Marina Darcia (1/5): Je suis très déçu et pas satisfaite - Rien du tout ils ne sont pas professionnels Le fait de ne pas pouvoir entrer dans l’appartement parce que notre réservation a été annulée sans nous en informer et sans remboursement , on a dû dépenser pour un autre appartement dans un autre établissement, chose qui n’était pas du tout prévu et donc on a pas pu profiter de nos vacances comme prévu , manque de professionnalisme, et pas fiable du tout . On a su que notre réservation a été annulé au moment même où on voulait récupérer les clés. Ils disent qu’ils nous ont envoyé un mail pour nous en informer mais sur l’application Booking ce n’était pas marqué tout était Ok. Et jusqu’à présent je n’ai pas eu de remboursement. C’est inadmissible.
Elsy (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niets Urine in de wc pot, wc papier nog in vuilbakje en met het warme weer kan je je voorstellen hoe het daar rook. geen handdoeken en haardroger, geen water . Konden ons niet wassen . Heel vuile glazen. Zijn vertrokken naar ander hotel . Dus extra moeten betalen voor ander hotel. Klacht ingediend bij booking.com om geld terug te krijgen maar tot nu toe niets gehoord. Accomodatie neemt zelfs telefoon niet op.

Eboni-rose (2/5): Stay elsewhere - Comfy bed Windows poor sound proofing. Location is on a main street, bin men collect late in the night and early morning. Also Saturday night the bar on the street next door was playing extremely loud music till 3am. No WiFi the 3 days I stayed there and no resolution. Caused me to have to buy data. Some facilities dirty.

Chris (7/5): Good - It was very noisy as it’s in central Leuven, we didn’t mind that too much. We asked for a second towel as there was 2 people staying. We where told that we would have to pay €5 euros for this even though there where 2 people staying. Said they would sort it out but the second towel never arrived.
Annabel (2/5): Dirty, building site and incorrectly advertised - The room we stayed in on the third floor was newly renovated however it was not clean. The entrance to the building smelt damp and was practically a building site. Exposed hanging wires and rubble on the floor and holes in the ceiling. My partner is severely asthmatic and it has really affected him. For my first time staying in Belgium this made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, worried about leaving my belongings in the building whilst out and about. I will not be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone. The advertisement made out that we would have a full kitchen but we only had a fridge and coffee machine which was dirty and no provided pods. Stay away if you value your health and safety!!

Federica (2/5): Very poor - Position Dingy and Dirty. No on-site service or assistance. There were no towels, I asked for them by phone and was told they would let me know. Never heard back from them. I asked for an extra coffee pod and was denied. Considering the price of over 150 euros per night this is robbery. Never seen such a thing in 30 years of trips anywhere in the world.
