- Rachel (10/5): The most perfect, relaxing start to our honeymoon! - I loved everything about it!
Waking up every morning to breakfast and coffee made by Monica and sitting on the balcony to enjoy the serenity was the highlight of our stay in Rome. The balcony was so beautiful with lots of plants and flowers and a gorgeous view.
The location was incredible, back home we are used to quieter streets with lots of trees and that’s exactly what it felt like. It felt safe and homey yet it was still just a short walk into the busier streets of Rome. The tram stop was super close so very easy to get public transport into the heart of Rome if you didn’t want to walk.
It is our first time in Italy, and our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location, Monica was so accommodating that she came and picked us up late at night from where we were dropped off. Monica was so kind and hospitable, we felt right at home straight away. She was so quick to reply with anything we needed, such as wine glasses and a bucket of ice so that we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the afternoon sun, aswell as recommendations of where to go and what to do / how to get there.
We were very sad to say goodbye and will definitely be back when we are next in Rome! Honestly, I loved everything, if there was anything we needed, Monica fixed it or helped right away so absolutely no complaints.

- Teodor (10/5): Exceptional - A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend!
We had a great stay at Bed and Breakfast Monica. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious for two people, rustic with a great terrace for the morning breakfast with a view.
The location was fantastic – Monteverde neighborhood is calm and beautiful, away from the crowds. It takes around 20min walk to the city centre, but I should mention that the neighborhood is on the steep hill, above Trastevere. Closest tram stop would be 5 min walk including lot of steps.
The building is surrounded with plenty of restaurants just 200-300m away down the street.
By the way, Monica’s breakfast was good.
I can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience! On the way back to the property by foot, you need to take the steep road or steps, but that is not the issue regarding property.
- Bálint (10/5): Peace in the always busy streets of Rome. - A wonderful place on the border of the two historic parts of Rome Trastevere and Monteverde. Where you can find your peace from the always busy streets of the city, and yet still be in the center. A place for romance, or contemplation whichever you prefer with an exceptional host and unforgettable breakfasts on the beautiful balcony.
- Abello (10/5): Lovely place, Monica is a great hostess - It was a beautiful room on a lovely neighborhood, at a really affordable price
