• Marcin (10/5): The most beautiful city I've ever been to - A phenomenally nice owner who was so kind that he sent me back the keys that I accidentally left in the property
• Jürgen (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Innviertel Ruzafa - Man konnte sich gut versorgen. Kleinere Supermärkte, Bäcker und ein Lidel Markt 5-10 min. zu Fuß. Zum Zentrum konnte man auch zu Fuß laufen ca. 15 min.. Die gemieteten Fahrräder konnte man sicher im kleinen Innenhof/Terasse abstellen. In der Nähe viele Restaurants. Das Viertel Ruzafa ist angesagt mit vielem jungen Publikum. Der Host hat uns mit allen Insidertipps und Informationen toll versorgt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und immer gut zu erreichen. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Am Anfang hatten wir eine gemeinsame große Bettdecke. Wir wurden auf Anfrage aber binnen kürzester Zeit mit einer 2. ausgestattet.

• Raquel (10/5): Perfecto para visitar Valencia - El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. Se encuentra en un barrio con muchos restaurantes y a 20 minutos a pie de los principales puntos de interés. También está muy bien comunicado en autobús o tranvía. Dani fue muy amable en todo momento y nos facilitó mucho la estancia. ¡Volveremos! Nada, todo estupendo.

Durften schon unser Gepäck früher abstellen , hat uns einige Insidertipps gegeben und auf Nachfrage frische Handtücher gebracht ( bei Aufenthalt einer Woche ) Das Appartment geht über 2 Etagen , unten war es sehr kalt , da die Klimaanlage ( Heizung ) oben angebracht war .
• Sandra (10/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! - Schöne und saubere Unterkunft in zentrumsnaher Umgebung. Freundlicher Vermieter, der uns einiges an nützlichen Informationen und Tipps geschickt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden hier definitiv nochmal übernachten. Wände dünn, so dass man einiges von nebenan und aussen hört! Mit Ohrstöpseln aber herrlich geschlafen.

• Kasia (9/5): Bardzo przytulnie i miło, ale głośno - Przyjemny apartament, miły gospodarz, pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże wcześniej, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, dużo miejsca na kosmetyki w łazience, blisko do sklepów czy restauracji. Drzwi na taras i na ulicę nieszczelne, ściany bardzo cienkie, każdy samochód lub nie daj Boże skuter słychać jakby jechał ci po głowie. To samo z pieszymi mijającymi drzwi. Cienkie ściany, więc słychać gosci w apartamencie obok. Jak masz nieszczęście i będzie to rodzina z dzieckiem krzyczącym i biegającym po schodach to przechlapane. Brakowało wieszaków w przedpokoju, żeby odwiesić kurtki.

There are also plenty of places to eat out nearby. The outdoor area is lovely and great for enjoying the weather. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the apartment shares a wall with another one, and a family with a baby was staying there. One morning we woke up to the baby crying, and it felt like the baby was right next to us. It was also quite cold during our stay - the AC kept the main area (bottom floor) warm, but the heat didn’t really reach the bathroom, which felt quite cold, especially since the weather was around 10 degrees (but we got unlucky with the weather).

Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa ma con la comodità del centro, questo è quello giusto. Consigliatissimo!

La ubicación es realmente excelente: a pocos minutos a pie de Ruzafa y en una zona llena de servicios, supermercados, bares y todo lo necesario. El apartamento es cómodo, muy bien equipado y cuidado al detalle. La terraza es un plus para descansar, y la cama es realmente muy cómoda. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, eres Daniel: cercano, atento y siempre disponible. Me voy con una sensación muy buena y con ganas de volver. Sinceramente, no hay nada que no me haya gustado. Todo ha funcionado muy bien y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva en general. La casa cumple exactamente con lo que promete y no he tenido ningún problema durante la estancia.

