Il fatto che non ci sia un host fisico non và bene, inoltre, ho provato a contattare chi gestisce la struttura sul numero di cellulare, da lui stesso fornito, per ben due volte e non ho avuto risposta né sono stato richiamato

• Barbara Klaudia (10/5): Nice accomodation, perfect for our Rome trip - The accomodation was clean and modern. The neighborhood was very chill, everything war easily reachable via bus or the metro. Cute cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfy and it was nice to have the common room with games/books (we did not use them but maybe is useful for someone).The check in and out was easy, fully online (did not have to meet/wait for anyone). Highly recommend this place 🤗

Pokój i łazienka są osobne aczkolwiek kuchnia, "taras" o których jest mowa w ogłoszeniu oraz drzwi wejściowe są wspólne . Był też duży problem aby wejść do mieszkania , nie zawsze elektroniczny zamek łapał próbę otwarcia oraz zamykania go od zewnątrz
• Ionut (4/5): Disappointing stay. Soundproof simply does not exist. - Room was clean and the location is good. Nightmare soundproof in the room. It’s like your flat mates are next to your bed, you can hear every noise. I am not a lightsleeper but in a three nights stay I think I only slept 5 hours a night because of the noises from the neighbouring room. Definitely after tens of stays accross the world this is the worst accomodation in terms of soundproof. Such a shame because the room it’s not bad at all.

I didn't like bed, it's quite uncomfortable. Also, the walls are super thin - one night we couldn't sleep all night because someone was screaming in the room next to ours till the morning!

The room was spotlessly clean, truly exceptional, one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. This made a huge difference in our overall experience. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. We also want to give a special thank you to the cleaning staff member, who was extremely kind and allowed us to enter earlier (such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated). The room is private within an apartment, and it was very well equipped. We had everything we needed, including a kettle for tea or coffee, as well as complimentary tea, sugar, and jams prepared by the host. There was also a small fridge, which was very convenient. The location is simply perfect; very central, in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. We loved that the area is not overcrowded with tourists but instead full of locals, with many excellent cafés and restaurants nearby. Every place we tried had amazing food. There are also several supermarkets close by, which made everything very convenient. Public transport is another big advantage: the apartment is just about 5 minutes from the metro stations Re di Roma and San Giovanni, and there are multiple bus stops right next door or just around the corner. Everything in the apartment is modern and well organized, with automated systems that made our stay very comfortable. The host even shared the Wi-Fi code in advance, which was a very thoughtful detail in case of connectivity issues upon arrival. We were truly impressed by every aspect of this stay. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, and we would happily return without any hesitation. A big thank you to the host for making our time in Rome even more enjoyable than we expected. Struttura facile da raggiungere, ottimo il check-in online che permette poi l’accesso tramite le chiavi virtuali di poter accedere in completa autonomia. Everything was close by and easy to reach, which made the stay very convenient. And the shower is great The bar area was not very appealing, and the lack of a vending machine was a bit inconvenient. • Ioana Maria (9/5): Clean and cozy - The room was exceptionally clean! Bathroom was adequately stocked with perfectly running appliances. We loved every minute of it! No fear of unclean beds or bathroom which is always hard to determine from pictures but Il Ninfeo superseded our expectations. Location is safe with the best cafe just around the corner- La Cornucopia Bistro. We will definitely be returning. Opening the doors was a little bit tricky at first but we managed to figure it out- also we were unsure if smoking was permitted on the balcony so we went outside just in case. Other than that, perfect!!

L’ingresso avviene solamente tramite un link che permette di accedere alle varie porte e a volte puó essere scomodo. Inoltre, l’assenza di una reception e nessuno dello staff presente in struttura, quindi è impossibile lasciare i bagagli in hotel se si ha il volo la sera.

The room was clean and newly equipped The room seemed a bit bigger in the photos, but it didn't influence the experience overall, as we were spending there only nights to sleep

• Julia (10/5): Limpa, organizada, funcional e moderna! - Localização segura e perto de metrôs, restaurantes, lugares pra tomar café da manhã e pequenos mercados. O prédio nos garantiu muita segurança e a instalação interna da estadia era muito moderna e funcional, realmente muito confortável. O quarto era muito bom e o banheiro era limpo e diariamente reabastecido /organizado pelos staffs da instalação. Me senti em um hotel. No final encontramos com o dono e ele foi muito gentil! Estava tudo muito bom :)

The unit was clean, comfortable, and easy to access, and the support team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only small concern was that while a kettle was provided, there were no cups, cutlery, tea, or coffee available, which made the first night a bit inconvenient. Once we bought our own supplies, everything was fine. It would be great if these basic items were included for guests’ convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome. Everything good
