• marie-laure (6/5): Heureusement, nous n’y étions que pour dormir. - Son emplacement. Un salon agréable. L’ascenseur était en panne et nous n’avons pas été prévenu. De l’eau coulait d’une trappe située dans le plafond d’une salle de douche qui de ce fait était inutilisable. Des remontées d’odeurs désagréables à certains moments dans cette même pièce.

It was very quiet in the evening, which was very nice after a full day in Athens. The front door was closed in the morning and it was difficult to open the door to get out in the morning.

• Ειρήνη Γεωργιάδου (10/5): Άνεση, καθαριότητα και ένα υπέροχο μπαλκόνι σε ιδανική τοποθεσία! - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με άνετους χώρους και ένα πολύ όμορφο μπαλκονάκι για να χαλαρώνεις. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική και το κατάλυμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Το μόνο αρνητικό σημείο που θα θέλαμε να επισημάνουμε είναι το στρώμα στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο, το οποίο δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετο και θα χρειαζόταν αντικατάσταση. Αν διορθωθεί αυτό, η διαμονή θα είναι πραγματικά τέλεια!

• Demetra (10/5): Perfect accommodation - The property was beautiful, well equipped, as beautiful as the photos. The person who manages the apartment is very polite and friendly. Nothing. Everything is perfect.

• Maro (5/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ειχε ωραια αισθητική και ηταν σε μια άνετη τοποθεσία κοντα στο κεντρο της πολης. Αν και είχα διαβάσει τα αρνητικά σχόλια για το 2ο κρεβάτι πίστευα ότι ηταν απλά υπερβολές. Μετά τη διαμονή μου όμως δυστυχώς διαπίστωσα οτι αυτά ανταποκρίνονται ακριβώς στην πραγματικότητα. Το κρεβατι έτριζε ακόμα και αν άλλαζες πλευρό, το στρώμα ηταν απλως ενα κομμάτι αφρολεξ πάνω σε ξυλα, γεγονός που έκανε τον υπνο εναν εφιάλτη, ξυπνούσα κουρασμένη και με πόνους στη μέση μου. Οι τουαλέτες ητάν τοσο μικρές που μάλιστα στην μία από αυτές δεν ανοιγε καν καλα η πόρτα για να μπεις. Παντού υπήρχαν σημειώματα και σήματα προσοχής τα οποία σου δημιουργούσαν την αίσθηση ότι κατι κάνεις συνεχώς λάθος. Πρώτη φορα βρέθηκαν σε κατάλυμα και είχα άγχος για να τα κάνω όλα σωστά. Ο οικοδεσπότης φαίνεται ότι δεν εχει ιδέα από φιλοξενία. Μου έστελνε μηνύματα στα αγγλικά ενώ ήξερε ότι είμαι Ελληνίδα και οταν του ζήτησα να κρατήσω το δωμάτιο μέχρι τις 12 την ημέρα της αναχώρησης μου (φυσικα με κάποια επιπλέον χρέωση) μου είπε οτι αυτό μπορεί να γίνει μονο αν χρεωθώ όλη την ημέρα. Έπειτα μου ειπε ότι μπορώ να το κρατήσω μέχρι τις 11 χωρίς χρέωση και την ημέρα της αναχώρησης επειδή καθυστέρησα 10 λεπτά με έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο για να φυγω απ το δωμάτιο. Στο μπαλκόνι είχε πλακάκια που είχαν περισσέψει λες και το χρησιμοποιούσαν για αποθήκη.

• Maria (8/5): Spacious nicely decorated flat - Beautifully decorated spacious flat in a very nice location. It is a shame with such a beautiful flat and decoration that the owners did not invest accordingly in a second good bed. The bed in the second room makes creaking sounds every time you move and the mattress is very thin and uncomfortable.

• Kristin (10/5): Fun and easy stay. I would definitely stay here again - Very nice decorations, clean, two bedroom and two bath was so nice. Good location with lots of local vibes. Great restaurants nearby A bit of a drug scene at night if you turn down the wrong street.

• Efi (7/5): Good location and look, bad beds. - Pretty for looks and really good location but that is all. Super super uncomfortable beds. The appartment looks beautiful and serene but other than looks it does not feel like the hosts care about their guests. The bed was so bad i could barely sleep in the second bedroom. Imagine a mattress about 15cm thick with no support you could feel the hard bedframe below.

• Andreas (10/5): Cosy, clean, spacious place - Excellent location. Super clean. Very very spacious and cosy place 👌 Very minor thing, but for a two bedroom apartment that can host up to 6 people, the shampoo and soap provided were very little.
• Pantelis (10/5): Exceptional - Tastefully decorated and in a prime location. The place was extremely spacious and comfortable. Would stay again. Some minor things to be looked after e.g. the door of the smaller shower doesn’t close all the way or the little hatch on the ceiling in the entrance area can’t be closed properly. But nothing serious - just some minor fixes.

• Georghios (5/5): Below our personal expectations, unfortunately. - The apartment seemed recently renovated and was very clean. It's in a great location close to all amenities. Most areas are spacious. There are 4 a/c units (heat/cold) covering all areas. The 2 W/C are quite small resulting in us hurting ourselves multiple times on the doorknob. The 2 bedrooms are located on the back with their windows opening into an atrium making them gloomy (inadequate natural light). There is poor water flow in the showers. There are only 2 a/c remote controls. The Wi-Fi coverage is poor in the bedrooms. The door phone was out of order. For further information, some of the regulations are: 1. Do not throw any toilet paper in the toilets, because if they block you will be charged for the repair, and 2. You must take out all your garbage before checkout.
• Rosario (8/5): Would come back with a can of disinfectant and own water ladles/dippers for the bathrooms. - Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Good appliances and kitchen facilities. There was extra bedding if needed. Good air conditioning and separate units available in the different areas. Loved the large drying rack and laundry pods. I liked they had a clear apartment guide on wifi, hot water, check-in/out etc. They only gave 1 set of keys. There was a note not to flush toilet paper down the toilets. However there was no bidet or water dipper to wash with soap and water on the toilet. I had to use a water glass to clean with soap and water which was messy as water spilled everywhere. Also, I would imagine other customers would throw toilet paper soiled with urine and feces into the rubbish bin and they didn't provide disinfectant to clean so had to use my own.

• Nikoletta (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment in the city is very good. The neigborhood is very quiet, nice, and safe, all necessary services are in a short walk of distance. Metro station is close, all the main ancient sites can be reached with a maximum 20-30minutes of walk. The apartment is very comfy, 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and very spacious as well as the balcony and common spaces. The only thing to pay attention to is the Hot water. The buszon need to be pressed and in 30 minutes there's Hot water. But the button switches off for security reasons and the temperature of the water is being conserved Just for a relatíve short time (some hours). So having a Hot bath need a bit more attention and time. But having air confition in all rooms, a nice tv, internet, microwave owen, dishwasher, coffee machine, a kettle, washing machine, iron, made our stay really very comfortable and the design of the apartment is very harmonious and calm. The team,s attention and communication was very necessary and effective. We enjoyed very much our stay here.
• Despina (8/5): Great modern apartment in excellent location, great facilities and modern and clean. Service from Anna our host was exc - Excellent location, and layout lots of space. Modern interior. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable too hard.
