• Vincent (6/5): Bien - Hotel super propre, localisation un peu douteuse mais de l'intérieur ça ne se ressent pas. Il y avait des fausses représentation en disant que c'était à distance de marche de la foire de Canton. Hors c'était à 20 minutes de taxi..

• Nathan (8/5): Really nice rooms for the price, but had a cockroach. Breakfast not for western tastes. - Nice entrance, lobby and room. Handy location to the Canton Fair. Personally as a westerner the breakfast was not to my taste. Unfortunately there was nothing I could eat. Mostly chinese food but even the "western" offerings were not very familiar or appealing. I paid for breakfast but did not eat anything at all. Next time I would find breakfast elsewhere. Also, there was a cockroach in my room.

Accommodation doesn’t know where did the money go. No rooms were ipin our arrival. Customer services dodbt reply to my request to return the payment. I replied to the hotel request about our arrival time. Booking was cancelled 30% prepayment wasn’t returned! Awful service

• Alexis (5/5): - L’emplacement Il est arrivé quelque chose durant mon séjour une personne s’est servis des toilettes ( une femme de ménage, je pense j’ai prévenu l’hôtel qui m’a dit regardez les caméras sans retour) c’est inadmissible. Outre ce détail très particulier, l’hôtel est bien placé et correcte Je tiens quand même à dire Joye fait du très bon travail.

I had only stepped out briefly, and my luggage was still in the room. There was also an issue with the internet connection and a strong smell of cigarettes in the first room I occupied. I truly appreciated the kindness of the receptionists and the housekeeping staff, as well as the help the manager provided when I was stuck at a restaurant without cash — she kindly paid for me, and I reimbursed her afterward. However, the hotel should pay more attention to the cigarette smell, the internet connection, and also provide access to foreign TV channels. It’s important for international guests to be able to follow world news — all the current channels are in Chinese, so it would be better to make other international channels available. • Hamid (3/5): - Personal, freundlich mach mal bei Problemen, waren die überfordert Das Zimmer hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Ich habe dem Personal darauf auf Ermäßigung gemacht. Es hat 3 Stunden gedauert, bis sie das geprüft haben. 3 Stunden meiner Zeit wurde vergeudet. Ich hab kein neues Zimmer bekommen. Man sagte mir ich soll dieses Zimmer nehmen. Es war mir zu blöd. Ich hab mir einfach ein neues Hotel gebucht und bin nachts um 22:00 Uhr wieder raus. Meine Tasche hat in Zimmer gestanden, weshalb ihr mir trotzdem das Zimmer berechnet hatten. eine Unverschämtheit.

Das Personal hat mich 3 Stunden aufgehalten um dann mir zu bestätigen, dass das Zimmer extrem riecht. Nach 3 Stunden hat man mir gesagt ich kann dort übernachten die haben kein anderes Zimmer die kann’s auch nicht stornieren. Ich hatte keine Lust auf Diskussionen mehr. Ich bin um 10:00 Uhr nachts einfach gegangen und hab mir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

• Akwong28 (8/5): Amazing value for money with amazingly helpful and friendly staff - Comfortable and clean. - Staff were amazing from the front desk to the cleaners to the Restuarant staff. Very impressed. Room was comfortable and clean. What I was most impressed with was the laundry service - it’s 100% free. You bring your clothes to the laundry room and the staff help you wash and dry it all, and send it folded back to your room. All 100% free. Bottled drinking water is also made readily available around the hotel. Breakfast, for the price, was really good, and there was also supper offered after 9pm, though I didn’t try it. If anything, the location might be an issue. There didn’t seem to be any Restuarants that close to the hotel. Though there was a convenience store around the corner if you walk out and turn to the right. Wifi was also weird in the room - but maybe that was me and the way that I logged in to it. On one occasion a staff member, used the toilet at the Restuarant to have a smoke, but I think that is actually more the culture in China than anything bad on the staff or hotel.

• Hannah (9/5): Loved it! Artful, kindly staffed, and killer location. - Breakfast was amazing! So fresh and delicious. Staff was so sweet and helpful. They even helped up ship a very large package despite language barriers. Having free 24hr. laundry service was beyond helpful- it can be really difficult to find services outside dry cleaning in Guangzhou. Attended the Canton Fair and commute by metro was quick and easy. 5ish min walk to Tian He subway B entrance, then only 2 stops till Pazhou. Tian He Park nearby is lively in the evening. Overall great place to stay! Hallways are little confusing-maze like- and could benefit from a few more signs, but not a big deal. No other complaints.

