In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Michal (1/5): Terrible. Never again. - Be careful! Dishonest host! I was stating there with my pregnant wife for a month. The apartment was initially in a very bad condition as many of other visitors mentioned it already. It is not worth its price at all: dirty furniture, damaged shutters, weak plumbing system and internet connection, television was not working although it was advertised in that offer. There was no air conditioner or other source of heat (and we stayed there in JANUARY for a month), all the time we were dressed up in our jackets, we bought also extra blankets in order not to freeze at night. We also bought some wood to use the fireplace but it was useless. On the contrary, in summer you will probably die there from heat, as there is no air conditioner and the apartment is located on the top floor. No elevator or parking slot either. In 2 months after rental was over the host refused to return our deposit of 450 euros. I asked the host to send us evidences and we got photos of dirty and demaged furniture, so exactly the state of the apartment we entered/checked in 2 months ago. I asked host to send me the relevant photos before my checkin and after my checkout to compare. I didn’t get any response since that. And now the host illegally holds our deposit without having even evidences which proves all these damages were made by us. That’s why I reported this host and this apartment by Booking and local authorities. I am traveling all the time, visiting Spain few times a year for a longer periods of time but it is the first time I met such dishonesty !
