- stay ok sarande (7/5): - Location and the view from the balcony Mattress of the bed
- Jessica (10/5): - Piccola, accogliente con tutti i confort La strada per arrivare in centro non é proprio bella, ma comunque ci organizzavamo coi taxi per arrivare in struttura con prezzi comodi
- Charles (1/5): BEWARE! SMELLY, DIRTY, AND DANGEROUS - The location is excellent. BEWARE! Where to begin. Within about 15 minutes of arrival, we contacted the host and Booking.com. The place was uninhabitable, we did not stay at all. Place had a gurgling toilet and flat smelled like raw sewage. There was a note on the door of the building, in the lift, and in the flat, stating there were sewage issues. Would have never booked knowing this. The hosts tried to use moth balls (or something similar) to try and mask the smell - very potent and dangerous. There was a large hole in the floor of the bedroom - dangerous. Once stepping onto the floor, a hole appears. There were dead cockroaches on the floor, yes, cockroaches. The place was very dirty, and very dated for the price. I stay in Greece for a month every year and have for the past 12 years. This is by far the worst accommodation that I have ever experienced. I immediately booked a different flat with another booking site for the same price in the same location and it was terrific. If I could have given 0 stars I would. The host was not accommodating, slow to respond to messages, blamed the location as a reason for not liking the property. I stay within 100 meters of this flat every year. The location is excellent and recommended. The host has refused to provide a refund. Sorry I could not include a picture of the smell.

- Ahmet Deniz (8/5): Great house, but a remote location. - The apartment was very clean and wonderful. Having an elevator is a big plus. The balcony is spacious enough to play a football match on—it comes with sun loungers, a dining table, and a seating set. The kitchen is more than sufficient, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels available for both showering and bathroom use. The TV is connected to the internet, so you can easily watch YouTube or content in your own language. The location of the apartment is very peaceful. The host we communicated with always responded to our questions The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the Acropolis, but it is located in a local neighborhood. It’s not a touristic area; the streets are quiet at night, and the only nearby option is a small convenience store at a gas station. There are no large supermarkets or restaurants close by. If you’re planning to enjoy the nightlife, the location will feel far from everything. The couch at the entrance is quite uncomfortable, as the springs stick into you when you sit. Although the apartment has two bedrooms, it’s only suitable for a maximum of three people—one bed for two people and a separate bed for one person. Other than that, everything was fine.
- Stanislav (6/5): Pleasant - Good location I was on a business trip and needed to work from home, the intruction how to use the internet was not so clear and the owner of the flat answered my request too late. It was too hot in the room, would be nice to have a simple ventilator in the flat.
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect for being close to everything in Athens! - Great apartment with a perfect view of an ancient monument on the hill! The condo was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony! Close to the metro and many cafes and bars! The street was quiet! We will choose it again! The host was really helpful too! Nothing!
- Skirmantas (1/5): Awful smell in the flat ,staff note helpful - Location okay There is a horrible smell in the flat, which manes it impossible to stay there. We had to leave for a hotel
- Petros (4/5): a very basic stay with bad mouldy smell - The apartment is very well located and has a spacious terrace. These are all the positives.
There was a very strong mouldy smell, that wouldn't go away, in spite of open windows. We could only stay one night, we left after ten hours. The correspondence was pretty slow and there was no understanding about the smell.
The furnishings are dated, there is not enough lighting - it all feels like the least effort to achieve easy money.
The floor in one room is partly falling apart.
Sure, the price was good, the location is central, but there are better places to stay in Athens. The apartment is very well located and has a spacious terrace. These are all the positives.

- Connie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laima (4/5): Disappointing, there are better more welcoming places in the center of Athens - Flat location is very good, just couple of minutes from metro and buses if you need them. Walk to Acropolis and other attractions is an easy 15-18 minutes stroll.
Forget about car parking in the street, we just used Syngou-Fix parking - 8 EUR for 24h is cheap and safe.
The terrace was great, very large and with furniture as per pictures. Not much of a view except for Philopappos Monument which looks great at night.
