- stephanie (9/5): Fantastic location and space - We found a local car park and parked up for a couple of days, not needing to use the car because of how conveniently situated the apartment is. We went to London to watch Matilda the musical and it's a few minutes walk away from the apartment, shops, pubs, public transport are all on the doorstep and Tesco express just opposite if you need to grab anything.
We're a family of 4 and the space in the apartment allowed us all to have our own sleeping areas. The main bedroom bed is firm, spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite with over shower bath which was powerful, 2nd bedroom being smaller but still roomy for double and again comfortable, the sofa bed was also comfortable.
We liked the open plan kitchen living area with being upstairs (where the sofa bed is). Having 3 toilets- 1 on living area floor and the other 2- 1 of which being the en-suite and the other having a shower cubicle, on the bedroom floor (the ground floor of the apartment) were very convenient. Amenities in the apartment were great. The radiator in the main bedroom valve to control the temperature in the bedroom was broken so it was too hot on the 1st night, so I managed to turn the radiator completely off using the other nozzle on the radiator and 1 of the levers on the window was missing.
The apartment could do with having a whole general inspection and more of a deep clean.
Just be mindful, there are a lot of steps leading up to the apartment and once inside the apartment, more stairs to go to the living/lounge/kitchen area, which can be difficult for those with accessibility needs.
- Lena (9/5): Perfect location; clean, safe and worked well for two adults - The location can’t be beat. Two blocks from Covent Garden tube station and just a bit more to Tottenham Court station. Bus stops also close by. Walk to major sites like the British Museum, SoHo, West End theaters, Chinatown, Oxford Street etc. Well we couldn’t get in the first night because the digital lock malfunctioned.

- LUIS (3/5): PAGAR MUCHO DINERO PARA NO PODER DORMIR BIEN. - La zona donde se localiza el alojamiento es muy céntrica, cerca de muchos atractivos turísticos, por eso pagué su alto precio. Por las noches no se puede dormir por el ruido de la calle (griterío, jaleo de los bares adyacentes, coches con la música muy alta...).
La limpieza es deficiente, pues me encontré latas vacías de cerveza en un cajón y una toalla usada en un armario..... sin comentarios.
El acceso es incomodísimo: una escalera super estrecha, hasta una segunda planta (sin ascensor, claro); la entrada al edificio con sillas de los dos bares que están al lado, a veces tenías que saltar por encima de la gente para poder entrar; se necesitaban dos códigos y dos llaves para poder entrar al apartamento..
Las puertas de los dormitorios y baños con unos muelles para que se cierren solas, que son un incordio: se cierran solas de manera repentina y son hasta peligrosas para los niños (hay cuñas para evitarlo, pero son viejas y están rotas) y hacen mucho ruido...

- Esra (10/5): Londra’nın göbeğinde harika, kocaman bir ev konforu - Konumu, temizliği, evin büyüklüğü sayesinde çok rahat ettik. 5 kişi konakladık, 1 ana banyo, 1 ebeveyn banyo ve üst katta 1 tuvalet olması çok rahattı Hiç bir eksiği yoktu, ancak illa bir şey demem gerekirse, daireye çıkan merdivenler dik ve dar. Gelecek misafirlerin bunu düşünerek hareket etmesi iyi olabilir.

Well equipped kitchen. Noisy until midnight and then from 6am, exterior windows didn’t close properly to help noise reduction.
Restaurant downstairs so food smells from early morning.
Some lights need to be changed and doors don’t stay open because of uneven flooring.
- Alla*44 (5/5): READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING THE ZENSCAPE - Central location. Close to all shops and restaurants. Cozy and charming apartment. Two floors. Soap dispensers in all toilets. Lots of cabinet storage space. Towels provided. Upon arrival, we were not provided with the key safe code, despite repeated attempts to contact via email, phone call, booking chat, and WhatsApp. We had just completed a 2 hour airport process followed by an 8 hour flight, and a 1-hour taxi ride—with two young children. Arriving at night, exhausted, and being left stranded without access to the property was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. At check out we met another family who was unable to enter their apartment. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ACCESS CODE A DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. Till today we have not been refunded the full amount for the first night. Apartment entrance and steps are too narrow. Doors are heavy to open. Kitchen cookware is overused. Floorboards in the living room and kitchen are not flat/some dips. Street noise can be heard inside bedrooms. Furniture wear and tear visible.

Cerca de Covent Garden ( muchos bares, restaurantes y locales comerciales ). Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer. Es un placer bañarse con abundante agua en dos baños ( ideal si van varios ). Los dormitorios con camas muy cómodas la comunicación con el propietario fue muy buena

- Angela (10/5): Great location and apartment. - Amazing location. So close to covent garden and only 10 minutes to the Elizabeth line at Tottenham court. Great restaurants under the building and a tesco metro across the street. Quiet and well equipped Perfect for a short stay.
