- Aminath (10/5): - this hotel was very clean very nice. can stay here for people who want to stay for a short time and who comes for shopping. the location was good too since shopping malls were there and just a 20min drive from twin tower. those who love indian food there are good indian restaurents available in that area too. staffs were v kind and i would totally recommend this hotel. nothing

- amirah (6/5): - The location is great as it is nearby to mall and public transport I stayed in room 502, but there was a knocking sound on the window every night during our 4-day stay. The knocking would occur twice each time, like “knock knock”, and then stop. After some time, it would repeat again. The sound was louder at night, and when we opened the window, there was nothing there. We did not request for a room change because most of the time we will be outside.

- Elise (7/5): Bien - On a pu réserver une chambre à la dernière minute à 23h30 après que notre précédente réservation dans un logement en face ai été annulé. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. L'hotel est situé à coté d'un centre commercial où on y trouve des restaurants. Et est assez proche du centre ville. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer. Il y avait plein de petites toiles d'araignées ...

- Dinesh (4/5): Disappointing - overall the price and the location was good. Happy about the parking facility as well We were initially checking in with the particular male staff Named Sabin. From the beginning his demeanour was very cold towards us especialky when we requested him to change our bedsheets since it was stained. He just told us casually that we need to wait until the housekeeping guy arrives whoch was not as what was promised earlier. eventually we changed to another room. The next day when we requested for a room service, the same guy (Sabin) told us that they only do room service once every 2 days. however this is not what was stated in the lift sticker. the placard/sticker in the lift spesifiacally mentioned to request for housekeeping should we need one. When asked on this, he told us to "asked other guest staying there" if we do not believe him. What about the sticker/placard in the lift? Being a regular guest here, we didnt like this behaviour that was projected to us.

- Chun (8/5): Very good - Near the link bridge to Lalaport BBCC, very conveniant for shopping, and also to railway station. The wall is thin, easy to hear the noise from outside.

- Jason (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was helpful. They helped to change room after my wife had overnight insect bites. Many foreign visitors, mostly males coming from South Asia. One guest even indecently proposed to my wife. That really scared her. My wife remained at the hotel while my daughter and I traveled back to Johor.
