- Fiona (9/5): Excellent apartment! Would definitely recommend. - The apartment far exceeded our expectations and was extremely clean, spacious, and well equipped.
Having two nice-sized bedrooms and 2 washrooms for 5 of us was great. We found the toilets flushed fine and had no problem with water pressure.
Having a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine was a bonus. The WiFi worked fine throughout our stay, as did the air conditioning.
We walked to the Colosseum the first night we arrived and felt very safe doing so. There are plenty of shops and places to eat all around the apartment, which was great. And having the Lodi Metro outside was very handy and San Giovanni took us under 10 minutes to walk to.
We arrived hot and tired and did struggle to get into the apartment, having never used Vikey before. We watched the video several times and kept trying to no avail. Eventually I contacted the host and they sent someone out. By then we had figured out how to get in, and once you do, it's easy. But we really appreciate that someone came immediately to help us out.
If I were to make any suggestions, it would be for better quality pillows and a few more of them, some pegs for the laundry, and a few tea towels. These are minor issues. The little shelves on the bedroom walls in both bedrooms weren't very stable; they need new wall plugs to fix them back to the walls and because of this we couldn't use them.

- Ryan (8/5): Very good - Very clean, in a quiet area.
Although it's quite far out the metro station "Lodi" is directly opposite, but we decided to walk everywhere from the apartment. 30mins walk to the Colosseum, 1hr to Trevi fountain/Trastevere/Spanish Steps, 1hr 20 to the Vatican.
Restaurant opposite called 'Ritrovo a San Giovanni" is amazing, and the cafe "Bar Giara" is great for breakfast and coffee.
The flat itself is comfortable and spacious, and the owners clearly listen to reviews as it now has a microwave, and decent cutlery.
WiFi is good throughout, and the owners are very responsive when contacted. Although the apartment has 2 bathrooms, only the ensuite has a usable shower as the main bathroom is missing a shower door.
Daughter had a cold shower, until I worked out that the boiler wasn't on.
Water pressure isn't the best, and don't use the water when someone is having a shower or you'll hear a bit of screaming from within the bathroom.
These are minor complaints, and worth the price for the stay.
- Ivan (8/5): Very good - Everything Nothing
- Raya (9/5): Great stay in Rome - The place is in very good location. There is underground just outside the building, and also a bus stop. The neighbourhood is very alive and there are lots of stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was clean and cosy, with two bathrooms, which was perfect for 5 people. The kitchen had everything you might need, if you like to eat at home. Although it was very easy and convenient to open the doors in the building through Vikey link, it would be helpful to have a key for the doors, considering that the internet connection can be bad or your battery might go down. But that was a minor issue. Everything else was great.
- C (8/5): Overall a very enjoyable stay for a family of five. - Location was great . Metro and bus stop right outside. Supermarket about 5 mins walk. Bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets within 5 mins walk. Kitchen could have microwave oven.
- Andrei (9/5): Superb - Shower cabin door was missing, but I think host know about this problem.
- Bernardo (10/5): Exceptional - Very very good apartment.
- Radu (10/5): Very nice apartment - Everything. Very easy to access. Nice and cozy apartment in a good location (nearby groceries, supermarkets, bus and metro stations), We had everything we wanted.. The neighbours were very friendly. Definitely, I recommend this location for those who visit Rome.
- Rick (8/5): Very good -
- Ginny (9/5): Immaculate, bright, modern, spacious apartment in a nice and convenient location! - Immaculate, spacious, modern, well equipped, nice decor, great location outside Lodi Metro (so 1 stop to San Giovanni and 3 more to Termini). Easy to find with a good supermarket (Tigre) just 100 meters away. Highly recommended. Nothing
