• Cristina (7/5): This is not a hotel, marely a average hostel - The only two positive things were the staff - they were very polite and helpful, the cleaning ladies that made a great job and the proximity to the beach The room (furniture, fridge, kitchenette) was very outdated, the pictures from booking were made probably when the hotel was new and recently open. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. In front of the hotel was a big construction site with a lot of dust.

Semi disastro di un viaggio al Bavarò!!! - La struttura è posizionata in modo eccellente dalla spiaggia e dai vari negozi , minimarket , farmacia h24 ,ristoranti con musica da vivo e non !! Banco escursioni l'imbarazzo della scelta è tantissima ! Il ragazzo Adan della reception favoloso si è prodicato in tutti i modi per risolvere le varie carenze della struttura ,veramente bravo da vero manager!! Le foto non sono reali non aapettatevi le camere pubblicate su booking , Sono anni che soggiorno in vari periodi dell'anno in Repubblica Domenicana non mi aspetto standard europei ma qui siamo al limite di una truffa ( foto all. ) .Senza acqua per diverse ore in più giorni una catatrofe , muri con macchie di muffa ,cucinino esterno non utilizzabile e sporco .La manutenzione della struttura inesistente un vero peccato !! Strada di accesso all'hotel non asfaltata . Non si paga poco se i servizi non vengono assicurati ! Aspettatevi pochissimo se decidete di alloggiare al bella vida hotel .e Buona Fortuna !!

• Karen (8/5): Hotel recomendado excelente relación precio calidad - - Buena ubicación cerca de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas, los tours nos recogían a 4 cuadras. Es una zona bastante turística así que casi no hay comida local y los precios son un poco elevados. - Todos los días hicieron limpieza en la habitación a menos que se les informe que no se desea el servicio. - La atención del personal excepcional. - Pese a que a dos cuadras están los restaurantes, justamente esa distancia permite un descanso sin ruido. - La habitación estaba bien equipada, cómoda, amplia y limpia. - El hotel sufrió de varios cortes de luz en la mayoría de casos los arreglaron pronto; sin embargo, fue incómodo. - La cocina se encuentra equipada para dos personas, solo recomendaría colocar una olla más pequeña y tasas para café. - El refrigerador por momentos emitía ruidos.

• Aleksandar (2/5): If it wasn't for engragious misrepresentation of the facility and the room, it would be satisfactor. - Friendly staff, but very little spoken English. English is my second language too. My Spanish is still weak ... communication almost impossible. No way to contact management. Gaven phone number in New York. Clever way to disassociate from operations. Overall building is fine but avoid ground floor rooms ... if you can.

I - Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful staff (especially Adam and Ousman). The floor was dirty with a lot of hair, the renovation and plumbing need updating, and the balcony view overlooks a construction site

• IAmPetr (4/5): Borderline but not more than that - The staff were accommodating. The location is convenient. The room had a fridge and a safe. The room we got was just not up to the standard. Overlooking a construction site, so no view at all. Multiple pieces in the room and in the kitchen/balcony looked dated or scratched or stained. The shower had no curtain so the floor ended up with splashes after each use.
• STAVROULA (7/5): - Good location near the beach and restaurants. Comfortable room with balcony Towels they provided beach towels with holes on it , after the second day we told them and they gave us new ones! The cleanliness should be better. The room needs renovation.

Ficamos alguns dias para fazer os passeios. Fácil acesso para motoristas e ponto de encontro para passeios. É um hotel simples, tem um ótimo custo benefício. Acredito que não tenha serviço de camareira, pois ficamos 3 dias e em nenhum o quarto foi limpo

• ANA ALICE (7/5): Razoável - A localização da acomodação é relativamente perto da praia, com supermercados e restaurantes por perto. No período que fomos à praia Lis Corales estava repleta de sargaço, o que tirou um pouco a beleza da viagem. O quarto tinha uma cozinha compacta que atendeu minimamente as nossas necessidades. Não gostamos do colchão. A cozinha tinha pouquíssimos utensílios. Faltava talheres (facas) e panelas pequenas, panos de chão e de prato.
• Gabi3 (9/5): Unbeatable location - Upon arrival we were met by Ms. Nayelin,a staff member, who appeared to be always smiling, helpful, with a good command of English. The room was spacious enough, tidy, with a fridge and a bottle of gratis water, a big safe. The TV has Netflix (that was a great surprise!) and we watched the newest releases. The kitchen in the balcony which we found kinda romantic is a huge plus for a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, there is lack of kitchen utensils. The hotel is keyless which was so comfortable, you just had to remember 4 numbers. The location is unbeatable. 5 min to the beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, the currency exchange office and the supermarket in 7-10 minutes. Next time we will not hesitate to choose this hotel.

The lady at the desk, I believe she owns the place, did her best to meet our requests The whole place is in need of major renovations. Beside it is defined as an apartment it is more likely to be used as a bedroom. The kitchen lack completely of the basic tools for cooking making impossible to use it properly. That was the main downside for us, along with the poor comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The place is surrounded by buildings under construction. Most of the time there was a bad smell of sewer and the main road is not paved, therefore pretty dusty Overall, you pay for what you have here

• Tom (7/5): Overall, Stay was very comfortable for a feasible amount - Extremely happy with the staff, and the front desk, quite close to everything around, and also to Bavaro beach. Very neat and clean and there is also a backside entrance that helps to keep the dust away from the front door, and our room was on the 3 rd. floor, Very quiet and clean Only issue was the washroom was clogged, but they were able to rectify it quickly.

