need to enter redundant data (place of birth); wifi, which still had to be logged into. Sharing too much data without justification. It would be better to share arrival and parking information in advance with a single message or flyer, not send them separately via whatsup. Broken door to the balcony, dismal kitchen equipment - a tea towel, wine glasses, several mugs were missing. The room is listed as having two bedrooms, but one of them is a kitchen. It would be ok for two people, very tight for three. It would be enough to add equipment and improve communication and it would be nice accommodation with good accessibility to city centre. Plus issue invoices automatically, as happens with other devices on Booking.
• Arti (8/5): Very good - There were nothing for breakfast. Only few packed toast were there. No coffee packets /tea bags. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so it was very difficult to sleep. There was no mosquito spray either. Rest all things were fine.

• Vladimir (10/5): Best Price/Value combination for Florence, Recommended 100% - The host sent a complete overview of how to reach the place, where are the keys, etc. Communication was over Whatsapp and worked absolutely fine. Quick on response. I would add paper towels in the kitchen and provide more toiletries, otherwise nothing.
• Dávid (10/5): Exceptional - The location was good for me, the balcony was really great and he had a lot of room for two. The rooms are huge, and the whole apartment was really clean. I didn't like the loud elevator and the loud doors in the building. Otherwise it was good!

Not a typical tourist eatery, much better food than in the city Location close enough to transport, pity about the current rerouting of Line 6 which is the most convenient bus route into the city. Once that is finalised, it will be regular and convenient again.
