- Anna (1/5): Good stay bad host - Everything except the staff The owner is quite rude. A guest couldn’t enter their room because the instructions did not come through due to some bug from the accommodation being on different platforms (booking and agoda). Out of the 3 emergency numbers left for such situations nobody answered around 23:30 and the email the guest received the following morning blamed them for calling that late and had a negative undertone implying it’s the guests fault for not reading the message sent on booking while that never actually arrived for them. Overall the host makes no attempt at being polite or understanding so prepare accordingly, the rest about this place is all good.

I liked the neighbourghood, cafe nearby, market, ice cream.. And just a few min to the bus stops, 10-12 min to metro station. I would stay here again.

Aministration staff could have been more helpful when I asked for assistance getting downtown Rome. The bathroom had toilet, bidet, shower and sink. Everything was very clean and modern. There also was shared kitchen and dining room, shared with other two rooms. Most time I was eating in my room, but in the kitched is many dishes, everything you need. It seemed that there was also coffee, sugar atc. The walls are thin and you can hear a noise from above and other rooms. But it is not so bad.

- Angelika (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and great location. Resembles a bed and breakfast style - Me and my friend stayed for a night as we left for Sicily the next morning. This property is actually more so a bed and breakfast, as it is a unit of rooms located in a apartment, which was tight in size. Nonetheless, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The only issue was that the safe did not work otherwise we enjoyed our stay. I appreciate that there is an elevator in the apartment as our large suitcases + carry-ons were too heavy to lift up flights of stairs. No working safe

Tuve problemas para abrir la puerta del apartamento, porque no sé activaba la pantalla, llamé y (aunque no hablan español) me ayudaron para saber cómo hacerlo, era solo golpear con los nudillos y ya estaba. Está como a 10 min caminando de la estación de metro Valle Aurelia. Y a unos 20 o más del Vaticano.

- Vanesa (9/5): Instalaciones modernas - Alojamiento muy cómodo, con ingreso autónomo, ideal si llegas tarde, como nos pasó a nosotros. Todo funcionó perfecto. Aunque no vimos al personal, siempre estuvieron muy atentos por mensajes. Incluso había cargadores para enchufes europeos disponibles, un detalle pequeño pero muy bien pensado para los viajeros. Llegamos tarde el primer día y el comedor nos salvó para poder cenar sin salir nuevamente. La zona es tranquila y práctica, con restaurantes, panaderías y servicios cerca. En general, una experiencia muy buena. Volveríamos y lo recomendamos Por nuestros horarios muy temprano y de madrugada usamos taxi, costosos!, Algo puntual de nuestro itinerario y no de la ubicación. Durante el día los accesos son buenos.

The owner sent in advance the detailed instructions on self check-in which was very helpful. The room is very clean. In general the facility was clean and neat. The kitchenette has everything you need. The room was cleaned up almost every day.

- Monika (10/5): - One of the best rooms we stayed in during our three-week traveling: spacious, bright, clean, with comfortable beds and walk-in shower. The building's corridor/elevator, sitting area and kitchenette were also well maintained. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a kettle in the room. The location was pretty good - easy access to the Vatican City by bus. The water temperature in the shower was sometimes changing unexpectedly from hot to very cold, which wasn't pleasant.