Good grocery shops within 5-10 min walk - Galaxias, Lidl, Sklavenitis, OK Markets We are not fussy travellers and are used to basic accommodation BUT there are no excuses for:
- Smelly and mouldy bathroom. As noted by other travellers water was coming out of the drain after the shower leaving the floor perpetually wet. Bathroom lighting is very poor. Drain was emitting foul smell.
- Washing machine without the socket to plug in? No extension cable to be found either so useless :(
- Iron available but no ironing board, really?
- Kitchen is nearly bare, we ended up going to nearby shop to by a KNIFE. it was this bad. Coffee maker had missing pot so couldn't use it. Two coffee cups, no proper tea mugs. One smallish frying pan and a pan doesn't do well if you want to cook a meal for a family. Only two chairs with kitchen table so breakfast was done in turns. Plus some ant colony for the company :(
- No rubbish bin! ONE bag was left for rubbish for a week, no replacement bag for bathroom either.
- Very old and slow heating kettle, no bread toaster
- Loose kitchen tap
- Quite slow internet connection, needed to reset router twice due to outages.
- Small and thin single pillows were vary bad, gave me neck pain, no extra pillows to talk about.
A trip to Ikea and a call to the plumber could solve many of the mentioned above.
- Marcello (7/5): Good -
- Kokhodze (8/5): Very good -
- Erik (5/5): Passable - The apartment was really close in city centre and the sheets and towels were new and clean. The communication with owner was quick. There was mould in the bathroom
Sewage system from bathroom smelled pretty badly
- Sonia (10/5): Great option really close to everything! - Great place with a great view! There was a self-service check-in process, which was important for us because we arrived late. The apartment was very clean!! The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were, too. It was a five-minute walk from the metro station. Also close to Acropolis, something was significant for our group! The host, a young lady named Mary, was friendly and kind. We will prefer it again in the future! Nothing!
- Talia (9/5): Superb - Location and clearing and the balcony The heating system but it isn't bad
- Mary (10/5): Value for money! - The apartment was nice and clean! The host allowed early check in! It has a nice balcony with a perfect view to an ancient monument! The beds were too comfortable too!
- Magno (9/5): Superb - Nice place to stay, location is top, thank you
- Guri (10/5): Clean apartment and nice host! - It was nice and good stay! The apartment was really clean and comfy! Comfortable beds and nice balcony with a view! Nothing at all
- Vella (9/5): Superb -
- Mckenna (2/5): Not a self catering apartment - be warned. - Close to metro
Fairly clean
Beds comfy
Good shower Marketed as a self catering apartment. However no cooking utensils or pans provided and when the owners contacted they acknowledged it wasnt provided but would not resolve.this meant food we had bought went to waste and we spent a fortune on meals which we had not budgeted for.
Washing machine in bathroom but as no plug in bathroom it needs to be plugged in outside. As the lead is short you literally need to limbo under the lead to get out of the room.(See photo)
Several plug sockets didn't work.
Musty smell throughout especially in the cupboards.
- Mykhailo (9/5): Superb - Pretty good! A bit overpriced, still maybe ok for the beautiful balcony. The apartment needs some minor renovations.
- Kyriacos (7/5): Although the building was very old it was recently renovated and very clean. It is absolutely impossible to park our car - It was very clean Only 3 mugs and 2 small coffee cups for 4 adults. It was not possible to communicate by phone. Initially we were told there was designated parking. After we booked we received a message saying there was no designated parking and that we can park in the streets nearby
- Eric (10/5): Clean and perfect for a stay in Athens! - Clean and it has a wonderful balcony! We enjoyed and the host was friendly with a lot of advice for the area! Also, it is close to the metro station!
- Robert (10/5): Nice apartment and very clean! - First of all we would like to thank our host for allow us early check in! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoy the spacious balcony. The atmosphere was great! We suggest it to anyone who would like to be close to the city center but in the meantime stay in a quite area!
- Britney (10/5): Recommend for sure! - Great view and nice balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and it has comfortable beds! It was clean which is truly important for us and we had great communication with our host. Also it was close to metro station.
