• RAQUEL (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero no volveríamos. - Buena ubicación Aunque el apartamento está bien ubicado, se nota que necesita algo más de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, lo más decepcionante de nuestra estancia fue la limpieza, más bien la falta de ella, especialmente en el baño y la cocina, en donde encontramos bastante suciedad al llegar. Además, había varios desperfectos visibles que no parecían haber sido revisados o reparados. Es una pena, porque la ubicación es muy buena y, con una mejor limpieza y mantenimiento, la experiencia habría sido mucho mejor.

• Nuria (10/5): Apartamento amplio y céntrico - Apartamento amplio en el mismo centro de Córdoba, con una vista muy agradable al templo romano desde el balcón. Los dos dormitorios tienen cama de matrimonio, con enchufe en el cabecero y los dueños dejan útiles de aseo y en la cocina. Buena presión de agua en la ducha. Totalmente recomendable. No cuenta con persianas en los dormitorios, entra bastante luz por la mañana, nos ha costado descansar por este motivo. El resto perfecto.

• IMMA (7/5): - El apartamento es amplio, y las camas cómodas. La limpieza podría mejorarse pero bastante bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, con detalles a mejorar, como por ejemplo la falta de cortinas en uno de los balcones del comedor, quita intimidad. La situación es excepcional, puedes visitar los lugares más importantes y bellos caminando. Está todo muy cerca. Cabe destacar que nuestros días han transcurrido en plena semana santa, es importante decirlo porque algo que no nos ha permitido descansar ha sido la multitud de personas que había a todas horas en la calle, ya que como comentábamos está muy bien situado y es una zona muy transitada. Sin embargo, hay que decir que el apartamento está justo encima de un súper Carrefour y durante nuestra estancia cerraba a las doce de la noche y a las seis de la mañana ya se abrían las persianas para entrar la mercancía. Era muy molesto. Tiene vecinos a los lados y arriba, y se oye todo. En cuanto a los propietarios, ni frío ni calor. Cuando llegamos la procesión había cortado las calles y no sabíamos cómo llegar, le envié un mensaje a la propietaria y su respuesta fue que con coche no se podía acceder, dando por hecho algo erróneo ya que íbamos andando con nuestras maletas, el coche lo habíamos aparcado en un parking. Al final llegamos como pudimos, sin su ayuda. La forma de entrar en el piso es algo incómoda ya que tienes que conectarte a internet a una aplicación y va regulín.

• soledad (7/5): - El piso está bien situado, aunque es antiguo está arreglado y muy limpio. Tiene bastantes escaleras, no apto para movilidad reducida. El tema de entrar con enlaces es un poco tostón, para mi gusto.

• Orozco Vigara (9/5): - Los balcones son preciosos, muy amplio y acogedor. Por ponerle algún defecto sería que en una de las habitaciones la persiana del balcón estaba rota, pero bueno supongo que con estas fechas habrá sido complicado llamar a alguien para arreglarlo.

Como ya comentaron los clientes, acceso un poco complicado, las instrucciones muy completas sobre como acceder, aunque parece que se refieren a otro sitio. Total para los que les gustan los acertijos tipo escape room lo recomiendo, se puede deducir que es por la seguridad. Por otro lado, una forma muy extraña de hacer gestiones legales, se pide firmar un contrato a través de un enlace que te redirige a una página un poco sospechosa( pendiente de averiguar su legalidad con Booking.com)

Una pena.

• Priscila Emiliani (8/5): Buen balcón y ubicación - Es un apartamento grande con dos baños bueno para 4 personas. Muy buena ubicación y un balcón precioso. Como he leído en comentarios no hemos escuchado ruidos por la noche. Abajo hay bares y un supermercado. La habitación pequeña no tiene aire y la persiana está rota. Sí bien hay un ventilador se siente por la noche el calor.

• Kathleen (8/5): Besser geht es nicht… - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, da man von hier sehr gute Ausflüge nach Paris und Umgebung planen kann. Vor allem die Lage in dem Viertel Montmartre ist einfach etwas Besonderes. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Wir sehr zu empfehlen. Gibt es nichts.

The apartment was listed having a clothes washing machine and hair dryer and these were key amenities I was looking for in my search. Both were broken! They knew the washer was broken and could have warned me so I could have not relied on that. When I notified them, they listed a nearby laundry mat. (I have stayed in other places that did not know washer was broken and had someone come pick up clothes and do a free laundry service, they should have done this) They hairdryer smoked when turning it on! This was dangerous! When notified them about this, they were going to deliver a new dryer the next day but we were out and about and it was never delivered. There were also no towels to use in the kitchen to dry the dishes, not paper towels. Very little extra toilet paper was there and had to buy our own.
• Leslie (4/5): Nice place but difficult checkin - Clean, good location, comfortable, and spacious. Two full beds and two full baths, large kitchen w laundry. You have to make a phone call for the staff to let you into your apartment. You get keys but they only work for the door into the building not the actual apartment. My friends and I made 17 calls to get into the apartment. They were unresponsive at 12:30 am and responded by WhatsApp at 1:15am! They do not speak English well on the phone, and the instructions they send about calling are not clear or helpful. Beware.