• Amber (10/5): Valencia Stay - November 2025 - We had a fantastic stay at Dani's property. Dani was kind enough to let us check in earlier and check out late which helped massively with the flights we had booked. The check in information was extremely clear, and Dani sent lots of helpful recommendations which we really appreciated. A 10/10 host! The apartment itself is great, very spacious for a couple, with a lovely yard and extremely clean. The bed was so comfy! The location in Rufaza is great, fantastic safe neighbourhood within walking distance to the old town and also the Science and Arts Centre. We would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to Valencia. • Kerstin (10/5): Top Apartment, top Lage, top Gastgeber - Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Apartment und es war großartig. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr gut in Laufweite zu Geschäften und Restaurants. WLAN war schnell und zuverlässig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht inkl. einer Nespressomaschine. Besonderes Plus: Der Gastgeber war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat mit tollen Tipps geholfen. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt - wir kommen wieder!

We hebben meteen fietsen gehuurd en konden vanwege de fijne ligging van het appartement overal binnen no time zijn. Het appartement zelf is schoon, netjes en alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt. De communicatie met Daniël was vlot en snel. Hij denkt met je mee en helpt je graag uit de brand wanneer je ergens tegenaan loopt. Al met al een heerlijke stedentrip gehad mede door de fijne plek en goede service!

En als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen het ontbreken van een vaatwasser.

La ubicación es genial, se puede ir andando a muchos sitios, o tomar un autobús muy cerca. En la publicación aparecían fotos del otro piso también, así que creí que había dos baños disponibles, pero realmente era solo uno.

Alternativa autobus davanti casa o metro a 5 minuti. Non saprei, è stato tutto davvero perfetto.

A szállásadó közvetlensége és kedvessége maga volt az álom Lehetséges, hogy ez a nemzetem hibája, de meglepett, hogy nincsenek fűszerek a konyhában a són kívül, ezenfelül nem tapasztaltam negatívat, ezt sem mondanám annak, gyorsan orvosllható probléma volt.

Para nosotros estaba muy bien situado, ya que pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Oceanográfic, Parque Gulliver, etcétera... El anfitrión fue muy amable, siempre preocupándose por si nos faltaba algo, por si todo estaba bien, con recomendaciones para visitar sitios o hacer planes. Si vuelvo a Valencia intentaré alojarme allí sin ninguna duda!

La disponibilitat del Dani, l’amfitrió, per donar suport i/o qualsevol informació és un valor afegit molt important. Ben situat per moure’s com calgui, vehicle privat, transport públic, bicicleta…. L’apartament interiorment nou i rehabilitat, contrasta amb l’entorn visualment poc atractiu. Es pot aparcar gratuitament a prop però potser dificultós.

Bien situada para ir al centro de Valencia y a las Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias y el dueño Daniel es un anfitrión maravilloso que te hace muy buenas recomendaciones y te da una cálida bienvenida que se echa de menos en otros alojamientos. Nada, por pedir, que tuviera aparcamiento propio pero en la zona pudimos aparcar y no era zona azul. Una vez aparcas no necesitas mover el coche para nada.

La stuttura ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare, aria condizionata nuovissima, macchinetta del caffè, frigo con congelatore, sapone e shampoo disponibili in bagno, biancheria da letto impeccabile anche li asciugamani, letto comodissimo anche i cuscini, mette a disposizione anche una lavatrice e stendino nella bellissima terrazza, Appunto, terrazza bellissima con mobili comodi da giardino, accesso da due entrate possibili, dalla strada principale o dalla secondaria. Tutto bellissimo, mi sono trovata davvero bene. La posizione per me è fantastica, vicino a diverse fermate dell'autobus e supermercati, ristoranti...insomma...perfetto!!!! Niente, tutto perfetto.

Supermarket 20m away and plenty of good restaurants in walking distance . Definitely recommend! A bit noise from the street, but it didn’t bother us , since we were out during the day:)

Also he has provided us the list of recommendations (thing to see, things to do, best places to eat, it was great!). Overall it was a top service and a top customer experience, we all felt taken care of (and I mean it, as I was travelling with a two 70+ ladies, who were totally over the moon :)) The apartment itself is great, spacious, with lovely backyard. Everything is new and very clean, loved the aesthetics. Additional benefit is the location, just at the entrance to Russafa, 750m away from a great Mercado, walking distance to some coffee spots, veggie stores, awesome cafes and bars. I have not had such a great experience in a long time, thank you so much for being so welcoming and thoughtful! Don't think twice, just book it, its great!

