Guest Reviews
- zsuzsanna (8/5): Elfogadható - A környék teljesen jó volt. Biztonságban éreztük magunkat. A redőny az ablakon alig lehetett felhuzni. Cserére lenne szüksége.
- Sara (8/5): -

- Marit (8/5): The flat was highly functional, in relative closeness to the center. I’d love to stay here again. - The flat was spacious for me as a single traveler, with a cozy and functional interiour decoration, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. There was even an old piano I enjoyed playing. The host responded quickly and in a friendly way to my messages, and provided clear instructions on how to get to and into the flat. I have no complaints.

- Milka (10/5): Excellent location, spacious, comfortable, clean, all amenities, great host! - Excellent location, spacious, comfortable and clean, with all amenities you need, clear and detailed instructions for entry, lovely and caring host. I would stay here again. Recommended!
- Yoohyun (10/5): Exceptional - Good communication with owner.
Helpful to understand how to get in with photos and descriptions.
Huge spaces in flat beyond my expectations.
Strongly recommended.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment. Cozy home-like feeling. Rebecca was very attentive and helpful.
- Iryna (2/5): Very uncomfortable flat and dishonest host. I did not feel safe and was counting hours to leave - This flat was a very big disappointment. Starting from the host requesting that I transfer to her account the amount of her Booking.com commission payable on my reservation (claiming that was the city tax, but I am sorry, I do know some Italian and know how Booking works). That was done in WhatsApp, and then she promptly deleted request after I refused. Second, upon arrival, I found the flat quite dark, uncomfortable and dirty (particularly the kitchen). I also discovered that there was no hot water in the kitchen (which the host even refused to admit), the internet was poorly working, it was slow and sometimes completely unavailable (the host replied "I hope it will come back"). The kitchen was filled with lots of clutter, and all dishes were oily, greasy, and even had pieces of food stuck to them (photos attached). The floor in the kitchen was sticky and unpleasant to walk on. There is malfunction of electrical system of the flat: if I plug in more than one device at a time (i.e. teapot and heater), then electricity in the entire flat goes out. On a dining table I found three half-rotten fruits (photo attached), which apparently were left as a 'compliment' for me. Some pieces of furniture were quite worn out and old (photos attached). I struggled to find a clean place to put my yoga mat, and had to run between the kitchen and bathroom every time I wanted to wash dishes (bathroom thankfully had hot water). The towels mostly were not fresh, I struggled to find a one that smelled a bit better. Considering all this, I was literally counting hours to leave, and had this great relief after I finally stepped out of the flat. What was also quite annoying is that the host would not admit or fix all these problems (although was very available and eager to provide any advice on the city etc) Basically almost everything about this flat I strongly disliked - as described above.
I will mention a few good things that I observed: a clean and comfortable bed, and clean bathroom with a nice shower and hot water, lots of space inside of the apartment, and easy access into the apartment. Even though there were big issues during my stay that never got solved, the host did help me by providing an additional heater to me, which was helpful. Also the location of the flat in China town was good - very close to shops, cafes, and to the tram to go to city center. Also there were lots of old expired items in the kitchen, but at least a fresh bottle of oil, and other basic supplies in the kitchen. There was a very good coffee machine with tasty coffee.
- Omar (8/5): Great stay in Milan - Very well equipped and close by… we had a very pleasant stay Ground floor with no much lighting

- Thang (10/5): Exceptional - Rebecca is one of the best host I’ve had, and her place is perfect. One could tell she put in a lot of work at making the lovely apartment welcoming for guests rather than a random soulless rental apartment. The bed is comfortable and she has every thing one needs, from espresso coffee to washing machine. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!
- Lana (10/5): Exceptional - Rebecca is an amazing host (when I say it, I really mean it - she planned the whole tourist tour for us and gave many many many useful tipps)! Since we landed arround midnight we had to check in after the check in time and Rebecca had no problem with that at all. The location of the flat is perfect - it is super close to the city center, yet really peaceful, safe and quiet. The flat is super clean and has everything you can happen to need + it is suuuuuuper cute, full of interesting books and magazines. I'm sure that if I come to Milan again, I'll stay at this apartment :)
- Yichen (10/5): Wonderful experience; Friendly and attentive host; Lovely location - The owner is very friendly and helpful!
Rooms are spacious and clean!
The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, the location is very convenient, next to the bus and tram station, with 5 minutes walk to the metro station.
Most importantly for foddies, it's right next to Chinatown, so it's surrounded by all kinds of authentic Asian food! No, Everything is perfect.
- James (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautifully decorated, lots of nice little touches. Bathroom was lovely and it was in a nice quiet building/development considering how central we were. Host was very friendly and easily contactable. Would definitely stay here again. Good base to explore Milan and good for couples. Would like an iron/ironing board but already knew it didn't have one before our stay so not a negative for us. No negatives for our stay.
- Summer (10/5): Exceptional -
