- Stepanka (4/5): I'm not coming back - The bedroom was clean, but very cold. Even the small heater was not enough to heat the room up. The kitchen and bathroom were very dirty
- Katherine (9/5): Perfect location for a few nights in London -
- Gediminas (5/5): Passable - Good location. Self check in. Quite messy in the kitchen. Room is clean, but shared areas not at all. Lot of noice in flat, cause owners was arguing between each other, screaming in the flat. Difficult to sleep in the morning.
- Stephen (5/5): Great location, clean and good Wi-Fi and decent value for money. - I didn’t expect there to be other people living there, sharing the bathroom and kitchen.

- Ireneo (5/5): Did not really enjoy me stay here. I didnt even finish my whole stay and checked out on the second day (I booked for 3 d - Room was clean although some of the owner’s stuff such as clothes and bags are stored inside the guest room. I didnt like the fact that it was a literal room inside the owners flat. In short, I am staying in their “guest room”. Some of the owner’s stuff are stored in the guest room. I can also hear them talking loudly outside my room which kinda put me off as I dont really have a quiet time. Second, although it was noted on description that its a shared bathroom, I didnt expect that I am sharing bathroom with the owner. Also the toilet doesnt have a sink inside, so youre gonna have to go out and go to the bath where the sink is before you can wash your hands after doing #2. Lastly, the only heating in the room is a small heater which did not help.
- Alex (5/5): No private bathroom but it’s cheap and in a good location. - It’s in walking distance from Clapham Common and Brixton. It was warm and comfortable and quiet when I was sleeping. I booked this because I thought it said there was a private bathroom. There isn’t. It’s a room in a flat with 2 others and a shared bathroom with a separate toilet.
I was sent instructions on how to access the keys to the building/room and where to leave them afterwards. On arrival I knocked on the door to check there was no one else in there and I was greeting by a man who politely but briefly showed me to the guest room and the bathroom facilities.
There was no check-in or check-out procedure.
When I used the shower at night I couldn’t get the water temperature to stabilise and it was either too cold or too hot.
I didn’t feel overly comfortable being in and around other peoples’ things so I didn’t spend long there over all.
If that’s what you’re going for you’ll be fine, it just wasn’t what I was expecting.
