Room was very spacious, kids loved the tub! Breakfast was not great and limited.. But generally okay. Would definitely come back, but probably skip the breakfast. TV system could be better for today’s standards

Ontbijt is outdoor en dat is een belevenis met de aangrenzende kleine markt aan de overkant 3.Zeer ruime kamers, uitstekende bedden en schoon 4.Bewaakt terrein! De grabtaxi komt makkelijk tot aan de ingang. Een heel veilig gevoel! Alles was top! Hou dit niveau vast!

• Alia (3/5): - Great location near town, easy to take a grab to Central Market and many food options. 1. The first thing we encountered was 2 of the 3 blinds were broken and we could not roll them up. 2. The air conditioning in the living room and 2nd bedroom were not working, air was blowing but it was not cold, so it was hot and stuffy the first night. 3. The oven and induction stove did not work either - despite checking the operations manual and trying various ways. 4. On top of that NO ONE picked up the phone when we called from the room - not even the operator, housekeeping or reception. Even a call from our handphone to their landline was not picked up. We had to go down to reception the next morning to inform them of the issues. 5. I will concede one star, as they did resolve the above problems. My comment is that the repair team should've at least left us a note to inform that we needed to use the controller from another room to turn on the living room AC, instead of us having to test and figure it out ourselves. Again, no one picked up the phone for enquiries. 6. Tea bags were also not replenished the following day. For a reputable brand like E&O, this marred our experience and we will most likely not return here for our next stay.

Had to pay for an orange juice, customers had the choice of 2 restaurants to go to both an unacceptable breakfast I had to call housekeeping to make up the room as it hadn’t been made up for 2 days despite putting the card on the bed requesting a change of bedding. • James (4/5): Don't stay here. You won't get any sleep! - Great location. Large rooms. In terms of positives... thats it The air conditioning doesn't work. All it does is blow warm air and dust into the room. Staff came to look at it, twice, nothing changed. We were unable to sleep as the room was so hot. Also despite being on a high floor, we heard every car that went past, all night. The windows are not sound proof, at all.

• Smith (9/5): - The concierge staff. So polite and very helpful. I've stayed at this property at least 7 or 8 times & used to live at St Mary. The location is wonderful, the grounds & pool area are lovely & peaceful & the security is premier. My only complaint is that over the last 3 years the interiors of the units that we've stayed in need new carpets, clean & repaired window shades in the main living area and fresh paint. When I stay at E&O it always feels like I've come home. I hope to see you again next year. Judith W.

• Simon (5/5): Ok for a long weekend, not good for long stays from my opinion - The location is very convenient for the city and the pool is nice. A few good local restaurants nearby. The beds and pillows are possibly the worst I have ever slept on in my life, I had minimal sleep for 20 nights, so uncomfortable. Also no laundry rail so we had to go to Ikea and buy our own, staff said lay it on the bath???? Some staff are nice, some are rude. It sufficed for 20 nights but I certainly won’t be going back there again.
• Alexander (8/5): - Ein sehr großes Apartment mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die Matratze war extrem mit Blut und sonstigen verschmutzt, wurde nach Reklamation gewechselt. Die Räumlichkeiten könnten besser gepflegt / gesäubert werden.

• Pauline Wan Ning (8/5): A lovely place, strategic location and warm friendly people❤️ - Location and warm friendly staff As it was a family gathering, we had hoped to spend some time together in the lounge area watching television and relaxing. Unfortunately, this was not possible as the television appeared to be quite old, there was no cable TV available, and the reception for even the local channels was very poor. This made it difficult for the family to enjoy the space together as intended. We hope the hotel might consider upgrading the television facilities or improving the reception so that future guests can better enjoy the lounge area, especially during festive occasions when families tend to gather.

