• Eva (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, y bonito. El trato y la atención por parte de Tiziana fue excelente. La cama era muy muy incómoda, también había algunas manchas en las sábanas y mantas, lo cual fue muy desagradable.

• SIMONE (9/5): - Camera pulita,in ordine,con arredamento moderno e attuale. Buona la posizione davanti alla fermata autobus 140 che ti porta in centro o sulla collina di Posillipo.la Metro a due passi. Ci ha assistito Jeannette gentile ,disponibile e velocissima nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.

La camera ben arredata e comoda Stanza ricevuta con stato di pulizie molto approssimative, soprattutto bagno e pavimenti. I giorni seguenti non c'era servizio di pulizie giornaliere, se non a cambio di extra. L'edificio non dispone di ascensore e ci sono vari piani di scale da fare a piedi, bisognerebbe renderlo noto ai viaggiatori prima di prenotare.

• Xue (9/5): Clean and tidy - Pros: The room is in a great location, very close to the metro station, which makes getting around super convenient. It’s new, clean, and really pleasant. Naples is a lively city, but once you close the balcony door, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. Jeanette was incredibly friendly and helpful — thank you for all the great advice and support! Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from the neighbors, especially if they’re loud. • Antoaneta (7/5): Good location and nice room but only for one or for 1-2 nights for two - The location is perfect - against the best pizza restaurant in Napoli and very close to the sea. The room is very clean. And this is all the good I can say. We had problems with the checkin, had to wait, then the host said he's blocked in the metro, so we can take a picture of our IDs (???), send them to him and then we can use some codes for self checkin. The codes didn't work, we tried multiple codes so we can enter... We stayed for five nights. The room is nice and clean, but very small for two people. I can only recommend it for one person or for 1-2 nights max for two people. There is no space you can store your clothes and shoes, and if you experience rain, there is no way you can dry wet clothes. There is no wrap/blanket on the bedroom, there is only a sheet (ONE) and bed cover (ONE). So imagine how two people sleep... We asked for a blanket, but we did not recieve one. We only received an aditional sheet on the next day, which was taken from the "cleaning lady" the day after. And the room had not been cleaned, sheets were not changed, just our life saving additional sheet was taken. When I asked about that I was sent a video (made by the "cleaning lady") with the room with our stuff (???). Yes, we left our things on the bed and on the floor because there was no space we can store them. We were promised another sheet for the next day we never actually received. Checkout is 10 am sharp. The "cleaning lady" has no key for the door outside, so you should go down the stairs and open for her, she does not speak a word in English either...
• Cristina (9/5): Superb - I liked the neighbourhood, the hospitality of the host - Giovanni also guide us for best restaurants and places to visit. We was waited with patince when our plane had +1hour delay... The flat was clean, with air conditioneer, cool water in the fridge, nice interior design ... Sometimes could be bothering the sound from the bathroom when you use the water - I think there is a tank that is heated and makes a noise... Not something with what you can't live, anyway.
• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - The place was very nice, clean and in a very good location, with a bus stop and one of the best pizza places just below the property! The room was equipped with an air-conditioning, clean towels and a coffee machine. Giovanni was a really great host, always reachable by phone and ready to help with any requests. Lastly, we had a really pleasant stay and wish to come back soon!
