• Alejandro (7/5): I would say good if you just want to crash after a busy day - Close to the beach, stores nearby. Accomodates up to 6 people I would say. Air conditioner in one room wouldn’t really work. Door in the shower room seems to be loose, we were afraid it would break down.

• Bej (3/5): - Just the location. Dirty, small, leaking sinks, no loo roll they said we should buy it, no hand soap was told to buy this too. Old bedding linens. Only a fan in the living room. Overall not worth it.
• Rainer (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício! - A localização é excelente, posto 5 de Copacabana, com isso não foi necessário a preocupação com deslocamentos. O apartamento estava bem limpo e higienizado quando fizemos o check in. Os equipamentos da cozinha não estão em bom estado, mas acredito que seja mais culpa de quem se hospeda do que do locatário.

• Elza (7/5): Perfect location okay qualify for money apartment - Great location The interior is basic and many things are broken. At one point our toilet was clogged. Everything you normally flush down the toilet was now floating in the bathroom. Even the kitchen flooded. I read about this in other reviews so I assumed this problem to be fixed. We tried to contact the owner several times but he finally responded after 3 hours replying that he would fix the problem the next day. Because we could not use the toilet at all at that point and the situation was very unhygienic I was very surprised by this response and did not accept that solution. The owner then explained to us what the problem was ( apparently it was conmen) and we were able to fix it ourselves.