Parking sometimes could be difficult, but it was easy for us as we went on a long weekend and it was free parking on the street.

• Darcy (8/5): Pretty solid accommodation! - It was clean and comfortable. Smart TV and comfy sofa. The bed was large and the aircon was delightful. The terrace area was sweet and it was nice to have the option to spend some time outside. Provided with a clothes rack which helped after the beach! My partner had a slight issue with bumping his head on the ceiling in the bedroom area, but that's to be expected at 6ft 4! Also, the shower gel was empty and we found it difficult to find some of the things (the frying pans were in the oven??)

• Jo (9/5): Lovely little flat in a good central location - A beautifully decorated and modern flat in a great location. Well-equipped, owner really helpful and friendly. Clean and bright. It is quite small - we stayed as a family of four for two nights. The pull-out sofa bed is really uncomfortable and I wouldn’t want to sleep there for longer. There is not much storage for your stuff so better for a very short stay.

• Bee (9/5): Charming house near trendy district. - It was spacious with a kitchen and TV and patio. Everything was new and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. No hand or dish soap or dish sponge, no extra bin bags, sofa bed was not so comfortable, ceiling beams a bit low over bed upstairs. Heavy drilling and construction started next door at 8am on day 3 and 4.

• Oliver (7/5): Very nice apartment but not child-friendly - Very nice, well decorated apartment with soul. well equipped kitchen for a few days stay, super terrace, perfect location We expected a child-friendly place unfortunately we were disappointed. Despite the fact that we booked an apartment for a family with a small child and the host confirmed the day before arrival that everything was prepared in the apartment there was no crib for a child. When we arrived they told us that a crib for a baby is an extra charge and we had no choice but to simply pay for it. In our opinion, when booking a hotel for 3 people, it is obvious that everyone has a place to sleep.
• Henry (9/5): Superb - Miguel was very professional. Organised the keys and cleaning very well. Deposit was reimbursed quicky. The houses are spacious, perfect for a weekend trip, ideal location within walking distance of miost places in Valencia.
• Katarina (7/5): Nice flat,nice terrace,good location - The location and the fact that the whole family can stay together in 2 different rooms The shared terrace only has 1 table, should be 2, one for each apartment Upper part of flat has no air,was very hot
• Mariya (10/5): a beautiful,comfortable, functional flat, can’t recomend it enough - it was in a great location, lots of restaurants and bars and cafes in the area. the flat had everything you could need for a short stay, it was very comfortable and clean. the terrace/ garden was private and functional. nothing
• Jason (8/5): Would recommend to other couples travelling to Valencia. - Had everything needed for a mini-break in Valencia. Powerful a/c, very fast wifi (280 mps), well appointed bathroom and compact kitchen. Good location just a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The host was very attentive and quick to reply. No negatives.
• Robinson (10/5): absolutely amazing would definitely stay again if we come to Valencia again. - it was very quaint, had everything you needed, comfortable, good location for where we wanted to venture, reasonable price. a few visitors, like a couple spiders. a few ants but they were only looking for water as they never got into our food, and of a night a couple mosquitoes but you will get these visitors anywhere around the world so it didn’t really bother us.
• M (1/5): not very pleasant - was cosy and well laid out cockroaches and not able to get assistance out of day time
• Fabiana (10/5): Beautiful, CLEAN, great location, perfect stay in Valencia! - Beautiful and neat place!! they take care of every detail, basics for the kitchen like coffee, water, soap, etc, also in the bathroom, and there are surprises in each corner: cards to play and even nice toys for kids that dont take too much space! LOVED IT! Nothing, loved everything!
