The cottage sits within arms reach of the huge house in front of it (you are effectively in the backyard). School holidays so the house was full and the noise, especially from the bedroom was very loud.

- Jodie (10/5): Relaxing stay at Sunset Cottage - Spacious, very clean, comfortable bed and everything provided that we needed in our accommodation. There is a slight sea view and a lovely outlook from every window and veranda. Sunset cottage was just perfect for our 5 night stay and we enjoyed the cool breezes, the distant ocean sounds from the veranda. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Yamba.

Very responsive hosts who replaced the microwave at short notice Bedroom a bit small not helped by the bed base being larger than necessay!! A few steps, about 10, up to the front door.
