• Márcia (5/5): - Da localizacao. Bairro pacato. Apesar da diversidade de louça a mesma encontrava-se suja. Falta de brio no cuidado da casa. Chuveiro nada pratico e confortavel para o banho. Demasiado pequeno.

• Elena (9/5): - Квартира очень просторная, высокие потолки, фотографии соответствуют действительности. Мебель винтажная, но нам это очень понравилось. Из техники есть все необходимое, много посуды. До исторического центра можно доехать на автобусе (мы были неделю, за это время не встретили ни одного трамвая). Но наша семья любит гулять, так что обычно мы ходили пешком ( с детьми дорога занимала минут 30). До Ватикана также ходит автобус. Рядом с апартаментами много небольших кафе и ресторанчиков, пара магазинов с продуктами. Алессандро постоянно был на связи и помогал с решением всех возникающих вопросов. Оставлена плохо промытая посуда в посудомоечной машине.

• Dusa Gruia (10/5): Daca vrei sa simți Roma cum o simt romanii, asta e locul potrivit! - Locația si apartamentul sunt superbe, iar gazda este amabila si receptiva la solicitări. Vecinii si atmosfera sunt fantastice Aparatura (electronicele) si instalațiile sunt vintage. Ar fi mult mai plăcut sa fie moderne, dar probabil ca asta s-ar fi reflectat in preț!

• Alberto (6/5): per die notti ok ma non ripeteremo - la posizione e il palazzo doccia non pulita, mancanza aria condizionata e disponibilità di un solo ventilatore. macchinetta nespresso ma neanche una capsula di cortesia.
• Antonio (7/5): Soluzione vicino lo stadio in zona tranquilla a Roma - L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto bella di Roma, più tranquilla, fuori dal caos della città. Proprio davanti c'è una piazza dove giocano solitamente tanti bambini, poi sempre vicino anche la zona Flaminia, lo stadio e molti locali/trattorie. L'appartamento è molto grande. Molto disponibili sia la titolare che l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Non presente un condizionatore, solo 1 ventilatore, comunque l'appartamento è molto caldo e di notte difficile anche dormire con le finestre aperte per far circolare l'aria a causa dei rumori in strada.

• Raeika (10/5): The best house in Rome! - Everything was perfect. The house was very clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. This place truly felt like a real home. The host was very kind and guided us throughout our stay.

• Tracey (7/5): Great location, but apartment a little run down with lots of broken appliances and blinds. - Great location, lovely old style apartment, responsive host. Very spacious. Shower was poor - shower head collapsed, very cramped, weak water. No bin liners. Only one fan. Noisy at weekend - nearby bar and very noisy in flat above.
• Berit (9/5): Definitely the coolest place! - The host was very friendly and showed us everything, and was helpful during the stay. The location of the apartment is 1,5km from the old town and the price is quite good - felt like home there (we stayed for a week with 6 people). The apartment had everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and so on. The apartment was very big and had a lot of space, plus the whole design was vintage and very cool.

• Ana (8/5): Very comfortable appartment close to Piazza di popolo - Very comfortable appartment in vintage style that makes you feel like at home. You have all that you need even for a longer stay + coffee as a bonus 😊 It's located in nice and calm neighbourhood. It's 3 tram stations to closest metro Flaminio. I have only remark about the no coordination between the owner and the agency where you pick up the key - first they were not aware about the reservation and then cleaned the appartment quickly, but still it was fine at the end.
• Ta (8/5): Nice memorie. - The apartment is really big, we mostly didn't use a living room at all. Everything in apartment made me feel like in an historic museum. The host was so warmly and enthusiasm. 150m from here, there is bus station 910, C3 to Termini Station/Center. 650m from here is Tram 2 to Center. Fresco, Coop market are about 300m far away from apartment. My daughters take whole day to take a look every decor things and furnitures. Bath tub is small even thought bathroom is quite big. Water was so weak in bathroom and kitchen.
