• Simona (10/5): Simpatično stanovanje z zelo prijaznim lastnikom - Stanovanje je funkcionalno, opremljeno s pralnim in pomivalnim strojem, dovolj posode za preprosto kuhanje, za kako bolj resno ustvarjanje pa hitro kaj zmanjka. Postelje so odlične, kvalitetne vzmetnice, brez škripanja, z odlično podporo tudi težjim osebam. Oprema stanovanja okusna, uporabna, udobna. Odličen wi-fi, trije veliki flat-screeni, ki jih mi nismo niti vklopili - ni bilo časa. Prostoren balkon, ki gleda v zelenje, v umirjen in urejen park. Zelo uporaben je tudi za sušenje perila ali samo za oddih v zelenju. Tla so pralna in lahka za vzdrževanje, a kljub temu estetska. Preproge prispevajo k občutku topline in zvočni izolaciji. Dovolj omar in prostora za shranjevanje. V kuhinji je še velik hladilnik z zamrzovalno skrinjo, toaster, mikrovalovna pečica, kuhalnik vode in kavni avtomat ter seveda štedilnik s pečico. Dnevna soba z jedilnico ima še udoben trosed, ki se po potrebi.lahko tudi raztegne v dodatni ležišči. Velika miza nudi dovolj prostora za obroke, delo z lap topom, druženje, igranje namiznih iger. Stanovanje je svetlo, prostorno, zračno. Lastnik Valajan izjemno prijazen in vedno na razpolago za kakršnokoli pomoč in nasvet, tudi če presega njegove dolžnosti in obveznosti. Vsekakor stanovanje, vredno svoje cene in ga priporočam odraslim popotnikom, študentom, mladim, malo manj pa kaki družini z majhnimi otroki. Parkirišče smo skoraj vedno našli v neposredni bližini bloka brezplačno, se je pa včasih treba zapeljat kak krog po soseski ali narediti tri korake. Lokacija stanovanja je super, v neposredni bližini so trgovine, pekarna, javni promet, kratek sprehod je do razvpite Ruettenscheid ulice ali Folkwang muzeja. Katerokoli znamenitost za ogled si izberete, v največ 15 min ste z avtom tam. Edini minus stanovanja je bližnji lokal, ki povzroča precej hrupa. Mi smo problem rešili z zaprtimi okni in odprtimi vrati sobe ter zračenjem na drugo stran, to pa je tudi edina šibka točka stanovanja, ki pa ni neznosna. Sam blok je zelo miren!

• Sabine (10/5): Relaxed stay in perfectly located, impeccable and very convenient apartment. - I loved everything about this stay: the apartment was located perfectly for us (we were there to visit with family in the neighborhood), it's sparkly clean and very functional. The beds are very comfortable (and I'm difficult). The host was extremely fast in responding to messages and solved little issues in record time. He is very professional and efficient but also kind and understanding. I highly recommend this property. We will surely be back next summer. There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great.