• Benjamin (8/5): At the end super nice still, we recommend it 👍 - It was very well located, very spacious, the curtains on the room were really good (like for the sunlight on the morning for ex), the main bathroom very spacious and comfortable, most of the staff was really nice The AC was very noisy, the bathroom at the entrance had some pee smell constantly and the guy who welcome us when we arrived was a bit harsh (we felt he heated us😂)
• Alina (9/5): Все отлично, кроме охраны на кпп , их недовольные лица и неуважительное поведение портит оценки !!! - Очень классное местоположение, очень чисто, красиво, комфортно все Персонал на рецепции и на охране на доброжелательно относится. Не улыбаются и ведут себя так, будто им мы должны еще денег. А на охране вообще очень грубые и недовольные сидят охранники на въезде. Мы заказали еду себе через доставку, мало того, что они не пропускают доставщика в отель, тоесть мы вынуждены были выходить за своим завтраком и идти через всю территорию резиденции 5-7 минут, чтоб забрать свою доставку , уже проще было сходить в ресторан по времени!!! Так еще и на кпп они с недовольным лицом отдавали нашу доставку, вроде как мы им неудобства создали тем, что заказали себе еду!! Что за бред вообще? Почему охранники так себя ведут, что они себе позволяют и что они знают про клиентоориентированность???? Стоило бы их подучить однозначно , что клиенты видят конкурентность в этом городе и не захотят вернуться в чудесную резиденцию из-за охраны !!!

• SERGEY (9/5): Комфортное проживание, рекомендую для остановки на 2-3 дня. - Очень удобное расположение резиденции, в самом центре, в пешей доступности башни Петронас, океанариум, торговые центры, кафе и рестораны. Монорельс в минуте ходьбы. Персонал очень приветливый, мгновенно реагируют на все просьбы и оказывают помощь. Номер не идеальный, но для комфортного проживания есть все: две спальни, три санузла, кухня с посудой и бытовой техникой, включая стиральную и сушильную машины, все исправно. Красивый вид из панорамных окон ( 15 этаж), есть бассейн. Брали проживание с завтраком. Это единственное, что не понравилось: очень скудный и по меню. Завтрак

• Ulrich (9/5): Für uns ( 2 Pers. 4 Tage ) ein toller Aufenthalt - Sehr schönes Apartment, mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, obwohl wir nur ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten Das Bett war etwas zu hart und wir konnten keinen Topper bekommen. Man sieht dem Möbeln an das sie benutzt worden sind. Schade das es keine Bar für einen kleinen Absacker in der Anlage gab.

• Giles (7/5): - Okay, location is great.. right next to the Pavilion Mall and walking distance to most of the attractions. Apartment was huge, definitely more space than the four of us needed. Swimming pool, gym all good… I booked this with a view… the room we were given had absolutely no views! I complained and was told that none of the rooms had views, but we could have a room with a view of the swimming pool… this room also had views of Petronas Towers! So they do have rooms with views… which brings me to the breakfast. They outsource the breakfast to a cafe downstairs; they give you a breakfast voucher which allows one cup of black coffee or black tea. The breakfast itself is a set meal, no juice, no fruit. It’s rubbish, probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in our five weeks in Malaysia…

• Catherine (9/5): Good value in KL. - We had a very large apartment with plenty of cooking appliances. There was also a washer and dryer. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was lovely. We did make some suggestions to the manager. A drying rack for the clothes that shouldn't go in the dryer would have been very useful. The bed was a bit hard and the view was a blank wall. Bottom line though, it was still very good value and we had lots of space.

Het is een groot complex, waar ook mensen permanent of voor langere tijd verblijven Onpersoonlijk, je zal er niet snel aanspraak of interactie hebben met anderen.

• ummi30 (10/5): PERFECT STAYCATION! - I love how spacious the room was and how calm the entire property is. Truly felt like I was in a different world once entering the compound of E&O Residence. It was such a beautiful experience. I think they did everything great! Would appreciate if there were instructions on how to use the ice maker on the fridge. Also if we could have a coffee maker would be great too. I saw it in the picture but was not there in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but definitely nice to have :)

• Tia (10/5): Big space for family visit in the city! - Very spacious for a 2Bd apartment in Kuala Lumpur. Just that the location is between a big complex where something is not convenient for Grab delivery/ visitor to come. Because you’ll need to walk to the main car entrance to pick up your item.
