Kauppoja lähellä, lyhyt matka kävellä katsomaan auringon nousua ja laskua. Liikenteen melu kuului vain vaimeana. Majoittaja vastasi kysymyksiin nopeasti. Tänne haluaisin palata.
- Katia (3/5): Hot water disappearance and inconsistency is a big problem in this property and host should make sure guests should not - It is difficult to give a good review for this property because I experienced continuous stress with the lack of, or inconsistencies of having hot water in the apartment. This is my first time I have ever had a bad experience with a property and first time giving a bad review. The only positive experience about this property was the friendly and caring staff Gustavio who tried very hard to help fix the hot water problem for hours every week but it was not in his power and would return with the technician every time. My 6 weeks stay at the property started with hot water disappearance two days after my arrival. I communicated the problem with the host and she sent her staff Gustavio who was very friendly and compassionate and tried hard for few hours to fix the problem without success so he called the technician who fixed the problem. But this problem returned every week either hot water disappears or hot water returns but when opening cold water to regulate the hot water temperature- the hot water gets turned off. Every week the same problem and Gustavio tried very hard and apologizes but it was not in his power to fix the problem. It was a very stressful experience throughout my stay and contacted Bookings.com to relocate me but was told to resolve this problem with the host who should provide me with another property or reimburse me to rent another place. Which the host declined. The host replied that she replaced the boiler the month of August and it is still under warranty but sending the technician weekly who would try for few hours to fix the problem every time is apparently a sign that the boiler is not working. Guests should not go through this stressful experience when trying to relax on vacation especially when paying the high price rental fee of the property.
- Lilian (10/5): Top Unterkunft, würden zweifellos wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen - Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, ist gross, hell und nur wenige Gehminuten von der schönen Strandpromenade Carihuela entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut per WhatsApp erreichbar. Beim Duschen ging es manchmal lang, bis das Wasser warm wurde. Aber eine Kleinigkeit...
- Mikael (10/5): - Boendet hade ett mycket bra läge. Det var nära till stranden, större affär och många trevliga restauranger. Lägenheten var mycket fin och balkongen hade ett superfint läge med utsikt mot havet från våning 9. Poolen var stor och fin. Det gick snabbt och enkelt att ta sig från flygplatsen till boendet. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse.

Den var dessutom väldigt ren och hade allt man kan tänkas behöva. Balkongen var något alldeles extra, rymlig med en otrolig utsikt som gjorde varje morgon och kväll speciell. Läget var perfekt med gångavstånd till stranden, affärer och restauranger. Värden var otroligt hjälpsam, svarade alltid snabbt på frågor och gjorde allt för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna. Poolområdet var stort, rent och väldigt trevligt. Verkligen ett extra plus som förhöjde upplevelsen! Inget

- Mirja (10/5): En riktig FULLTRÄFF! - Vi har haft en fantastisk vistelse. Lägenheten är helt underbar. Fint inredd och fullt utrustad. Utsikten från balkongen är magisk. Vi hade utsikt över havet, marinan och bergen. Mycket bra restauranger på gångavstånd från lägenheten. Värdinnan som mötte oss var mycket hjälpsam och snabb att svara på mejl. Hit ska vi återvända. Inget. Allt har varit över alla våra förväntningar.

Os lenções da cama de casal eram de solteiro.
- Silje (7/5): - Rolig område, fin strand, har tilgang til det en trenger ikke nærheten. 10-12 minutter å gå til stranden. Ble møtt av en kakerlakk i opgangen, observert skjeggkre på badet en gang, skittent i og rundt sengen.
Bassengområdet var fint, men hadde ikke solsenger. Det luktet også kloakk fra toalettene på området.
Masse små maur på kjøkken, stue og terrasse.
Dårlig lukt i leiligheten.
Ustabilt vanntrykk og temperatur. Veldig lite varmtvann, det kom og gikk.

- Gordon (8/5): Very, very, satisfying. I would have no hesitation in renting again and will do in future. Good VFM - The apartment (once it is located - see below) is very well located and a short walk for the marina, town, shops, public transport, restaurants, facilities etc. It is well furnished, decorated and equipped, has a balcony with lovely views, quite spacious, nice kitchen with all necessary equipment and mod cons. The apartment complex is in a complex called Mar y Sol, Block B, 09th Floor, apartment ??? - there is NO number on the door. The main road is Antonio Machado but NOWHERE is it mentioned Casa Mirja (either Block B or apartment door) and this is very, very, VERY confusing. If it was not for the Agent, Rosa, it would be impossible to find without her. I understand her phone number is available on the website but what if the potential customer does not have access to a phone????? They would NOT be able to find it. The actual physical address and apartment location and number needs addressing to clarify EXACTLY where it is.
