- ERWIN JOSÉ (8/5): Excelente ubicacion y comfort - Estaba muy comodo, tenia baño, cocina, implementos de aseo, aire acondicionado, vista al mar, super chevre para ir en plan pareja. Tambien pude ir sin ningún temor con mi carro personal, lo deje parqueado en frente del hotel y la vigilancia del auto es 24/7 Hubiese sido chevre que la habitación tuviera closet para guardar la ropa, pero de resto todo bien.

Lo único que no me gustó fue hora de salida a las 11:00am y quise pagar unas horas más pero me salía como una noche más.

- Jennifer (6/5): - Facility was clean and new. Decor was nice. Kitchenware was pretty decent for the small space. Nice bathroom with small counter space. The space is really small. The pictures made it look more spacious than it really is. There is nowhere to put your luggage for 2 people and food items. The led lights in the room are so bright that it was hard to sleep. The walls are thin so you heard the people in the hallway and the openings of doors, even when they are punching in the door codes (that was loud). The patio is dirty and bird poop on the lounge chairs, no upkeep. They were strict on the check in. The front desk was run by a bunch of kids sitting around playing on theirph9nes. The room had been ready for hours but they made us wait in the lobby til 230pm.

La terraza también es muy linda y tiene una buena ubicación cerca de todo No me gusto ver que había una estación de servicio abajo y que hay un estudio de baile también en el mismo edificio en planta baja y a veces se escuchaba la música muy fuerte.

Nos quedaba cerca de la mayoría de actividades que hicimos, si tomamos auto llegábamos en 5-10 minutos al Centro, Getsemani, Berlinas Marbella también está cerca, había restaurantes cerca, supermercado cerca. La recepción: un poco caótica y hace mucho calor. La entrada no es clara cuando llegas, creo que deberían ser más específicos de dónde queda la entrada o colocar que ahí queda el Hotel.
- Anna (1/5): Pésima - Res Una semana después de realizar el check out me enviaron un mensaje comunicandome que me iban a cargar un importe ya que había roto una copa de la cocina. No rompí nada. Cuando me fuí estaba todo perfecto. Me cargaron el importe de algo que yo no hice. Me parece vergonzoso. Además, mi estancia en este alojamiento fue pésima. La habitación estaba sucia, me encontré 2 cucarachas..por la noche hacían mucho ruido y por la mañana muy temprano ponen la musica muy fuerte ya que hacen clases de bailes a niñas pequeñas y se escuchaba en todo el edificio. El personal de recepción era muy maleducado y trabajaban sin ganas.

- Julio (4/5): No volvería - La habitación es completa con cocina para larga estancia y buena ubicación . El lobby , la tramitología para ingresar cuando reservas por booking . Llegue A las 10 pm h a esa hora me pidieron tomar foto de mi rostro y cédula en una app , mostrar un soporte enviado por el Banco del banco anticipado que hice . Todo el trámite 45 minutos , luego me envían una clave al Celular para entrar a la habitación y la cerradura estaba sin baterías , le tocó al chico de la habitación abrir con una llave . No hay nada para consumir en el sitio , toca salir solo hay agua . En la página sale clasificado con un precio pero los impuestos aplicados cuestan más .

- Chaim (1/5): won't come back, and I don't suggest it - Comfortable bed, clean room. The room was significantly smaller than advertised - approximately 18 square meters rather than the listed 38. The photos were misleading, and what was presented as a private patio turned out to be a shared building space. Check-in was problematic. Despite having valid credit cards that worked elsewhere during our travels, the hotel's online system rejected two different cards before accepting a third. They then required a photo of the physical card for verification, which meant returning to our previous hotel to retrieve it. While sending card photos via WhatsApp raised security concerns, we had no choice given the last-minute situation."
