- Bart (5/5): Goede locatie maar wel veel lawaai en erg gehorig - Bedden waren prima De deur van appartement 3 sluit niet goed af en de deur gaat direct naar buiten in een binnentuin. Doordat hij niet goed afsluit lijkt het alsof je altijd het raam open hebt qua lawaai en heb je s nachts veel last ambulances en brandweer en op zaterdagnacht als er bij de buren (een vechtclub) een wedstrijd is hoor je daar ook veel geschreeuw van. Daarnaast zijn de appartementen ietwat gehorig en hoor je het als er boven iemand loopt of opstaat. Ik had dit graag persoonlijk vertelt maar alles is met sleutelkluisjes dus we hebben geen eigenaar of personeel gezien.

- Elma (10/5): Rustige verblijf op centrale plek - Het fijne en modern ingerchte studiootje met eigen keuken voldoet prima voor 2 nachten. We hebben niet gekookt, dat zou wel kunnen maar de keukenuitrusting is erg karig. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte staat gelukkig ook servies. En een vaatwasser! We hebben er 's ochtend gezellig met zn vieren ons eigengehaalde ontbijt gegeten;. Supermarkt, parkergarage, fietsverhuur: allemaal erg dichtbijwinkel. De plek in buurt van station en dichtbij centrum was ideaal voor ons weekendje weg. We hebben niets gemist.

- Andrea (9/5): wir würden wieder kommen - Lage zentral aber trotzdem ruhig da zum Innenhof gelegen, check in problemlos mit Türcode, wir hatten die Dekluxe Suite die für 2 Personen viel Platz bietet ( ein Bad mit Dusche WC und ein zweites mit WC). Moderne Einrichtung, Küche komplett ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber (bis auf das eine WC, da waren leider noch die Spuren vom Vormieter sichtbar), gute Dusche Im Hauptbad gibt es am Waschbecken leider nur kaltes Wasser, das Bett ist für unsere Verhältnisse sehr weich, ein Handtuchhalter im kleinen Bad/WC wäre sinnvoll, leider muss man die Plissees immer hoch haben da sonst die anderen Mieter einem direkt ins Zimmer schauen können. Leider kostet das Parkhaus 20,00 € den Tag (hierfür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts)
- Robert (9/5): Praktischer Aufenthalt für Festivalbesuch (Culthe-Fest) - Schönes Zimmer mit (für uns) guter Lage. Sehr nah zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bett sehr bequem und die Anlage in Gänze m.E. nach sehr gepflegt. Neben der Unterkunft ist direkt ein Kiosk mit umfangreichem Sortiment, was für unseren Aufenthalt über die Osterfeiertage sehr praktisch war. In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Unterkunft sieht man viel Alkoholismus. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das ggf. abschreckend. Natürlich lässt sich hierfür nicht die Unterkunft verantwortlich machen.

- Schlichting-Ackermann (7/5): Für ein Wochenende völlig in Ordnung - Nähe zur Altstadt, Sicherheit der Fahrräder, telefonischer Kontakt und Hilfe Es ist ein Induktionsherd es gab aber nur einen Topf, der darauf passte, alles andere war nicht kompatibel. Die Küchenausstattung ist für ein Wochenende völlig in Ordnung, weil man viel unterwegs ist, ansonsten eher noch ausbaubar.

- Δημητρα Ρουμπίνη (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό και σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Δεν είναι και το καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης όσον αφορά την γραφικότητα όμως ήταν ιδανικό σημειο για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Πολύ καθαρό το κρεβάτι και το στρώμα ιδανικό Είχαμε μια δυσκολία γιατί η βαλίτσες ήταν πολύ βαριές και έπρεπε να ανέβουμε σκαλιά. Ευτυχώς υπήρχε χώρος στα lockers και τις βάλαμε εκεί προσωρινά.

Merkez tren istasyonuna ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca çevresinde market ve restoran olması da olumluydu. Olumsuz bir durum ile karşılaşmadım.

- Paola (9/5): - La struttura ha sette appartamenti, è situata a pochi minuti dalla stazione e circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il fatto che gli appartamenti si affaccino su un cortile interno fa si che si sia molto silenzio e tranquillità. Nell'appartamento c'è abbastanza spazio per appoggiare cose, varie sedie e un tavolino. C'è la possibilità di fare te e caffè, con cialde e bustine in dotazione, una piastra a induzione e ovviamente un frigo. Le chiavi vengono messe a diposizione in una scatolina con codice che viene comunicato il giorno dell'arrivo. Molto comodo e facile. Io ho potuto accedere al mio appartamento anche alcune or prima dell'orario previsto perché era già pronto. I gestori non li si vede mai, ma se necessario rispondono in chat. - Jan (7/5): - Moderne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung Leider war der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt, die Anfrage diesbezüglich wurde erst am Tag der Abreise beantwortet und bei Ankunft waren sämtliche Heizungen aus und das Fenster stand offen, was bei Frost zu einer extrem unangenehmen Temperatur im Studio geführt hat.

Die Lage ist prima, sehr ruhig, da im Innenhof. Für uns waren die Betten zu weich; ebenfalls hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können.

- Callum (4/5): Good location and okay price, bad staff that enter your room while you sleep. - The location was great and the way to get the property keys were very easy and quick. The vibe of the area was okay, a few drunk people outside. There was no noise when in your room. Staff tried to enter my room while we slept and then proceeded to give us a trap for silverfish when we confronted them. We did report silverfish however we did explicitly ask the staff not to enter and fix the issue until we check out, as we only had a few days left to stay at that point. The room wasn't too clean, the bed had webs on the bottom and under the bed didn't seem to be cleaned fully.

Gute Zimmerausstattung, funktionelle Küchenzeile, schönes Badezimmer. Möbel gemütlich. Durchgang neben dem Bett sehr schmal. Ablagefläche oder Nachttisch nur an einer Bettseite.
