• Gary (4/5): Check in and out is way to much hassle - Great location Check in and check out is a shambles you have to drive km’s away to another apartment block to retrieve keys from a letter box then go back park on the street to go up to your apartment to get a phone to unlock parking. Then repeat the whole process in reverse to check out. Also wifi didn’t work and sent a message on 1st day but went unanswered but 2 days before check out they start messaging you with everything you need to do on check out.

• Wenz (9/5): Most pleasant - The staff were quick to respond on the text. You had to pick the key up in another location then drive/catch a taxi to the accommodation. No concierge or front desk.
• Kylie (9/5): Awesome apartment in a great location. - Beautifully presented and clean unit. Great location right in the heart of town. Close walking distance to many restaurants and other facilities. The neighbour in the unit beside us who made a false claim/complaint about us. He also stood at the doorway staring rudely at us when we arrived.
• Mitchell (8/5): Great location, very comfortable - Dislike the set-up with the garage entry, needing to go up into apartment to get a mobile phone for access to the garage is just ridiculous. Surely a fob on the keys could be arranged?
