• Amrit (1/5): Cheated - It’s a modern building with lift and most of the facilities mentioned in the description were provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided all the necessary information. The flat was supposed to be 50sqm as per the description however it turned out to be a big lie as the room was actually 1/3 of the size or approximately 20sqm or even smaller. So I felt like cheated and felt suffocated as the rooms were very small. I could easily notice what the size of the flat because my own flat in Germany is approximately 55sq meters with 2 very large spacious rooms, a lobby, a kitchen and a bathroom. So this flat would easily fit into one of my room, which means the owner should charge 1/3rd or half of the price and return to me the rest of the amount, otherwise I will need to take legal action. Further I was provided toilet papers on request. And a ver old Microwave was provided after 4-5 days on my request.
• Marian (1/5): CROOKS - Beware!!!! For check-in the property just post a telephone number, not an address (just a street name). When I called they told they had a problem and they couldn't accommodate me. Later they informed Booking that I didn't show up. STAY AWAY OF IT

• Полимира (1/5): STAY AWAY!! - STAY AWAY!!! If you want to make a right choice for your trip (whether it us business or leasure) and spend your money on a safe property pick another hotel. Those guys are irresponsible, unresponsive, money-oriented individuals acting like SCAMMERS. They deserved the reputation for oriental fraudsters. I made a reservation explicitly pointing the arrival hours (8 - 9 PM) and they APPROVED it. Little did I know that I would need to find a new place in the rainy evening in Istanbul after 8 hours of driving because they didn't pick up their phone. We had to investigate possible numbers and we finally reached them through WhatsApp just to tell us that nobody's going to accomodate us because it was outside their working hours. As you can imagine, I was rejected a refund, or an apology or any action trying to mitigate the damage. The only reason I picked their apartment is because the complex they're situated in has EV charger. BAD CHOICE. For the same budget you get real Hotels in the vicinity with friendly staff, bb and SPA center. Look twice.
• Sarasjuntorn (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay in a quiet area of Istanbul with a helpful staff. - Ben was very helpful since before we had arrived. He was trying to ensure that we had everything we needed. It was good that there are some stores down stairs making it so convenient for us. We think the room was a bit older and smaller than we expected. Some of the facilities weren’t working properly. They might need some renovations.
• Valeriia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location (you can reach subway in 5 min), supermarket and several restaurants around the apartments. There is everything: refrigerator, oven, kettle, dishes, casseroles, hair dryer, cooling system, 2 wardrobes, stuff for ironing clothes. It was calm and silent because of perfect sound isolation in apartments. Owner was very polite person and helped us to solve even the issues which were not related to apartments. Please buy new bed clothes - the existing ones are full of rolls. Light in hall needs upgrade too. Refrigerator makes weird noise and we were not able to close it several times as the bottom rubber part was coming out. Private parking was something we really needed in, as leaving car in front of restaurant was risky to us.

The bedroom provided a peaceful retreat with its comfortable bed and ample storage space. Not to mention, the stunning views from the balcony made every morning feel like a breath of fresh air. Additionally, the building amenities, including the gym and the pool, added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. Moreover, the location couldn't be more convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transportation options just steps away. Overall, my stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return!

The house was really comfortable, 24/7 security, very spacious and impressive, very close to the metro, hospital, pharmacy, markets, 2 minutes walking distance, I couldn't stay anywhere else, this place was great..
