• Salome (8/5): Overall, it was a very good stay in a great location.🇬🇪🇬🇪🥂🍻🇪🇸🇪🇸🙌🙌 - The apartment was close to everything. It was very clean and had almost everything you might need in your own home. The owner was friendly and attentive; if we had any issues, they resolved them immediately.🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸❤️❤️❤️ One of the rooms was locked and we couldn't use it. The ceiling also needed a bit of renovation, though I'm sure the host will fix it. Additionally, the living room furniture is somewhat old, specifically the sofa.
• Ana (7/5): - Da localização, apesar de ser uma zona barulhenta fica razoavelmente perto de tudo. O NR de quartos e casas de banho ótimos para grupos. Do quarto da cave... Estava em mau estado. Muita humidade. Acabámos por não o usar e utilizamos apenas os quartos da parte de cima.

• Raquel (5/5): No repetiría este alojamiento, lo único bueno es la ubicación. - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. El alojamiento en general. La habitación de abajo no se pudo usar por el fuerte olor a humedad y el mal estado de las paredes. En algunas habitaciones había incluso telas de araña en el techo. La calidad-precio no merece la pena. En la habitación que da a la calle no se descansa, hay locales alrededor y se escucha todo lo de la calle. No repetiría en este alojamiento.

• Helen (4/5): - Hosts kindly let us drop off our luggage before we were due to check in and also leave our luggage until 3pm on the day we checked out. TV didn’t work. Shower heads in two bedrooms were hanging off wall so had to be held when showering. It wasn’t the cleanest of places (the bed linen however was clean) One of the hairdryers was not working. There were only two small bath towels and one hand towel per double room (they were not changed during our three night stay)

• Rita (8/5): - The apartment is comfortable and fair price. There was more than enough space for 3 people and the location is amazing. One of the bedrooms should not be rented/open for access. The smell of humidity and mold is unbearable and I'm sure you would get sick if you stayed there. If definitely takes away the confortable space upstairs. I dont reccomend for more than people
• Davies (9/5): The accommodation was excellent for out group of 6 people. - Messages were answered promptly and the key was delivered at the agreed time. The upstairs bedrooms were clean tidy and spacious. The kitchen and living room area was good for a group to have breakfast or a drink. We didn't do any cooking apart from using the toaster, fridge and kettle. Each bedroom having ensuite shower and toilet was also useful for a group. The apartment is in a very old part of Madrid and was in walking distance of 3 different Metro stations and other sightseeing areas were also walkable if you are reasobably mobile. There was more need for any additional service and we were able to find and use everything in the property. The downstairs bedroom is a bit damp and musty and could do with some decorating.

El precio excesivo para lo que es. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad. Hay más muebles, el sillón está deteriorado. Una habitación está en el sótano, húmeda, huele muy mal y cae material del techo. Éramos 6 y solicitamos otros juegos de llaves, nunca tuvimos respuesta.

• Cadavieco (9/5): Buenisima - Habitaciones muy amplias y muchas. Pueden dormir entre 8 y 10 personas. Casa habitación tenia su propio baño, con todo lo necesario y limpio. La cocina equipada. Televisión, lavadora y secadora La ubicación muy buena con buena combinación de metro. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Lo único la puerta de entrada al alojamiento que nos daba un poco de inseguridad ya que da a la calle directamente y no es una puerta de seguridad.

• Desiree (4/5): No volveremos - Estaba cerca de gran vía a 15 min andando En una de las habitaciones había una plaga de chinches en el colchón . El apartamento está a pie de calle y hay un par de bares ( uno en frente y otro en la esquina ) q están hasta la madrugada y se oye mucho follón de gente en la calle con lo cual el q tenga el sueño ligero va mal , puertas q no dan nada de seguridad .

• Maria (10/5): Great Location!! Very nice apartment! - Great Location!!! Its very close and just walking distance to the shops, metro, supermarkets, Restaurants ang several sights . The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. There are 3 bedroom and has own bathroom each good enough for our family of 5 . The aircon works really well to cool us down from the very hot summer weather in Madrid . The host named Jose is very kind and considerate. None

All rooms have a bathroom and also have a big TV with kitchen utensils The door to one of the bathroom is broken and all of the sink are small and kind of clogged. No way to throw out garbage.
