• Andrew (5/5): Was ok, I’d recommend a different place for next time. - Breakfast- not good. Coffee- really bad To leave you have to be buzzed out. Which I guess is okay. But a few times the person wasn’t there…this was infuriating

• Baracaldo (9/5): Sorpresas en la vida !! - La atención y su ubicación es excelente 👌 La habitación sin los útiles de aseo completo, me asignaron una habitación sin iluminación, una cama que si se movía uno, sonaba como si se fuera a partir. Y el hotel tenía para esas fechas poca afluencia.

• Alejandro (10/5): Hotel excepcional - El hotel es muy bonito, limpio muy tranquilo, las habitaciones huelen muy bien y son bastantes cómodas las camas, desde la recepción son muy amables, la ubicación es increible, esta a una calle del Park way, una zona muy concurrida por familias, y donde encontraras muchas opciones para comer. Sin duda, te recomendaría este hotel si piensas venir a Bogotá por unos días Todo en el hotel estuvo increíble,

• Monica (7/5): Confortable y buena ubicación - La ubicación del sitio es ideal para las personas que se desplazan para el centro de la ciudad o por los lados de Chapinero. Pienso que es seguro. Confortable para un par de noches. Para las personas que van en carro ofrece parqueadero. El desayuno, es limitado en opciones. Las habitaciones interiores son un poco oscuras.

• Maria Angelica (7/5): - Esta ubicado en una muy buena zona del Park Way, tiene wifi, las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas y tiene parqueadero. Existen toda clase de restaurantes a sus alrededores y se puede salir a caminar por la zona. El personal tiene muy poca atención al cliente, el desayuno flojo, los huevos desabridos. El ambiente del comedor no es el apropiado porque los trabajadores desayunan allí y utilizan términos como: "es que la gente cree que uno es el guiso de ellos", fue un ambiente incomodo porque nosotros no hicimos ni dijimos nada.

• FERNANDO (5/5): - Reservé, con anticipación, en uno de la misma cadena, a unas cuadras del sitio. Al llegar, me dijeron que no había habitación y me enviaron al del barrio La Soledad, a varias cuadras, creo que de menos categoría y precio, pero cobraron por el reservado inicialmente. Al menos han debido ajustar el precio del servicio.
• Gil Quintero (9/5): Satisfactoria. - Es cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado. No tenían toallas, no las entregaron cuando llegaron, toco ir por ellas a la recepción, la cortina de la ventana, no tapa la luz del corredor, es algo molesta esa luz.

• Medina (10/5): - The location safe, and beautiful. Very close to restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The hotel gas a save, but they don't let you use it. The cleaning lady, cleans every day,but not the shower room or toilet. Also, I was charged $102.00 for extra taxes, because they didn't want to honor my USA passport. Not fair all.

• Joaquinitooo (8/5): A good stay in a nice area in Bogotá - Our first stay in this hotel. In a calm and nice neighborhood with great dining, lunching and drinking possibilities. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. When you need something, they absolutely make sure that you've a good customer experience. For example: they helped us a lot with calling taxis and price indications for different rides through town. Thanks for everything! Nothing, everything was good

I didn't like the location of the glass window/door to the balcony. It felt too easy for someone to enter the room. however, I felt safe and it was not a big issue.
