• Beckett (8/5): - Host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, picked us up from the airport for €50 (over €20 cheaper than a taxi and much faster than the bus!) and did not mind waiting indefinitely when my friend got stuck at customs. Pietro made us feel very welcome and like we could approach him with any problems. 3 TVs with free Netflix was greatly appreciated as a wind-down after busy days in Rome. The terrace was beautiful and a great spot to sit in the sun and eat breakfast in the morning. Flat was very nicely decorated, especially the main bedroom, and the double bed was very comfortable. The bus stop into Rome is close-by and easy to access for daily use and there are multiple shops close-by for food and other necessities, though the accommodation provided pretty much everything we needed! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book to stay here again on a future trip to Rome. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite high so the tap would spray us if we didn't turn it on carefully, and the bathroom floor would get very wet after a shower. The light switches in the small bedroom were quite confusing as some would only flicker the light instead of switching it on completely. These were only minor problems and didn't really impede our enjoyment of our stay.

• Maria Beatrice (9/5): Ottimo rapposto qualità-prezzo. - Viaggio di lavoro. Ottima posizione per noi, che dovevamo recarci all'ospedale San Pietro, che dista 10 minuti a piedi. Un po' complicato trovare parcheggio nella zona indicata dall'host - a poche decina di metri dall'appartamento -, ma alla fine ce l'abbiamo fatta. Cucina ben attrezzata; ampia camera da letto. Il divano-letto nella seconda camera è accettabilmente comodo. Bagno un po' piccolino ma provvisto di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Il padrone di casa è sempre molto presente e attento. Ottima esperienza, lo consigliamo.
• Davide (10/5): - Premesso: noi eravamo venuti a Roma per gli internazionali di tennis e la scelta di Elisa e Carla House era dovuta alla vicinanza con il Foro Italico. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata ! Pietro si è dimostrato un host gentilissimo e premuroso facendoci sentire subito a casa e indicandoci quali mezzi prendere per il Foro Italico. Inoltre in casa sono presenti dei buonissimi caffè e tè per la colazione. Quando tornerò a Roma sicuramente tornerò qui Nulla, tutto perfetto

• Kerri (10/5): A lovely, warm,clean apartment and friendly host. - We stayed here before Christmas and when we arrived at night, in the dark and saw the Christmas lights all lit up here it was so welcoming and warm.Pietro was on hand to wlecome us. He had already sent excellent, easy to follow instructions on how to arrive at the apartments.He showed us in to the apartment, explained a few things, all very clear and friendly. Being a cold evening it was lovely to feel the apartment was warm. The tea box and coffee selection for the machine was a lovely, much appreciated touch. The apartment was clean, warm, the bed comfy. We were visiting people in the area and it was ideally located for us. We would definitely recommend these apartments and would definitely come back. Nothing, it was all super for us!
• Krzysztof (10/5): - Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, pomógł nam w wielu sprawach. Bardzo dobry wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy do centrum. Cisza i spokój. brak możliwości parkowania przy domu. Przy sąsiadującej ulicy ciężko znaleźć miejsce. Z drugiej strony to Włochy i do tego trzeba się przyzwyczaić ;)

Ci ritornerò sicuramente - La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort: cucina, lavastoviglie, colazione inclusa, tv con piattaforme e internet, un bagno con doccia molto capiente, guardaroba e letto matrimoniale. Per questo TOP. Da premettere che ho prenotato perché la struttura è molto vicina all’ospedale Fatebene fratelli. In primis c’è da dire che il parcheggio a Roma é un tabù, quella é una zona particolarmente residenziale Poi un’altra pecca è il materasso del letto. Io gli darei un lancio.

• Pistrich (10/5): Super Appartment und super Vermieter :) - Ich wurde vor der Ankunft per WhatsApp vom Vermieter umfassend informiert wo der Schlüssel ist, Fotos fürs Anreisen (Wegbeschreibung), nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Check-in Zeit. Bei der Ankunft hat mir der Vermieter noch Einiges im Appartment gezeigt und erklärt. Außerdem war der Vermieter äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Kaffeekapseln, Zwieback, Marmeladen sind im Appartment zur freien Entnahme, eine große Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Perfekt! nichts

L'appartement correspond aux photos et tout est à proximité, magasins et arrêt de bus pour le centre, bus très réguliers, temps pour arriver au centre environ 40 minutes du Vatican, arrivée à Lepanto en bus ou 40 minutes de la gare termini). Rien. L'hôte est en train de poursuivre la rénovation donc cela ne pourra qu'être qu'encore mieux !

• Katt (9/5): Gorgeous place to stay, beautiful house and beautiful city. - The apartment was gorgeous, I wish I could have spent more time in there! I was in the green apartment, which I believe hasn't been renovated yet, but I wouldn't have been able to tell. Loved everything about it, Pietro was super helpful. A bit far away from the centre and the buses were irregular, but that was only really a problem because it was so warm. The aircon broke the first night, but was fixed the next day after informing the host.

He provided clear, detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Communication was prompt and responsive at all times. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing some essentials—something many others overlook. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The room itself was excellent, everything was clean and well-equipped, but the main experience was really Pietro who was so nice.. • Sean (9/5): Great apartment, lovely host, great rooftop Terrace to relax in. - Pietro was a great host, gave suggestions about visiting Rome, about 45 minutes into Central Rome by local buses, affordable and easy to use. Pietro suggested some local restaurants and even when my wife and I were sick due to the flu, Pietro suggested doctors contacts if we needed.

Close to local transport links. Parking right near the house is difficult due to the very narrow streets. Follow the very sensible directions to easier parking a short walk from the house.

This is great for long stays. Bathroom new & clean Terrace is comfortable Quiet area Supermarkets very near Buses are convenient even though it's a bit far Grazie per tutti 🙏🏻 Mosquitoes. Owner provides skin (& air) spray & candle if you need/want. It would be great if the windows have mosquito netting so they can stay open for sunshine & fresh air during the day. It has a few stairs (this is common in Italy), it wasn't a problem for me. But, might for a person with mobility challenges, it can be, especially after already walking a lot during the day.
