• Susan (10/5): Wonderful location close to all the stuff! - Location was awesome, especially if you attend an event at the Scotiabank Arena. It’s right across the street. Very convenient location also for grocery store (also right across the street), shops, restaurants, etc. Balcony was nice too. Would definitely stay here again. The elevators can get a bit hectic with people since it’s a 60+ story building with what appears to be lots of rentals within. Some have a harder time figuring out the system but you get used to it.

Viel zu teuer !! - Nur der Ausblick, Leider stimmen die Fotos nicht und das Appartment ist viel kleiner, Das zweite Bett ist ein Notbett, beide Bett super waren schlecht und unkomfortabel und man kann darin gar nicht schlafen. Die Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, das WiFi hat nicht funktioniert. Alles eigentlich sehr schon in die Jahre gekommen und vieles funktioniert nicht !!!!!! Viel zu teuer für diese Art von Unterbringung, Für ähnliche Preise gibt es schönere und bessere Unterkünfte, Wir waren sehr enttäuscht ! Eigentlich sogar eine Frechheit !!! Sehr schlechte Erfahrung ! Auch sehr kompliziert, wie man in das Appartment kommt, da der Besitzer nicht will, das andere mitbekommen, das er dieses kurzfristig vermietet. Interior is dated and worn out. The place needs renovation. Does not look like the pictures. The couch and bed are very uncomfortable. Check in was nightmare because the owner does not want building staff to know that he is renting the place out for short term stay. Overall negative experience and not worth the price!

• Ryan (4/5): - The convenient location to the Rodgers Center. The AC didn't work, power outlets in the room didn't work and it was very confusing to get in. I'll certainly never choose this location again.
• Laetitia (8/5): Bien situé mais un peu cher pour les prestations - L'emplacement près de tout. L'appartement situé au 2ème étage. Il manque un peu de vaisselle. Plusieurs lamelles de store dans la chambre manquante , ce qui peut être dérangeant pour la nuit vue que l'appartement se trouve en plein centre ville et donc exposé aux éclairages extérieurs. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser le canapé lit mais en tant que canapé celui ci n'était pas confortable semblant avoir vécu. Les prises électriques murales de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas ce qui était un dérangeant car du coup pas de lampe de chevet. Au vu de ces remarques nous avons trouvé que le prix était légèrement élevé pour des prestations modeste.

• Carlos (2/5): Great location, bad facilities - Location The extra bed was broken and we had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Bedsheets were waiting for us in the dryer, nothing was ready and clean as you would expect for that price

• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The unit was on the 20th floor, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise. The unit featured floor-to-ceiling windows that offered views of the surrounding buildings. While there was a small balcony, it was a bit chilly for outdoor enjoyment. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it perfect for cooking or simply heating up meals, and the generously sized fridge was an added bonus. Overall, everything was perfect. Nothing.
• Fernando (10/5): Great location and stay - Comfortable, amazing location. Getting into the building was a little confusing at first, but then it's pretty straightforward. The apartment is sufficiently spacious and is very quiet. I enjoyed it very much. Since it's connected to the PATH, you don't even need to go outside to get access to stores and a supermarket. Very convinient The security deposit took a while to be refunded, but eventually it was.
• Donna (9/5): Could not pick a better location! - The location is absolutely perfect. You are minutes away from anything you could need. Grocery and restaurants outside the door, easy access to the toronto path, trains and scotia arena, stepps to the lakeshore, or a few blocks to the theater. The unit was exceptionally quiet for a downtown, and unlike a lot of properties in the city, it had zero Marijuana smell coming from other units. I would 100% book to stay here again in the future. (And i am terribly picky and travel quite a lot) Make sure you have a free hand. The security in the building is very good, but you need to tap the fob in three different areas before you get to your door, lol!

The apartment itself was fantastic—it had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living space was cozy, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from reliable Wi-Fi to laundry facilities. It was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort.
