- helene (6/5): Idéalement placée, logement propre mais parfois bruyant . - Situation géographique parfaite. Le logement n’est pas adapté pour deux couples. Pour un couple avec deux enfants c’est très bien. Clim très bruyante et isolation phonique moyenne, car nous étions à côté d’une porte cochère très difficile à ouvrir. Faire réparer la serrure rapidement. Au cœur de la ville dans une rue qui était plutôt paisible.

- Hasan (10/5): - The cleanliness is 12/10. Everything was clean and desinfected. Location is top in the old city center. But you should park in a parking garage before you enter the old city. The interior hall of the building is very beautiful.

- Michael (6/5): A good city location, but has some issues. - The location in the town and the booking procedures are excellent. The bedrooms and the lounge room are both very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is simple and functional. The lower floor bathroom was unusable due to a foul smell. There were some electronic devices used to mask the smell, but that does not lessen the health risk. I placed a rolled up towel at the bottom of the door to contain the stench.
The apartment lists as 103m2 but feels considerably smaller.
The dining table was unusable due to bar chairs being provided, as opposed to normal dining table chairs. The chairs are uncomfortable to sit on, but more significantly, even at their lowest point your feet can’t touch the floor.
The location of the apartment within the building is also problematic. The apartment is not within the main part of the old Sevilllan house depicted in the photo. It is located on basement level off the main thoroughfare entry to the building. It fronts the street and has the combined noise of the street and the tenants of 20+ other apartments in the building coming and going.
The kitchen is small but functional. However, there was no oven, despite the listing, unless a microwave counts as an oven. The items for use in the kitchen were quite odd. There were only two cutting knives and they were bent and blunt and could not cut through basic things, like bread. There were numerous old frying pans, half of which do not work on an induction cooktop, which was bizarre. The apartment photographs with a homey vibe but the general feeling presented was do not eat here.
The apartment would suit a couple staying for a couple of days, who intended to mostly eat out. It does not suit a family intending to relax in Seville for a week. It just does not have the space or facilities, despite apparently being 103m2.

- Hannah (7/5): Good for the price & location - Location was good - big tv, 2 bathrooms comfy beds. Very steep stairs with no hand rail for some part. No windows!
