The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. - Keilly Yojana (10/5): Fantástico alojamiento y muy bien ubicado - El alojamiento es grande cómodo, muy lindo y bien distribuido, cuenta con todo, sala amplia , juegos de mesa en el segundo piso, dos baños, la cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas y aseado todo. Lo recomiendo Y además la ubicación fantástica a 2 cuadras de plaza mayor. En plena puerta del sol al frente literal la estación sol del metro, y muy cerca la gran vía. Y el servicio genial. Nada estuvo todo bien

- Aaron (9/5): - La ubicación es tremendamente buena. Estás en el corazón de Madrid, en el kilometro 0, casi literalmente. Buenas instalaciones y cuarto. El cuarto y baño superior son un poco más incomodos pero adaptables. Tuvimos problemas al inicio con el acceso ya que hubo un problema con el sistema eléctrico que proporciona la entrada por medio de una llave “digital” que abre la puerta. Después se solucionó con un corte de electricidad.

- Fátima (8/5): Apartamento familiar para repetir. - La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento amplio y muy cómodo. Uno de los baños, en ocasiones, tiene cierto mal olor Entiendo que es por ser un edificio antiguo. Eché en falta cafetera tradicional (italiana)
- Gabriela (6/5): Great Location, expected a little more from the amenities. - The hardest was to get the codes to get into the property as too much information was required to fill in. And we were a large group. The location was superb, easy to get in and out. The apartment was big enough, for a big group. The rental company was really helpful in trying to make it easier. The bathroom down stairs has a terrible sewage smell coming out of it. The door had to be kept closed for it no to invade the apartment. Out of the 5 rental properties we stayed in, this was the on the low end. The lack of toileteries including soap to was the dishes, coffee for the machine in the apartment (not even 1 pod), shampoo etc was really disappointing. Terribly hard pillows.... Little details that make a great difference.

- Erica (8/5): - The location was incredible! The hot water tank was very small so we had to tile it out to reload so we wouldn’t run out of hot water mid shower. If you washed your hands in the sink it leaked into the drawer.

- Gabriela (8/5): Centrico, grande, limpio, con muy buen espacio - Era muy cómodo, limpio, y súper cerca de todo lo que uno quiere y del metro Que no ponen ni sal ni pimienta por lo menos, que los cuchillos no tenían nada de filo, para hacer café solo es de maquinista, que aunque los quedamos 5 días solo pusieron 2 papeles en los servicios para una familia de 6 personas y que escribí pidiendo implementos de limpieza y nunca me contestaron.

- Javier (10/5): Excelente - El apartamento está bien amueblado, la ubicación es excelente y el anfitrión se mantuvo en contacto con nosotros todo el tiempo, indicándonos sugerencias de ocio por los alrededores. Todo nos pareció adecuado, sin ningún problema digno de remarcar. Informamos al anfitrión de dos pequeños desperfectos y este nos lo agradeció.
