• Janire (7/5): Sensación de descuido - Tener la piscina a tan poca distancia del apartamento era genial, salías por la terraza directamente a la piscina. El espacio para dos personas es más que suficiente, y el equipamiento del apartamento correcto. La cama me pareció muy cómoda eso fue muy positivo. Desgraciadamente lo que leí en otros comentarios era cierto, hay unas mini hormigas que no se de dónde salen, pero siempre aparecían por la mañana. Y el apartamento da sensación de descuido con muchos de sus muebles, y con las paredes que tienen humedad. No son cosas que se puedan solucionar llamando al anfitrión y por eso no lo hicimos, asumes que es lo que hay, por mucho que le llames no vendrá a arreglar la pared ni a cambiar los muebles, no son problemas graves pero si que visualmente no gustan. El armario de la habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad entiendo que por toda la humedad de la pared y los cajones de la cocina estaban desencajados y era muy molesto cada vez que tenías que abrir y cerrar , al segundo día acabé arreglándolo yo misma 2 minutos me llevó, por eso opino que muchas de las cosas dan impresión de descuido o desinterés.

• Francisco José (7/5): - La ubicación bien, la piscina y zonas comunes limpias y el apartamento bien equipado, la cama cómoda. Era necesario otro ventilador, ya que hacía bastante calor y no hay aire acondicionado. Lo peor los vecinos ingleses que fumaban y tenían la tele alta.

• Sandra (7/5): - La piscina. La ubicación no es mala si te mueves en coche, está a 5 minutos de la costa teguise pero andando no hay nada. La casa estaba bien pero olía a pies desde que entramos por primera vez. Está algo descuidada, el mueble del baño tiene mal aspecto aunque es funcional y hay zonas de la pared con humedades. Los vecinos de al lado eran desagradables y tenían televisión altísima a todas horas.

• Karen (9/5): Lovely Apartment with a Stunning View - Lovely apartment with stunning views over the pool and out to sea. It was nicely furnished with a thoughtful range of accessories (inc hairdryer, iron, pool towels, extra pillows, 3 full-length mirrors and a well lit bathroom mirror). The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains helped to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, including a toaster & kettle, and there were some really nice welcome touches, including a bottle of water, dishcloth, teatowel, washing up liquid, washing machine capsules, bin bags, bathroom soap & toilet rolls. There were also some condiments and oils (but think these had been left from previous occupants). The wifi was excellent and the tv was brilliant...it had all the english freeview channels, sky, sports channels and loads more choice. The complex is really lovely and well maintained, with 2 fabulous pools. The pool in front of the apartment was completely refurbished a few months ago, so everything was new and we had it practically all to ourselves for the whole week (end Apr/beg May). It was so peaceful (as predominantly residential & holiday apts) and the complex is very secure (as all access gates require keys). There is gated access directly onto the coastal path, with a 15min easy walk to Playa Bastian Beach and 30min walk into Costa Teguise centre/beaches. The owner, Diego, responded quickly to messages and provided comprehensive instructions for key collection and for the apartment. He was also very accommodating with a request we had. We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment and would definitely return without hesitation. Some of the fixtures & fittings within the apartment were a bit tired, but it didn't spoil our stay. There were also a few items of crockery missing in the kitchen, so would probably struggle if there were 4 people. We had a trip to Ikea to buy an extra wine glass and mug (as there was only 1 of each when we arrived). The sunbeds, although new, are quite uncomfortable (it would be a lovely touch if Diego bought a couple of cushions to leave in his apartment for guest use!)

• Judy (6/5): Good value of money and clean. Loved the balcony and the pool had just been refurbished. A new mattress would be recomme - It was clean and in a good position overlooking the pool. The shower was lovely. There was no kettle so we had to heat water in a saucepan for a cup of tea. The bed was quite uncomfortable.
