Guest Reviews
- Lesley (9/5): - A lovely apartment Great location near a tram stop to the city and the Yarra trail. Close to bars restaurants and a cute coffee house across the street. A short walk to a shopping centre with IKEA and Kmart. Very comfortable and well appointed.
- Kayleigh (1/5): Probably goes without saying that we will run a mile from anything managed by five star property management in future, a - Apartment itself: spacious and quiet, but unfortunately blinds in bedroom don’t sufficiently block out light and the toilet seat was broken. The worst check-in experience we’ve ever had.
Multiple automated messages and replies to direct questions about the check-in process were either ignored or replies avoided answering direct questions.
After not receiving the code and instructions that would allow us to check-in later that day, at the expected time, I connected with an agent over phone - so much background noise rendered near impossible to communicate, and a promise of a return call never materialised.
We were advised via the messaging platform “We are happy to arrange to store your baggage while the property is being prepared for your stay,”. After an excessive amount of back and forth over a couple of hours turns out that’s not the case. We later received a message with an apology for the mixed messaging (mixed yes, but was also incorrect), but it was too little too late. We had to cancel plans that we had for the first day of our trip, as we couldn’t drag a suitcase around with us (check in was 3pm), and it made for an awful start to our break away. (The 3rd party recommended to store luggage were either closed, didn’t accept walk ins or were miles away, plus there would be an additional cost to us.)
Yet more automated messages were sent later that day, one including “If anything has fallen short of your expectations, or if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out”.
This felt like a bad joke.
We had problems accessing the building even when we had the keys - we ran the risk of being locked out because the management company had stopped answering the phones by then and took one hour to reply to direct messages on the platform.
- Derek (10/5): - Very well located, right on the tram line and next to the river and massive park area. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance, or 30min tram ride to the CBD Nothing

- Eve (9/5): Great stay - Excellent location and great apartment. Clean and tidy, and has everything you need it. Very attentive hosts.
- Stewart (10/5): Great little Apartment for Two - Perfect short or longer stay with lovely Yarra walks behind and direct tram access to City in front, along with local shops and bigger shopping mall within minutes
- Pyk (10/5): Clean and comfortable. - Our stay was just perfect, we stayed for a week and felt right at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, like genuinely the level of clean you want your home to be. Check in was smooth, and after doing an induction with the actual building manager we were allowed to use the gym which was stocked with really good machines and free weights. The lobby smelled amazing and the building had a luxury feel to it. It is a residential building so obviously being respectful to other people who live there is standard as with any community living. Overall our stay was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Nothing at all we loved it
