• Portvm (7/5): Good - The apartment is in a nice new building with gated access. The building is in 10 minutes from the metro. There is a very large balcony that, unfortunately, doesn't have a good view. The apartment is a bit smaller than I expected. Pillows are uncomfortable - very soft. Lots of mosquitoes. The owner asked us to give a 10 point score for our stay. I don't think this is appropriate. We asked for a receipt for paying city taxes - never received it.

• Harry (10/5): A fantastic and joyful stay. - Can’t say enough good things about this property. With a metro stop only a 10 minute walk away this was ideal for exploring any part of the city. Two supermarkets nearby also made it ideal for grabbing a few things on our way back. The apartment was spacious and the terrace was perfect for the weather we had in Milan! Would absolutely stay here again. I can’t think of any faults with this apartment!
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - I recently spent time in a wonderful apartment and I want to share my experience. This place is just great! The apartments are quiet, bright and very clean - you can feel the care for every guest. The cozy atmosphere and stylish interior create the perfect conditions for relaxation. I especially liked the large sun terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening sitting in the fresh air. The new residential complex in which the apartments are located adds to the modernity and comfort. The location is excellent: two large supermarkets are just a few steps away, making shopping easy and convenient. The subway is also close by, with a direct branch just four stops away from the famous Duomo. It's nice to be able to walk to the city center, enjoying the beautiful streets and atmosphere. The owners of the apartment are very caring and attentive, always ready to help and advise. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and beautiful accommodation!

• Red_simon (10/5): LOVELY, LOVELY, LOVELY TERRACE APARTMENT - If any property could rate TWELVE out of TEN, this is that property. First I want to single out Antonio for his fantastic patience, attention, and helpfulness. This was EXCEPTIONAL, and the tenant is in safe hands with this property owner. The location of this apartment might seem a bit out of the way within Milan, but in fact it is a 15-minute walk from Metro Station Lodi Tibb. That is on the YELLOW (M3) Metro line which stops at DUOMO and at CENTRALE STAZIONE. Connections will get you to Milano Linate and Milano Malpensa Airports. The property itself is LARGE with a HUGE covered terrace; sadly cold fog in the morning and evenings meant we couldn't use the dining table on the terrace, or sit out and relax. There is a well equipped kitchen, with more than you could ever want, and the best Washing Machine I have ever come across. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, the bedroom even more so. There is a sophisticated heating and ventilation system in each room, and state of the art lighting. The toilet/shower room are stylish and worked well. We had good meals here, and there are great range of different supermarkets in all directions from this property, as well as bars, cafes and restaurants. We had good sleeps here, and toured all over Milan from Lovely Terrace Apartment. I am coming back to this one. Like many hotels and B&B in Italy, this property requires you to register ahead of arriving, and this uses an online service. There are many Italian idiosyncrasies with this form, such as wanting a COUNTRY when it asks you to put your CITY. Even then it wanted the ITALIAN form of your country name. This was very tiresome, but this is not the fault of this property, and we found it the same at other properties in Italy. Antonio was particularly patient with me to sort this out. Do not leave registration too late, do it as early as you can.

It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, making the experience even more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect setup for a relaxing sleep. The apartment is located in a modern, quiet complex, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Although the metro is a 15-minute walk, it wasn’t an issue at all. As mentioned in the listing, the terrace was lovely—a great spot to unwind. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milano!
• Erik (10/5): Exceptional - No need to look further - that’s the apartment you like to stay every time you visit Milan. We stayed for several days with a small family (3 ppl) and were very happy with our stay. It has super comfy beds, modern design, fully equipped with everything you need, a spacious terrace and is located in a newly-build and safe compound. And if you have any question you get instant help from the great host Antonio. Nearby you can find lovely cafes, supermarkets and Metro or Tram within 10 min walking distance. In 20 min you can be at the Duomo. Overall we can def. recommend it. I’m sure we will come back!

There’s a large terrace where you can enjoy dinner/coffee—such a great bonus! Everything is new and of high quality, exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and Antonio provided clear and precise instructions for an easy self-check-in. The apartment was spotless, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!”

Near the metro, coffees and markets. Also the host Antonio was very welcoming to us, I wish I’ve had time to stay more and I’ll recommend it to my friends and I’ll definitely be here next time I go to Milan.
• Thomas (10/5): Perfect for couple staying short term - Apartment located in a secure complex. Excellent location 15 minutes walk to Lodi Tibb Metro station, Lidl and the local supermarket. Perfect size room for a couple, sofa bed could be used. Lovely balcony area to sit in the morning sunshine. Good amenities in the flat, fully furnished. Shower and toilet area clean. Kitchen with induction hob, saucepans and pots provided. Coffee machine with complimentary pods. Host Antonio extremely helpful and goes far beyond expectations, nothing too much hassle, good English and communication perfect. Would stay again no problem. View from the balcony is building works at present

You have a nearby market where you can go for your groceries and by metro station Duomo is close (Duomo station is on the same metro line) at only 4 stations distance. The host is very helpful and friendly if you need anything just ask him. The view on the terrace could have been better
• Milan (10/5): 🥰😍😘 - I don't know where to start, The whole experience we had for those 2 nights cannot be described, The apartment is amazing with a beautiful big terrace where we enjoyed our nights with my family, The apartment is equipped with all the possible things you need to feel maximally comfortable and relaxed, the entire facility is new and well secured. there is a supermarket, city bus stations nearby and the subway is about 10 minutes' walk away.I have to mention the owner of Apartment Antonio 😊 who is very positive and friendly towards us, he gave us tips on what to visit how to get to those locations safely which restaurant serves good food and many other things. I can say for sure that my next trips to Milan will be there.😘

Lovely terrace and around the apartment you can find local small restaurants with fantastic food. Owner Antonio was very polite and he was all the time on line in case we need something.
