• jonatan (5/5): Bruyant pas très reposant mais bien placé - Nous avons détester se retrouver au bord d’une route très passante en voiture de jour comme de nuit, impossible de bien dormir, un simple investissement pour mettre du double vitrage déjà aiderai beaucoup. Nous n’avons pas du tout aimé la literie qui est hors d’usage.matelas complètement mort et inconfortable. Nous avons appréciez le pickup depuis l’aéroport, ça c’était bien et aussi la localité de l’appartement. Mais tellement de bruit….

Great location near the main Manly strip and out of the way so there is no street noise. Cozy balcony over looking the sports ground to watch cricket in the sun. Great facilities, good WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and dryer. All exactly what I needed after travelling

Comfortable sofa bed Very small shower space with no soap holder or shelf making showering more difficult than needed, especially for people with any mobility issues. No air conditioning in main bedroom and traffic noise limits option of opening windows. Pedestal fan just pushed hot air around. Traffic noise all through the night as adjacent to steep road with frequent truck traffic. Request for extra bedding was forgotten so first night sofa bed had no linen No hot water first night - plumbing issue resolved next day, but very inconvenient. Apologies from owner but no compensation of any kind offered. Request for late check-out was ignored. Awful complimentary tea and coffee - but that comes down to personal taste.

• Helen (6/5): Excellent location but bathroom needs to be cleaner and cooling needs improving. - Fabulous location Large living area and bedroom Balcony Good kitchen Bathroom could have been cleaner(especially the very small shower) Rotting skirting board in bedroom. Lack of cooling in bedroom. We used the portable fan(which was dirty) but it was ineffective and very wobbly.

• Armelle (9/5): Nice flat in Manly, 20 min to Circular Quay by ferry - Very nice flat, rather spacious, perfect for a family of 4. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. All you need in the kitchen during a city break. Located 5 minutes by foot from the Manly Wharf, it's very convenient to get to Circular Quay and explore the city center (and see the Opera House and Harbour bridge day and night!) and it's also next to Manly beach if you have time for a different, more local vibe. A little bit noisy in the morning, as it's near a crossroad (but there's a park / sport grounds in front of the living room)

• Donna (10/5): Apartment was roomy and comfortable for 3 people - The location to the beach, restaurants and the ferry was excellent . Loved our balcony to sit and people watch . The free coffee and croissant was a real bonus . Having the washer drier was a plus since we had traveled prior to arrival. The pull out couch was very comfortable. Communication with Cash and Eilish was great . We would most certainly stay here again .

I attended a conference at Manly Pacific Hotel. The conference venue, beach, ferry wharf and pedestrian areas are less than 10 minutes' walk away. I also appreciate the complimentary airport transfer. Great! Everything was good
• Jeremy (9/5): Great spot - Location is exceptional; view is pretty good, lots of natural light. Laundry facilities in the apartment itself. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Streaming media services. Good sized family room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and cooking implements. Combined shower, toilet and laundry can be awkward but totally understandable in an apartment and obviously can't be changed. Lack of extra blankets for unusually cold winter nights (might be provided now).
• Annalena (10/5): Heart of Manly - The apartment is situated just 5 walking minutes from the Manly Wharf and shops. From the wharf you can go into the city every 20 minutes via ferry, a beautiful way to commute. The beach is also close by and life-guarded. The apartment is well equipped, the access code works with no hassle, all appliances are new. Big windows can be opened and even in winter it was warm inside due to the sun coming round during the day. We were there with a family of four for 5 nights, the kids had the murphy sofa. We only used the kitchen for breakfast as there are so many cafes and restaurants to choose from. There is nothing I did not like, for us it was just perfect.

• Timo (10/5): Perfect place to explore and enjoy Manly! - The apartment was perfect for our stay in Manly. Bedroom had really comfortable bed and space for clothes, kitchen was adequate and living room spacious and bright. Balcony was perfect for breakfasts outside and also for watching rugby on Saturdays. The location was spot on, short walk to everywhere in Manly but still away from the crowds. Parking worked well in the garage. Sydney Road might get loud with traffic so bring your ear plugs if you're sensitive. We got used to it in the end.

• Angelo (9/5): Superb - The location is unbeatable. It's in between the quiet side and the busy side of Manly. The view from the balcony isn't bad either notwithstanding the fact that it doesn't have a view of the sea. The kitchen was fully equipped, which I didn't expect. We didn't use the parking slot but it's nice that it was there. The hosts were also very responsive and they provided clear instructions on how to check in and out. For those who worry about the temperature during the summer, there is nothing to worry about because the aircon is powerful. The shower enclosure was a little too cramped and the sofa cushions may need freshening up but those are just tiny details.