• Keisha (5/5): Okay for the price. But wouldn’t stay there again. - the staff was nice. I booked a room and was given another one due to some “issues”, the road to get there is not very nice. The shower did not have heated water, we didn’t have water at night and had to wait until 12am. They were working on something late at night like construction work and when it was time to check out, they were painting the stairs. Its what you get for the price.
• Shira (8/5): Very good - The place is not half bad, clean and quiet. The people are very friendly. Wifi and AC worked well. There is a cold and hot water fountain in the lobby. The room was not cleaned during our 6 days stay. Kitchen in the balcony looks nice but it makes it impossible to keep things clean and there are mosquitoes.

• Clare (7/5): Great hotel for a budget stay in Punta Cana - The rooms were basic but clean and the kitchen area on the balcony was an added bonus. The location is great with bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. No lift
• Zhana (4/5): Shady receptionists - The location is great. There is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are also some nice restaurant and a shop and a pharmacy close to the hotel. We arrived at around 8pm and were greeted by a quite shady receptionist who did not have even a basic level of English knowledge. After telling him that we have booked a 2 night stay (used google translator so that we can understand each other), he could not find our reservation and asked a colleague of his, who was in a room opposite the reception, for help. This second man looked quite as shady as the first one and as well might have been high. English level 0 again. After waiting for like 10 minutes, they finally found our reservation and handed us the room keys. However, here comes another problem that we experienced and it was with the payment. We had cash (US dollars) as I had read in previous reviews that there is an extra charge if you pay by card. So I am handling the cash to one of the receptionist guys, however, I had only big notes so I am waiting for him to give me change. At that point he starts explaining to me how I should leave a deposit (the sum equal to what he has to give back as a change) for the towels, windows (in case we break them), bed, etc. I of course protested as nothing like this is specified on booking.com, however, he continued to reassure me that they have to do that. We spent quite some time going back and forth and just the whole conversation was ridiculous and it was easy to realize that he just did not have any change to give back. At which point I told him that I would pay only half of the sum and will pay the rest tomorrow as at that moment I knew that if I left my money there, I would not be getting any change (or deposit as he called it) back. Definitely do not recommend the place for more than 1-2 night stay and make sure you bring the exact amount of cash you have to pay.

• Lynda (3/5): I would never stay here again. Severely overpriced. - The lady that checked me in at the hotel had a very charming and wonderful personality. The view from the roof of the building was wonderful. It was quiet at night so that you were able to sleep. It was a very short walk to all amenities. I wasn’t given towels to use in the bathroom. The few dishes and the one pot and one pan I was given to cook with were extremely beaten. Cooking was extremely difficult because of the utensils I was given to use. I didn’t mind the walk to the beach, it was the really bad smell of garbage on the road to the beach right outside of the hotel that was not pleasant.

• Juliane (8/5): Great value for a small price - The hotel offers a great price for its value. It is small, but has everything you need. I liked the room code instead of the card, one less thing to take care of. The personal is nice. Breakfast was prepared every day, but you didn't have a choice. The beach is in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay, especially the beds were really comfortable. Every room has also its own router, so that the wifi works great. I also liked the kitchen outside on the balcony, even though I didn't use it, it is a nice addition. Around the hotel are construction sides. It was quiet, but didn't look great. The breakfast could be more, often the portions were small. Also, the beach is usually owned by hotels, so that you can only lay down on your towel, but not use the beach beds provided by the other hotels.

• Pola (5/5): Okay for super short stay not for a week - - location is great, it's 5 minutes away from the beach - Staff doesn’t speak English - No hand towel - Sketchy card payment method (they take your card and put the details in the computer, there's no card reader) and it was not mentioned that there's fee if paying by card - Poor lighting in the room - Stop oven very dirty and didn’t work, no matches or lighter provided and no kettle - The view from balcony very poor; you look at construction work mostly - No sockets near bed and not enough working ones - Poor breakfast, every day it's the same eggs, toast and bacon + coffee or juice, if you ask kindly you might get lucky and get some fruit but they're not always available - Attitude of the staff; impolite - Unpleasant smell in the room when you walk in

• Petter (6/5): Bad service - I stayed here for 3 nights. Room was ok and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is served on a plate and it was ok. The views from rooms with balcony is not very pretty. The staff (4 girls) is immature and amateurs. They occupied the lounge chairs in the reseption and stay in resto during brakfast and make alot of noise, like they have a homeparty. Never a quit moment when having breakfast. They dont understand any words in english what so ever.😳 To me it looks like they dont care, and never smile. That would actualle helped alot. Everyday at breakfast my coffee was cold. When I told them on google translate, they didnt do anything. One day coffee pot was emty and they didnt want to make more coffee. They just told me «finito». Every morning I had to wait like 1 hour in my room for a free table since they only have 2 tables in resto. Some have breakfast in the reception. Its a cheap hotel, but still service can improve. I would prefered to pay double and stay at another hotel in the aerea who looks much better.

• Mary (3/5): WHAT A MESS! - I just liked the location and breakfast at the other morning..nothing else I didnt like the service of the staff, the recepcionist almost charged a bunch of money on both of my credit cards by mistake and was telling me that I didnt have sufficient funds but she was charging me the ammount converted in pesos to US$ dollars ! Can you even imagine???? WOW! Our tv didnt work, the staff was eating their food in the lobby and there was a mess of food too all over the place! I dont even wanna say more but it was a whole mess!
