• Jatniel (10/5): Excelente opción para pasar en Barcelona - Fue una habitación privada muy tranquila, justo lo que estábamos buscando en Barcelona para pasar un par de días, Key fue una excelente anfitriona, nos mostró todo el apartamento que además incluía desayuno, la ubicación funcionaba porque estaba muy cerca de una estación de tren y nos pudimos desplazar bien, muy recomendado. Todo estuvo bien, nada que agregar!

Sind 2 Uhr in der Nacht gekommen und würden super freundlich begrüßt. Es gab kurz mal kein Licht und die Vermieterin hat uns gleich eine Lampe gebracht und sich entschuldigt. Bis wir mitbekommen haben das wir an einem anderen Lichtschalter gekommen sind und es darum nicht ging. Wir würden immer wieder da übernachten. Ich kann nichts bemängeln.

• Terezie (7/5): - The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. You can lock the room. Both the train and metro are just a 5-minute walk away. It's also not immediately clear from the listing that this is a shared apartment. There are three guest rooms and one room where the host lives. If was not very clear from the listing. The large room is located close to the bathroom, and flushing or using the shower can be quite loud. We were a group of three and would have appreciated a table with chairs in the kitchen. Since we didn’t want to disturb the other guests in the morning, we ended up having breakfast in our room, which wasn’t ideal. Adding a small dining area in the kitchen would make the space more comfortable for guests.

• Gilaberte Xercavins (10/5): Corta pero muy acogedora. - Lo atento que fue el propietario, que tiene muy en mente los servicios básicos que pueden utilizar los clientes (ejemplo: productos para el pelo, productos de higiene personal…), además de otros detalles como bombones o caramelos. También se preocupaba por recomendarnos y ayudarnos a encontrar rutas de transporte hasta nuestros destinos. Destacar también que el apartamento tiene cerca una estación de autobús y 2 de tren/ferrocarril. Nada.

Przystanek autobusowy parę metrów, do metra Bellvitge krótki spacer, blisko do centrum i lotniska. W pobliżu duża giełda/bazar, praktycznie ,,można kupić wszystko'' - szczególnie polecam kupić tam smaczne, na miejscu wypiekane churros, a długa kolejka lokalnej społeczności tylko potwierdza ich wyjątkowy smak. W październiku jedna z najniższych cen za nocleg. Obecność współlokatorów do zaakceptowania na krótki pobyt w cudownej Barcelonie. Polecam. - w pokoju duża plama wilgoci od strony łazienki (można by było pomalować) - w pokoju przyległym do łazienki, każde użycie wody zakłóca ciszę.

Na miejscu mieliśmy dostep do kuchni w której można było zrobić sobie kawę i herbatę. Przydałoby się odświeżyć łazienkę. Posciel która mieliśmy w pokoju była już mocno zużyta- trochę zkulowana.

• Mara (10/5): Perfect for my needs - A wonderful host who was friendly and helpful, my small room was pristine and big enough for my needs, with a window looking out over trees, and the property location was perfect for me, close to 2 metro stations and one train line, direct access to the airport and an easy trip to central Barcelona and all the attractions and restaurants. And the bed was really comfy! I also appreciated the use of the kitchen, which added to the comfort and convenience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a map - even just a sketch map would help - as it took me a while to understand the street numbering system of the area. Even with Google maps it was tricky! The place is not hard to find once you understand how the street numbers work, and maybe someone more familiar with Google maps would manage better :)

Tuvimos suerte que la estancia coincidió con las fiestas del barrio y fue muy agradable. Al llegar, nos costó bastante encontrar aparcamiento. Tuvimos suerte porque justo salía un coche y pudimos dejar el nuestro en la calle, de forma gratuita. Lo curioso fue que el anfitrión se sorprendió de nuestra suerte al aparcar cerca, cuando en el anuncio se afirma que es relativamente fácil encontrar aparcamiento. La realidad es que se trata de un barrio dormitorio bastante saturado de coches; con paciencia se encuentra sitio, pero no es rápido ni fácil. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, pero este no accede directamente a la planta del piso: se detiene en los entrepisos, por lo que siempre es necesario subir o bajar escaleras. En ningún caso sería apto para personas con movilidad reducida o dificultades físicas (como es mi caso), y esto NO se avisa en el anuncio. Durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches, nos facilitaron únicamente 2 toallas grandes para 2 adultos, que nunca se cambiaron. No hubo servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Los artículos de aseo eran botellas de gel y champú comunitarias, situadas en el baño compartido. En el piso hay 3 habitaciones disponibles para huéspedes, más la del propio anfitrión, que también vive allí. En nuestro caso coincidimos 9 adultos compartiendo un solo baño. La toalla del lavabo del baño no se cambió en los 4 días, ni tampoco la alfombrilla de la ducha. El baño no se limpió con la frecuencia mínima necesaria para que 9 adultos pudieran usarlo en condiciones higiénicas aceptables: había pelos y pelusas por todas partes. Sinceramente, 8 o 9 personas compartiendo un baño son demasiadas, y debería avisarse claramente en el anuncio. Hubo varios momentos en los que llegué a plantearme bajar al bar de la esquina para poder ir al baño. La peor experiencia ocurrió la última noche: una cucaracha entró por debajo de la puerta de nuestra habitación, justo cuando estaba esperando para poder ducharme.

Any noise can be heard from the halley but luckily all the guests were well educated. Also toilet with shower was always clean despite being a few people using it. Kitchen has all the tools you need for cooking, a big fridge. Not the cleaniest kitchen but working good. The owner is nice and friendly, available to help and have a chat. Quite easy to reach the city center with public transport Not that bad, but arriving in the night from the airport is not very good position, metro and train are 10 min by walk in a quite dark area

The apartment's kitchen had everything, coffee and even a few treats (from the lovely host!). The neighborhood is charming, several truly local tapas bars and market places as well as conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants and the Metro and train stations.
