• Isabel (4/5): - Si votre critère de sélection est le nombre de mètres carrés, vous ne trouverez probablement pas de meilleur appartement au Caire, son emplacement bien qu extrêmement bruyant est central et pratique pour vos visites. Restaurant aux environs tout à fait correct. Le plus gros défaut a été la propreté. Bien que les photos soient conformes a la réalité, l'appartement était très sale, cheveux dans la douche, traces sur les toilettes, table pas nettoyée et des draps avec des tâches.... Pas très attrayant.

• Schaefer (1/5): - Cheap and central. Host kept trying to drive us from or to the airport. Charges 6x what Uber does. When we arrived at the airport he did not show up so we took an Uber. On our way back, to do him a favour we allowed him to drive us again. Drove us to the wrong airport and we missed our flight. DO NOT let the host drive you. Uber is reliable, not annoying and ultra cheap. For the accommodation, you can hear the street and cars all night. On multiple days, at around midnight to 3am, someone started using a hammer drill. Extremely unpleasant. Wifi was not reliable so we ended up using a cowork instead, which made the large living area pretty much useless. Warm water was not reliable either and woudl turn off occasionally, making it unpleasant to shower.

• MichaelStuber (9/5): Highly recommended central location, large flat, good condition, friendly host - Great downtown location and spacious flat with a large living room that opens on a small balcony, a nice bedroom and bathroom and a simple kitchen. Friendly, helpful concierge (not English or Spanish) who was flexible for arrival and departure and a premium host who was always reachable / responsive and attentive to needs. In my case I needed both a slightly early check-in (due to last minute changes) which was easy, and a late check-out (for convenience) which was both made possible. The flat is on a large street - as indicated - so don't expect an extra quiet place. When I stayed there some kitchen supply was missing which was inconvenient and loud renovation was going on on the floor below - both not permanent issues of the flat - and the host was supportive. The staircase is not a good condition but again, that is usual in Cairo, based on my experience.

• Felicia (10/5): - Love the location, super central - easy to get around everywhere. Ali & Uncle Samir are super lovely. We enjoyed our stay. One thing to note, its located in Cairo downtown. So, at night it can be pretty noisy - though we slept right through it no problem.

• Midou1993 (10/5): شقة رائعة وكانت رحلة جيدة وصاحب الشقة كان في القمة - لقد كانت شقة رائعة والاخ حسن كان انسان في القمة ، عند وصولي اتصلت به واخبرته انني سأصل مبكرا فقام بتجهيز الغرفة مبكرا ودخلت على 11صباحا ،وعند وصولي استقبلتنا فتاة مهذبة وقدمت لنا المفاتيح (مفتاح للشقة، مفتاح للعمارة، مفتاح للمصعد)،وجدنا الشقة نظيفة وكل شيئ مرتب وكانت احسن من الصور ، الشقة هادئة, الشقة في الطابق 3 و يوجد مصعد في العمارة ، الماء بارد وساخن ،المطبخ نظيف وكل مستلزمات موجودة ،يوجد ايضا غسالة ملابس ومجفف شعر ، الاضاءة رائعة ويوجد بلكون يطل على الطريق ، يوجد مناشف واغطية نظيفة ، العمارة فيها كميرات مراقبة وحارس (العم سمير انسان متواضع ورائع) ،موقع الشقة في وسط العاصمة وبالقرب من محطة الميترو محمد نجيب و بالقرب من شارع طلعت حرب وميدان التحرير ، يمكنك المشي في شوارع القاهرة على الاقدام ، واذا اردت المواصلات استعمل تطبيق indrive او microbus او bus , لا تستعمل taxi، تغيير العمل في المطار 100اورو مقابل 5500 جنيه ، وعند مغادرتي طلبت ايضا من الاخ حسن تأخير خروجي لان طائرتي في الليل ووافق على طلبي ، في الاخير اشكر الاخ حسن والطفلة والعم سمير على الترحيب وحسن المعاملة وان اردت العودة الى القاهرة فلن اتردد في اعادة اختيار هذه الشقة وسوف اترك بعض الصور لها كل شيء اعجبني

• lidors (10/5): che bello! - tutto benissimo. il gestore ci ha dato la possibilità di fare anche un "early checkin". posizione ottima a 8 minuti a piedi da piazza Tahir , a 5 minuti dalla metro. appartamento spazioso, bel bagno tutto ok, niente da dichiarare. bellissimo l'ascensore "vintage"

When I came with the taxi driver I couldn’t find the apartment soon. I needed to contact by message and after that I could manage the check in.
• Sam (8/5): Location is Superb, This Amazing Apartment is Exactly same as per the picture shown in booking.com. - Location is in the Center of the City, Lots of Restaurant options near by. Inside the apartment it looks like a Star hotel setup. Walking distance you can go many attractions. Really recommended for Families with Kids or Friends. The host Mr Hassan is really supportive and always available for help. Sure i will recommend this property to my friends traveling to Cairo. Bathroom amenities & Tea and coffee making facility should be provided also
• Krisztina (9/5): Little gem place in Cairo, would recommend it to everyone - The place was very clean and modern, very different from the neighborhood, it was well located, near the El Tahrir square, the owner was very helpful and nice, looking after for our needs. The building was really old, the lift could only function with a key and if the disassembled door(hard to close) was closed.

• Krishna (10/5): Great location, has everything anyone can need, immediate surroundings a bit crazy but manageable - Great location, Responsive host, Easy checkin, Almost every facility available in the apartment. The bathrooms are a highlight. Although toiletries were a bit non existant. We are a few minutes walk from the Tahir square next to the Nile promenade. One can order almost everything under the sun from groceries to food using the Talabat app. The rooms were spacious and clean. A nice balcony but no view to speak of. Overall a positive experience. The elevator was a bit weird. I would have liked to understand the situation with the uber and how easily it worked before being pushed to taking a poor pick up deal directly from the host. Anyone planning to stay I recommend just picking an uber. It is ultra cheap. Infact I would advice not takig the immediate offer for anything even from the host as there may be better deals elsewhere. This is an advice for anyone in Cairo not just with the host. Be weary of any deals or offers or help. Many of them are just scams guised as offers of help.

I arrived at the airport very early in the morning, but Hassan, the owner of the place kindly picked me up at the airport at 3am and let me check in right away for a small additional fee. He was willing to help all the time and responded really quickly, so I had nothing to worry about my stay, I really enjoyed staying here. I’d love to come back here again. Nothing really. Most of the buildings in Cairo are quite old, so it was a bit tricky to open the door and once I locked myself out lol, but the owner responded me quickly and taught me how to open it, so it was no problem.

• Koenraad (8/5): Very good - Ver friendly and helpful host. Excellent location. Very nice flat. Nothing about the flat. That was really excellent. The elevator was a bit shabby and took some explaining but worked perfectly. The only downside was noise from the street. But then again, this is really the centre of Cairo.

• Dušan (10/5): Fantastic central, newly renovated apartment - Very central, newly renovated apartment. The best rental apartment I have had in Egypt. Hosts are super kind and responsive. All the furniture and appliances are brand new. The apartment is fully equipments necessary for short or long stay. I couldn't find a single thing that was missing. The location can not be better in the middle of Downtown of Cairo, next to the metro station. I highly recommend this spaceous apartment. Everything was perfect