There was quite a lot of noise late at night from a bar just up the street. The area wasn't favourite in Cordoba. The smaller bedroom was a bit pokey.

• Kelly (2/5): I would not pick again - The hotel was in the main area of the historic district. The hotel was right over the Easter celebrations that provided constant beating of drums way into the early morning hours. It also was by many bars where the celebration was heard most of the night and early morning. The internet pics show you nice outdoor furniture with cushions that don't really exists. The stairs to the balcony were very hard to manage. Don't pick this place if you have any mobility issues.

Found quite a few hair in my bed and no mattress protector. Used a sheet I found in the wardrobe and changed the bed. There was a white stain on top on the duvet cover, so I slept without it. No hot water in the ensuite bathroom, but the bathroom in the corridor was working.

Very clean. The spiral stairs from living area to the rooftop terrace were a bit treacherous especially after a few drinks. Property is quite dated but clean and absolutely functional.

• Liesbeth (8/5): Big apartment in the centre of Cordoba. - Nice location nearby restaurants and attractions. Easy access and fast communication with the owner. Due to the cold and cloudy weather, we didn't use the rooftop, but it is great that you can go outside on your own terrace. The apartment is very big and therefore difficult to make it warm and comfortable. There was a lot of shouting during the night on the streets.

• Julie (6/5): A great base for exploring Cordoba Old Town - This property is a mix of really good and acceptable. Would definitely recommend it because the price dictates what is acceptable here. The owners are LOVELY ! The location was easy to find with car and a pass to the area for the day to drop luggage. Communications are fast and clear. All pretty simple especially arriving in Siesta time. The Apartment had the necessities and a small Carrefour 2 doors away, and it was close to shopping streets and La Mezquita. We found overall that the Apartment needed some surprise added to it and some maintaining. A welcome bottle of wine maybe or some snacks. It was very colourful in the photos, so the photos were we felt too good for the reality. The roof terrace looks lovely but is not functional without an awning to keep sun off and needed some TLC to be more inviting. The sofa bed, in particular was not usable for 2 people, my husband and I. For one person yes. Very uncomfortable. The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep but okay and very pretty, but I think it should be noted for people with mobility issues. We booked outside the old town to have less noise, but we barely slept an hour each night because of parties and delivery trucks etc (we accept that is how it is and not the owners fault) but you just need to be aware of it and take ear plugs.

The bathroom lock handle was falling out and in the other toilet cistern wasn't working.Although the landlord sent us a clip,we couldn't turn on the gas and we didn't have hot water.

I was provided a link and instructions how to request an access the city centre by car (it can be requested only twice a week). My phone number was added to the list to open entrance and apartment doors remotely so self check-in went smoothly. The apartment has beautiful view as on the photos, it is cozy and big. We had everything needed during our stay.

Supermarket downstairs. The apartment needs a check up on small things to fix. The beds are cosy (140 cm?). An incident, but we left the keys at the table, closed the door and discovered downstairs that someone locked the gate at the front door with a key, so we could not get out. The owner and let us into the apartment again from a distance, so it was quickly solved. But anyhow as a tip: do not to leave the keys behind before you have checked the outside door can be opened.

If you go by car - ask permission for entering this zone to bring your laggage. There is free parking place in 10-15 minutes by walk. Supermarket is place just under. Also you can enjoy this cozy terrase on the roof. -

• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful - It is a very spacious, clean and beautiful apartment. It felt like being in a small house close to the center of the city. A 10 minute walk will get you to all the attractions the center offers. Loved the property but due to its location it can be pretty loud at night. You will find everything you need nearby but the flip side is the noise. Earplugs will do the trick at night!

• Chape55 (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place to stay in Cordoba. Good location and there are many restaurants around. Easy check in. Two separate bedrooms and showers/toilets. Both living room and the kitchen have enough space. The owner was nice to arrange us a taxi when we checked out and it was only 7 euro to the station.
• Eric (7/5): I would visit again if I was in Cordoba. - the flat was pleasant and centrally located; it would be interesting to be there at a warmer time of the year when the sitting room in the tower and the rooftop terrace could be enjoyed. the management company reacted quickly to a problem with missing lightbulbs, and was generally helpful. the flat is a bit tired, and the terrace furniture was rotten. I understand that the management company has not been in control for long, and I expect that the flat will improve greatly.

Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great balconies and even a rooftop terrace! A supermarket is underneath you too. Would highly recommend.
• Despina (10/5): Great stay in beautiful Cordoba - Great location right by the Roman pillars and archaeological museum. The other attractions are an easy 15-minute walk away. There is a carrefour expeess underneath the apartments, great restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, with an authentic local vibe, there was tile throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked. The upper space was a gem- had breakfast up there with a view. This was a great place and well worth it! there was no parking in the historic center, but there is a large public carpark within an 8 minute walk. we enjoyed it, as we got to see the main square and 2 little churches.
