• Marcy (4/5): Disappointing - Cleanliness of the room and hammock in the terrace. That’s about it. I didn’t enjoy my stay and didnt feel welcomed due to host’s rigidity. I arrived at 10am, there were no guests. The whole place was available so I asked if I could get my room earlier than 14:00. They replied only for an extra fee of 50reais. I just wanted to drop my bag, get changed and head straight to the beach, I was not even going to use the room. But it was a categoric no. Then I received a friend for dinner in my room and I received an email from them saying outside guest is not permitted. I was alone. The price I pay per night is the same wether for 1 or 2 persons. Then at the end, I wanted to ask if it was possible to refund the items I got from their mercado (which is very overpriced) I didn’t open it and didn’t want to carry during my journey. Categoric no also. At 11:30 you receive a message to remind you checkout is at 12:00, feeling like you are being kicked out right on time. All these lack of flexibility was frustrating to me and to my opinion, not hospitable at all, when you host travelers. I would have extended my stay but due to this, I decided to move to another place.

• Matthew (7/5): Good room, bad bed, the sheets looked used by another guest - The mattress was so hard, I think it was actually a box spring. And the sheets had stains so it looked used by the previous guest.
• Rafal (3/5): Rooms that don’t have mattresses - There is a store downstairs operated by the building owner Fernando. - Host took 30 minutes to meet me and open the door for me - Rooms DO NOT have mattresses. They are bed boxes with padding. If you want to sleep comfortably - you won’t get it there. Host told me he doesn’t have any mattresses. - It’s sandy unpaved roads all around the building - it’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach

Actually it is almost 1 km I did not find it at first - wrong location and no street names. Walked long time in the hot sun searching No "Sea view" like promised on the description - view to empty lot and ugly construction site Te apartment had gas leaking from the bottle. Probably the host suspected but did not mention this. Just told me many times that I can open the balcony doors if I want
