Hernandez (7/5): Mejoren - La chica que nos atendió Escribí al momento de llegar y no me dieron respuesta, el baño sucio y hasta con pelos la regadera al punto que el agua no pasaba por tanto pelo. Mucho ruido, se escucha todo lo de los cuartos vecinos lo que te impide el descanso

Sara (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Der Besitzer und seine Frau sowie das Personal sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Besitzer hat uns auf den Verkehrslärm vorbereitet. Tatsächlich ist dieser nachts kein Problem für uns gewesen. Frühstück war das beste Frühstück, welches wir in Ecuador bekommen haben.

Susan (7/5): Great value, friendly staff. - The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom floor was super sticky because of the cleaner they used. But, they resolved it by putting another rug down.
Andean (6/5): It was ok. - I LIKE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLACE ALL WITH BAMBU AND CHONTA VERY WELL DONE. A LOT OF DETAIL AND SPACIOUS ROOMS It is well located but since located on the main entry street is very traffic noisy. Needs to be cleaner, the lady only cleaned the rooms and dindt have the social areas clean. Toys games and evrything on the common was just thrown around because more than a hotel seems to be a family house were kids are playing around plants need to be watered, the POs for credit card payment didnt work and up to now I dont recieve my invoice, Needs to be mantained. Cleaned and better overall service.

Oliver (10/5): Fantastic, really great place. - 10/10 this place is great. The people are really friendly and helpful. The building is pretty cool too and the showers are hot, there are hammocks on deck to sit and watch the wildlife too. The breakfast is good and varied. We have been helped with tours, taxis, local information, anything we needed they are happy to help. Really great place, we would definitely return here. 😀

The owners are so lovely and more than helpful! They invited us for breakfast and just cared about everything we needed. We felt like family!
Nova (9/5): Spacious room - We loved the room. It was very spacious and the bamboo gives a great feeling! The beds were a bit hard in our opinion but this is personal preference of course. We had a great night here and would definitely recommend it!
