• Taylor (10/5): 10/10 great communication with home owner. It was very clean, stylish, spacious and the location is stunning. Reason - Fantastic location and a big spacious apartment. A funny damp smell in the kitchen/laundry but was easily fixed by opening the windows :)

• Cressida (9/5): Lovely quiet, cool apartment with comfy beds and good facilities thank you for a lovely stay - Quiet spacious apartment Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and washer with detergent that was very helpful. There was a bit of a smell with the drains at times and the blinds in both rooms were too light some curtains as well would help sleep as it was light very early.

• jimhadj (10/5): Awesome place for a home like stay with friends - For the price, this place was amazing. Very spacious and perfect for a group of friends. It has everything you need from a spacious lounge, fully stocked kitchen (the coffee pods and machine were well appreciated - there was even milk in the fridge), good sized bedrooms, a fully stocked bathroom, off street parking and a little balcony. All this made staying there a breeze as you only really need to bring yourself and your personal items. It was also really quiet overnight so sleeping was easy and the location is perfect for a short stroll into the CBD or even to Brunswick St Fitzroy or Smith St Collingwood. Very much enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. This is also one of those places where the photos of the place look great but you are even more impressed when you actually walk into the place. There was really nothing we didn't like. Everything was great.

• Mel (10/5): Lovely stay. Suitable to short or long stay. You have everything you need and close to tram and cafes. Very clean and mo - Clean, spacious and warm. Very comfortable bed and amenities were spot on Noisy common area. But not a deterrent.

• Darren (10/5): Highly recommended - The location is perfect for Rod Laver and the MCG only a 23min walk away. Close enough to walk to the CBD too. IGA around the corner and Maccas and pizza hut too. Bryan was extremely easy to deal with. We highly recommend this place. NA.

Took me ages to get my Ford Ranger out of the park

Perhaps a box of tissue but that was nothing really. Even a pair of scissors. Nice linen and very comfy beds in both rooms. Heaps of room in the bedrooms.

Check-in was easy and flexible with a car park at the rear. The front communal entrance had a security door with a lock that was hard to open... not really a big deal. The car park was great but better suited to a smaller car. Neither of these are anything to complain about just my observations.