После привязки карты для бронирования данного отеля в сервисе Booking.com, у меня списались деньги вообще сторонним отелем с того же города Гуанчжоу! Я изначально думал, что это предварительная оплата за бронирование в данном отеле, но после полной оплаты и проживания в данном отеле Atour, мне эти деньги так и не вернулись. Начал разбираться, это разные отели. В самом сервисе Booking нет никаких транзакций. Почитал, оказывается сервис Booking может передавать данные карты полные, включая секретный код отелю, чьи сотрудники в свою очередь передали данные моей карты какому-то другому отелю!

Limpieza buena, habitaciones espaciosas y comodas El WIFI es muy malo, nunca funciono en la habitación. Desayuno muy enfocado para el publico Chino
• Sebastian Creus (4/5): No vuelvo, no lo vale. Mienten en la publicación. - El desayuno es muy completo No tiene señal de celular, el wifi de china está restringido a google. Quedas incomunicado. Mienten, dicen que tienen restaurante y no tienen, fue una gran sorpresa porque los elegí justamente por eso, llegamos de la feria cansados y salir a buscar donde comer es imposible en esa zona, solo hay mini comercios de comida china. No volvería. Además solo tienen un bus con un solo horario para ir a la feria. La atención no es mala, son chicos con buena onda y poca experiencia, nunca saben nada de lo que uno le pregunta, nadie habla inglés, todos con el traductor.

• Angela (10/5): Super comfortable and clean hotel in Guangzhou - It was very clean, the whole staff was very very friendly and supportive. Even the cleaning ladies were so friendly and helpful. The bed, the pillows, OMG it was so comfortable! There was a little weird smell in the air conditioner if you set it at 25c, otherwise all was good.

• Claresta (8/5): Convenient hotel for travelling to Canton Fair - Great location if you're going for the Canton Fair, only 2 metro stops away, or around a 10-15 min drive. The metro to the airport is only around a 8-10 min walk away. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably decently sized and there was cleaning done everyday. The breakfast had quite a decent variety and the staff in general were friendly and polite. We had a few parcels delivered to the hotel and they accepted the deliveries on our behalf. They provided us with water bottles and fruits in our room, replaced regularly. Our room design was a little odd, the shower was next to the entry door so everytime we wanted to leave the room we had to move away the shower mat. The WiFi was awful and mostly unavailable or very very slow in the room. We only had WiFi if we dangled at the edge of the bed. The hotel location is in a residential area, so there isn't much touristy things nearby, but you can take the train to Tianhe which is around 20 mins away. There's not too many options to eat nearby, but we were mostly out during the day so we found our food options elsewhere.

• Sergiy (10/5): Easy and great for money - Staff is very friendly. Always were happy to help. Location is great. They provide a bus for Canton Fair and bus only takes 10-15mins to get to Canton Fair. And you can find everything you need around a hotel: good seafood restaurant, pharmacy, local fruits and vegetable shops, any service to print documents just 5min walk down the street if you need, banks are just next door with ATMs, etc.

I have stayed at another atour hotel before and it was amazing. This one is rubbish. Not the same quality hotel and not the same friendly staff or service.
• Naomi (1/5): Disaster. Smells of smoke and terrible service. Don’t do it!! - Good location near the park Rooms smelt of smoke or toilets. Staff were unfriendly and NOT helpful. An absolute disaster start to finish. They said our booking has expired even though we made it on a trustworthy site. It took half hour at 9pm to finally get a room. The room stank of smoke. I asked to switch to a room that didn’t stink of smoke. I was moved to a room that was worse. I was exhausted and settled for it. I woke up all night from the smoke smell so I asked to switch rooms again in the morning. They moved me to a room after spraying it. This time time didn’t smell of smoke but more like a bit of dirty drains. It was better than the smoke smell. It was at the end of the building and the wall shared with a restaurant where the patrons yelled until late at night. Good thing they supplied ear plugs. When I went to check out they tried to charge extra because they gave me a bigger room?! They never told me this prior and the room was barely bigger. Never stay here if you want to avoid the headaches!!!
