• Gideon (7/5): Relaxed and calm - The quiet garden, so you can chill between sight seeing. The walk to the city centre is trough a nice neighborhood We got some souvenirs from the owner when we left. The breakfast has a variety of drinks and fresh fruit. There was some mould on the showerhead We initially thought we agreed on breakfast when we arrived (7am). But when we showed up they asked us to do an early check-in for the breakfast

Nada a reclamar, mas um ponto que tive problema foi no pagamento com o cartão por aproximação. Isso aconteceu em outros lugares também. Recomendo trazer dinheiro em boliviano e mais de um cartão para falicitar o pagamento durante a sua viagem.

• Tristan (7/5): Nice place, if a bit expensive - The room was lovely, and the air-conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast itself was very good. We loved eating outside by the pool. They kindly stored our luggage after checkout prior to our night bus. The cost on Booking was not honoured at check-in. The hotel insisted on converting the USD cost to BOB using the Blue Dollar rate; however, they initially used 11:1 when it was only 10:1 on our arrival day. When we challenged them, they took it down to 10, but this was still frustrating as it was 9:1 less than a week ago, so we ended up paying vastly more than expected. The final price on our reservation was 95.83 USD, which should have been about 662 BOB - we were charged 958.50 BOB, or the equivalent of 140 USD for our reservation. The room cost us 47% more than advertised, because they insisted on a cherry-picked exchange rate. I wholeheartedly doubt that local Bolivians, or perhaps even fluent Spanish speakers, are being charged at excess to this degree. Other minor things to improve; the wifi in the bedroom was very temperamental and the advertised ‘streaming service (like Netflix)’ was absent and the television was very old. Not a big deal, but annoying given the steep price. Also be aware, the laundry service is very expensive; it’s charged per item, in USD, as opposed to by weight. It would’ve cost us (at least) 77 USD to wash some socks, underwear, a few pairs of pants and some t-shirts - we gave up actually sorting and counting.

• Valérie (7/5): - La gentillesse du personnel L'hôtel bien que récent est très mal insonorisé : les couloirs font caisse de résonance, on entendait couler le pipi de la chambre du dessus, alors je ne vous explique pas pour la chasse d'eau et la douche, plus le matin les bruits de la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner... La chambre donnait sur la piscine, on entendait jusqu'à minuit les cris du gymnase d'à côté et les clients de l'hôtel mal éduqués. Bref beaucoup de bruit. L'hôtel propose un service de navette aéroport ce qui avait motivé mon choix (ainsi que la piscine). En guise de navette ils se contente d'un appel aux taxis de l'aéroport. Mon mari a attendu 45 minutes qu'on vienne le chercher pour enfin me téléphoner à 3h30 de matin pour que je vois avec l'hôtel... Tout cela pour 20$. Cela aurait été plus simple et moins cher (62 bolivanos) qu'il prenne tout seul un taxi à l'aéroport.. Si la chambre et la salle de bain sont très spacieuses et agréables, cela ne justifie en rien les prix appliqués. La piscine est bien plus petite que ce que l'on croit sur les photos et il n'y a aucun transat autour. Par ailleurs attention si vous modifiez vos dates sur Booking, les prix explosent à la moindre modification et pas moyen de revenir en arrière.
• Miguel (9/5): Ichh hatte mein Flug verpasst und hatte ich dafür ein unerwartet chilligen Tag in Santa Cruz - Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr nette Leute arbeiten im Hotel, alles sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool sehr erfrischend, sauber, klein aber sicher und wohlfühlend, jederzeit komme ich wieder.

• Steffen (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer und wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freudlich. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir haben uns so richtig wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
• Júlia Dias (10/5): - O pessoal da equipe como um todo (recepção, limpeza e café da manhã) foram super simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização não é tão próxima do centro, mas o bairro é super charmoso e bonito. Se eu tivesse permanecido mais tempo, possivelmente a distância entre os pontos turísticos se tornaria um incômodo. Pelo que foi possível observar, o uso de carro era praticamente indispensável para quase tudo.
• Nadja (8/5): - Der von mir bestellte Abhol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen hat toll funktioniert! Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, das Bett bequem, die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert! Ich wollte ruhig und gut schlafen und fand es gut, ein paar km in Zentrum laufen zu können (hatte die Unterkunft vor meinem weiten Flug zurück nach Europa gewählt). Vom Frühstück war ich allerdings echt enttäuscht... da kenne ich aus Bolivien selbst aus Hostels viel besseres. Aber das lässt sich ja leicht ändern :) Sonst war der Pool super schön und sauber und das Grundstück sehr geplfegt! Danke siehe oben, das Frühstück könnte ein bisschem mehr Liebe vertragen :) Obst aus der Dose hatte ich echt nicht erwartet... und Instant Kaffee bei so einem hochwertigen Hotel hat mich auch überrascht. Es gibt so leckeres Essen in Bolivien!

• EVA (10/5): - L’hôtel est magnifique, il est situé dans un quartier au abord de la ville. Tout est super propre et moderne. Le personnel est au petit soin, très aimable et est très accueillant. Le petit dej est complet et super bon. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons vivement ! :)

• Chantal (9/5): Very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood - Very good hotel with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The room was big, with all comfort. Very clean as well. Very friendly owner and personel. They don’t have their own restaurant but the owner arranged a meal for us which was very tasteful. Breakfast was nice as well. We higly recommend this place. Nothing. The hotel is a bit away from the center but you can make a nice walk to the center, which gives you the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood.
