• José Luis (10/5): - It’s a place you would have for living. It’s great because it feels like home. Just small things like the net from barroom windows was not properly secured and the coffee machine was not functioning correctly (you have to elevate manually the mug in order the coffee to come out). But those things are easy to fix. They are not meant as a critic, but a positive feedback.
• Ingrid (10/5): Relaxing - Close to the beach and public transportation. You have many markets and patisseries nearby. Very quiet area, at least this time of year, so it was great enjoying our coffee or meal on the balcony. The coffee pot is not the original one and you need to work a little for your coffee. But it can be easily fixed

• ronit (9/5): מיקום מצויין דירה נעימה (עוד שיפור קטן) - הדירה בסכה היתה מאוד נוחה ונעימה, היה לי המון שקט, קירבה לים ולטיילת, בנין נעים מסודר, כניסה עם מפתח בלוקר, כך שלא היו בעיות. ויש מעבר למיקרוגל שאכתוב עליו - הכל - מגהץ שולחן גהוץ פן לשיער מדיח מכ כביסה טלויזיה גדולה עם נטפליקס. דירה אחלה. תמונות מהסביבה ב 31.12.2025 מיקרוגל עבורי נחוץ מאוד, בלעדיו לא יכולתי לחמם אפילו כוס קפה שהתקררה, וזה קורה לי הרבה. ביקשתי ניקיון של פעם בשבוע בשהייה של חודש זה סביר לדעתי להחלפת מגבות סדינים וכו. נשלחו זוג מנקים. שני אנשים בשעה שאבו את הפרקט, החליפו מצעים עם סדין ללא גומי וניקו!/ניגבו את המקלחת. לא נגעו במטבח ולא הוציאו זבל. רק בשבוע השלישי נשלחה מנקה מעולה ומצויינת. אילו נשלחה מהתחלה לא הייתי צריכה להתעסק עם כביסת מגבות ומצעים. בנוסף - החשמל מוגבל כאשר מפעילים מס' צרכני חשמל-הפקק הראשי קפץ, ולא רצו לומר איפה הוא נמצא טענו שצריך חשמלאי, דבר שהוא לא נכון לחלוטין.

• Shelley (10/5): Beach beach beach - We had a wonderful stay at Edam Beach in Athens. The location couldn’t have been better, just a 2-minute stroll to the beautiful Edam Beach, with the T6 and T7 tram lines equally close by, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was in a quiet building with the convenience of an elevator and easy access throughout. Inside, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the modern kitchen was equipped with high quality, up-to-date appliances which is perfect for a longer stay. Our host was fantastic, always easy to reach and full of excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cozy spots to enjoy a drink. Overall, this accommodation is ideal for anyone looking for both relaxation by the beach and seamless access to public transport into the city of Athens. Highly recommended! Nothing.

• Olga (10/5): Спасибо за предоставленное проживание. - В квартире есть всё, что нужно. Расположение - превосходное. Рядом хороший пляж, много разных пляжей и песочные и галечные. Рядом остановки трамваев и автобусов. Будьте осторожны, в транспорте режут сумки и крадут ценные вещи. Квартира на 5м этаже, лифт работает. В квартире чувствуешь себя безопасно, все виды техники необходимой имеются. Плита электрическая, готовить удобно. Вода питьевая в кране. Кондиционеры в спальне и в гостиной работают хорошо, балкон. Хозяин - замечательный, всегда на связи, очень отзывчивый, сразу решает все вопросы.

• Shelly (10/5): excellent hidden gem - My parents and I can’t rate highly enough of Baran’s tastefully renovated seaside apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and super neat. It is very conveniently located by beautiful Edem beach yet offers easy access with the tramline close by which gets us to historical part of Athens. Baran as a host is very kind and very responsive to our needs. Thank you again for such an enjoyable stay!
