• Sabrina (8/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden! Nettes und zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbares Personal (WhatsApp). Man hat alles, was man braucht im Appartment und in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert. Leider ist das Bett sehr hart und unbequem.

• Maxence (1/5): Séjour gâché. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. - Logement sale, mal équipé. Store cassé, lave-vaisselle en panne, problème de plomberie. Le propriétaire a remplacé le lave-vaisselle et réparé la plomberie. Le ménage a été refait. Du coup, on a été obligé de gérer ces problèmes pendant notre séjour et donc d'être sans arrêt dérangé. Le propriétaire n'a rien voulu négocier et c'est booking qui nous a dédommagé. A plus de 175€ la nuit et nous demander en plus 10€ en liquide à notre arrivée pour avoir les clefs après 21h sans le preciser au moment de la réservation, avec du recul, on peut trouver mieux à Seville.

Het is beter om iets meer uit te geven voor een beter apartement - De locatie van het appartement is prima 1 handdoek voor 5 dagen Slecht bed Geen handdoek /theedoek, vaatwastablet, doekje voor aanrecht, afwasmiddel/borstel in de keuken Geen toiletpapier Van te voren gevraagd voor extra beddengoed, omdat we allebei groot zijn, is dat meestal afzien in buitenland met kleine 2 persoonsbedden

• Julia (1/5): - Nothing. We are in the process of applying to small courts claims. We left the flat within 2 hours but paid upfront for 3 days. Be warned, booking.com say that because owners don't speak English, it's hard to get a refund from them. Landlord texted us after 4pm that they cleaned the flat (it wasn't clesn when we arrived at 2.30pm), and when we returned at 8pm there were dirt everywhere, soiled towels, bedding with stains, no duvet or pillow for 3rd person. We had a young child, it was unsafe to sleep on bedding which clearly hasn't been changed. Messaged the guy for 2 hours - no response. Be aware - booking.com doesn't take any ownership, they say it's the customer who has to decide to refund or not. Do not book this place or via booking.com. We have submitted our court claim now. I will upload more photos in google reviews and tag the place via Instagram to help others.
• Héctor (9/5): Muy buena estancia. Para repetir. - La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario. El apartamento es amplio para 1/2 personas con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días a gusto. Se agradece el detalle de una botella de agua fresca en la nevera. Hay que mejorar la insonorización, el sábado por la noche se escuchaba a todo el que pasaba por la calle de abajo.

• Marie-Sophie (7/5): - Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter la ville à pied. Chambre bien située loin de la rue, au calme Le lave-vaisselle est en panne et on ne nous l’a pas signalé. Aucun torchon dans la cuisine. La cabine de douche est en mauvais état.

• Renáta (9/5): In the apartment we will found everything to which we need. The street was cozy. - The apartment was well equipped, close to the city center and the sightseeings. In the bedroom the pillow could have been separate.
• Marianna (6/5): perfect location in a simple flat - location the flat is ok, high ceilings but it needs a but of maintenance, carpet/sofa would be good to wash these, the kitchen is bathroom is quite basic ;however the location was amazing
• Andrea Jose (7/5): Buen lugar!! - Muy buena ubicación! Al salir a la izquierda tienes una plaza espectacular, tiendas, corte inglés, supermercados y un restaurante árabe que deben ir!! Cómodo, el aire acondicionado es fenomenal, los ruidos normales para estar en toda la calle!! En líneas generales excelente.. Vale la pena destacar, que quizá fue algo fortuito!! Pero el baño estaba muy sucio las paredes de la ducha muy muy sucias, el piso tenía muy mal aspecto! Ojo yo lo limpié y quedó bien!! Las ollas y los sartenes estaban sucios también, las tapas estaban llenas de aceites! Creo que se confiaron que todo estaba colocado y no lo lavaron! Cosa que está mal hecho! Por qué si utilizas algo, no debes guardarlo en su puesto! A menos que lo laves debidamente!! El nórdico estaba lleno de salsa roja! Se ve que comieron o se limpiaron las manos! Del resto! Todo muy bueno! VUELVO E INSISTO! quizá esta vez no limpiaron bien! Pero la verdad todo lo demás muy bien! Se los recomiendo por qué está a buen precio, está bien ubicado, y para 3 personas está muy bien! Una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama!! Que quizá para dos resulte..

• Error? (8/5): - Departamento cómodo y bien equipado.Limpio y cercano a los lugares de interés Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacían mas de 40°. Trataron de solucionarlo Pero no pudieron y nos ofrecieron ir a otro alojamiento. Pero elegimos permanecer allí y nos enviaron ventiladores .

• Claudio (9/5): Localização ótima. - O apartamento é grande e bem localizado, com ótima estrutura interna, climatização e conforto. Em um alojamento com essa qualidade e com esses aparelhos eletrodomésticos, seria esperada a oferta de materiais de apoio como cápsulas de café ou detergente para as máquinas de lavar, pois do contrário há limitação para o uso desses dispositivos.

• Gilbert (8/5): Very good - Well equiped, functional and cosy at the same time. The bathroom sink smells very badly. Instead of fixing rhe problem (which might or might not be possible), the owner chose to cover it with even more penetrant room odorants. Pitty, as except from that it was all perfect.