The property was very clean, light, and airy. The private car space was a great inclusion as we travelled from the country. Our experience was incredibly positive with this property. Our family travels to Manly for a yearly holiday and we have stayed in a lot of different properties, I have to say, I think we have found our new place to stay 😊

The property is described as a ‘retreat’ which would imply a calm and quiet environment but the location was very noisy with traffic on a busy road below. So much that could not sit on balcony and woken early with loud motorbikes, trucks etc.
• Maria (7/5): Central location in older style apartment with handy car parking spot. - The location was quite central being only a short walk to The Corso. The park across the road was a pleasant outlook. The traffic noise was quite distracting as buses and trucks need to use low gear to get up the steep hill- okay if you are a heavy sleeper but bring your earplugs otherwise. The balcony needed a good clean and if you don't like powdered milk in your tea and coffee, you will need to bring your own.
• Kate (8/5): Great location to Manly Beach. - Just a short stroll down the mall to Manly Beach. Right next door to the cricket pitch of Manly. Walking distance to supermarket and shopping mall. Very close to Manly Ferry terminal. Has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. All the mod cons when staying away from home. Air conditioner in living room but none in master bedroom but hosts provide a fan for the bedroom if needed. There is all day parking (if you can find a spot) for free on the street (weekends only) if you need on check out day. Put the car out on the street the night before to guarantee your park the next day as parking around Manly can be very expensive. The master bed is getting near the end of it's life with an obvious imprint in the mattress. Was asked to remove our linen from beds which is a bit ick. Prefer not knowing the condition of pillows and mattresses. The fold out sofa bed isn't fit for two adults, it creaks every time you move and you roll into each other. Might be ok for kids if they are good sleepers. The lounge isn't ideal for sleeping in as it's close to a busy road and the noise from people walking home in the wee hours will wake you up if on a Saturday night. The shower is tiny so if you are a normal sized human there's not much bending room. Hosts won't allow an early check in even if keys are waiting for your collection. Not even an hour earlier (in fact we only arrived 30 minutes earlier) which was disappointing. You literally can't open the lock box till the strike of 3 so factor this in. The lift is incredibly slow so if you think it's broken, wait another minute and it will eventually move.

• Andrew (9/5): Fantastic location, fantastic apartment, great hosts, I would definitely recommend this place. - Excellent location. It is so close to the beach and everything else in Manly. Having the car spot was also really handy. It’s very difficult to find parking on the street in Manly. Others have mentioned it, but the traffic noise can be a little disturbing if you’re a light sleeper. Personally, the location and the quality of the apartment meant it did not bother me too much.

Oweners/ management were very quick to respond to a minor problem we had - thank you . Easy to check in and out . Good stay . The road as others have noted is quite busy and can be noisy but didn’t cause us any disturbance of problem really .

Apartment has well equipped kitchen and laundry. great living area, comfortable beds and great communication with hosts who were very responsive to our hiccups opening the lock box! cute little balcony too for a late Arvo bevvie…or early breakfast! We enjoyed our stay. Thanks shower cubicle a little tight but hot water and good pressure made up for it

• Richard (8/5): Comfortable apartment close to all the Manly attractions - This was a lovely apartment - a nice spacious & comfortable lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen has lots of crockery & cutlery and kitchen equipment. Bedroom good size and bathroom with a washing machine was terrific to have on our extended stay. We particularly liked the balcony area, comfortable space & across the road was a large oval which had some exciting cricket action and other daily activities. Fun to watch. The smart TV had lots of streaming options but no free to air TV. Very close to the Corso and beach (5 min walk) and 3 mins to coffee bars (very important 😁) The property is adjacent to a very busy, noisy road - not all night but something to be aware of.

• Jean (5/5): Good value for money - Perfect position in Manly in terms of access to beaches, shops, buses and ferry into Manly. Comfortable bed, lots of storage space, comfy lounge area. Having a washing machine was a real bonus. Lovely and quiet inside the property. The owners are being badly let down by their cleaners. A lot of dust everywhere and the bed linen wasn’t even ironed. Despite its position on the main road into Sydney, it is single glazed so be prepared to get used to this.

• Nancy (9/5): ..one of the nicest privatly owned places I’ve stayed, would definitely go back…could stay quite happily for weeks! - beautifully decorated, felt ‘special’..everything i needed was supplied, self access easy…location was ideal, didn’t use the car once, everything in walking distance! only issues had nothing to do with the property itself..parking was a struggle, didn’t need the car at all, so would have been much easier (& less expensive!) without it…birdlife was very noisy earlier than i wanted to be awake but this only woke me the first morning, didn’t bother me at all after that…
